We have always had exceptional service at Chic-Fil-A. Today, sadly I write because the customer service was not evident. My girlfriend got a Gluten Free Bun on her sandwich, unfortunately, they did not thaw out the buns this morning and would have to provide a lettuce wrap instead. We then asked if we could get our $1.15 back. Listen... $1.15 is not going to break our bank... but the sad thing is that in this situation, where they could not provide what we PAID EXTRA for and then not provide a refund for the extra paid... that is horrible customer service. We were not asking for anything extra. I hope management sees this and understands that $1.15 cost them bad reviews on every place I can find from both myself and my girlfriend. Very disappointed, I spent 2 days in the hospital in Polson after being sickened from salmonella poisoning. I returned to the restaurant and they acted like I didn't exist. Chick-fil-A you deserve 5 stars!! The customer service shown by your employees goes above and beyond the status quo. I spoke with 3 employees today who had to brave the cold and rain to greet and wait on customers. Each one gave a positive and happy response when asked how they were and why they were outside. Who can't resist a plump and juicy chicken sandwich, even if it is genetically modified? Definitely not my husband. He has already been here to experience the nostalgia from when he used to live in the south; and it's just as scrumptious as ever he tells me. We'll certainly be frequenting here when we are craving some comfort grub when we are fighting :-) The chicken nuggets are real chicken breast pieces and the fries are waffle fries. This is a really classy fast food joint. They take your name when you are ordering in the drive-up, the inside decor is chic ;-) and they are uber fast. Wow! I normally love chick fil a and eat there all the time! It was my favorite....until today when I ordered some food for delivery for me and my friends and they didn't give us any sauce. I made sure to order a ton and we all ordered different ones and we got nothing. So we were stuck with dry nuggets and sandwiches. Which, at first I was willing to look it over, no big deal, it happens sometimes. But then I was eating one of the nuggets and it had a weird texture and tasted funny and I looked down and saw this (see picture). I almost wanted to throw up. The person (Harley) taking the order looked like she didn't wanted to assist us and was very sloppy with drinks even forgot to give us kids drink. God I love Chick Fil A. Spicy chicken sandwich waffle fries and a lemonade. Doesn't get much better than that. Very concern d that you all did away with the breakfast burrito. Chic-fil-a is a fast food experience with sit down dining atmosphere. Food is fresh not greasy, healthy options such as super food salad. Dip and dressing selections are expansive. Love the Avocado lime ranch dressing and buffalo dip. Service is top notch. Loved that a gentleman can around and took my tray and offered to get me a refill on my soda. Growing up in Atlanta, I've been to Chickfila's that were better and worse. However, this was THE WORST Chick-fil-A experience (if not fast food experience) in all my years, out here visiting family at that. So, I'm taking my time to write my first ever Yelp review in hopes this store improves to the standard I know Chick-fil-A holds rightfully high. For much of my meal, I could tell this new location was training many at the time, but then when my family was done with our meal before I ever got my coffee, I was disappointed. My husband and I later went back to order a milkshake, and watched on as parties after us received their milkshakes. Our milkshake (we could tell because it was without whip cream or cherry and was the color of the lone flavor we ordered) ended up landing in the in-between zone on the counter next to a girl in black cleaning and handing things out. She then looked at the tag, looked at the girl who took our order, then gave it to the girl at window. The window girl then blindly began drinking it yelling it was free for her. I watched on as others after us received their things, and I waited for the line to disappear. I kindly asked the girl who took our order retrieve the flavor milkshake we had yet to receive. When she went back to check, multiple people in addition to the ones involved began pointing fingers saying the girl at the window believed it to be an extra. The young girl who originally took our order came back to lie to us saying they had passed it out.... It took another while for us to finally get a milkshake (that come to find out is undrinkable it is so hard and in-proportionate, the straw is ineffective only slurping air). The manager slammed the milkshake on the handout plain once again with a whole show of attitude. People proceeded to pass it by and by, as we stared at a drink we had now waited 20 minutes for. A girl finally brought it to us with more attitude than I've seen in most children, and did not say a word when we said thank you. This location receives a minimum rating from food to management to leaving trainees to fend for themselves to basically customer service front to back head to toe. This shift of people need to shape up or learn the Chick-fil-a way, because it was anything but. Thank you. read more

I am from Alabama where Chick Fil A is king and the service is the best. This chick fil a in Kalispell was not on par. I went for a refil and had to buy a new drink instead of it being free. Four different workers made eye contact before coming over to refil my drink. I'm sure that it is better than other fast food restaurants in the area, but not on par with the chick fil a name. read more

Stopped in for the first time to Chick Fil A. I was anticipating a good experience, but got just the opposite. Ordered a delux and waffle fries. The fries were the best part, but the sandwich took a dive when I found a hair in the sandwich. The sandwich was replaced, but my appetite dwindled at that point. We had a wonderful rehearsal dinner event in early August at a rental home just south of Kalispell for our son and his bride. Working with Greg Lee was easy and our order was spot-on, delivered on time, and hot. Being able to count on a company to do things right is so important when you are flying in for an event and unable to arrange things in person. All went seamlessly. Greg even left some heating bags, which we returned the following morning, to keep extra trays of nuggets and mac and cheese hot...which they did beautifully. The food was delicious and a big hit with our guests (55+ in attendance) which included folks of all ages. Plenty of sauce and dressings came with the order. And, lots of leftovers for folks staying at our rental...everyone was happy about that! Highly recommend the mac and cheese, and the kale salad (underordered that for our event...it's delicious!), and, of course, the wonderful nuggets! Always love the diet lemonade... We ate here twice on our visit to Kalispell and Glacier. Very busy restaurant. Food was real good especially the $8+ HUGE salad. Delicious. But most of all, the service is truly exceptional. The staff has been taught high standards of courtesy, manners, and teamwork. I think I support this restaurant single handedly. I love Chick-fil-A. I usually get their salads but my daughter gets other things. Sometimes the chicken sandwiches are overcooked but otherwise its AMAZING. Its hard to get a healthy and yummy salad fast food and quickly. They are always speedy even if they are busy (they're always busy) and everyone is so friendly and nice.
