This was my first time at s Chick-Fil-A and it was awesome! I had the spicy deluxe, waffle fries, and small side of mac & cheese.....it was so good! The chick-fil-a sauce is so awesome and should be sold in tubs! ;) Clean restaurant and kind customer service. I came in on Veterans Day and what made me love this place even more is when I saw a table set with a candle and chair for our fallen hero's. Went in yesterday. Ordered a salad and fries. Proceeded to wait 1 hr and 15 minutes to find out my food was placed at a random other empty table. Then had to go wait for someone to atleast remake my fries they were stone cold. My cold grilled chicken and salad I just ate as is because I was shaking. I was nice and considerate to the employees/ manager. I would assume at an hr plus for a salad they would at least comp the fries or something or offer some kind of "sorry" gesture. It was just a disappointment honestly because I always hear "good" things about chick-fil-a This was my 2nd time at one (same location both first time I went here. (Drive through, wrong food, got back to my families place and just gave it away to someone else) I try my best to give chances and not be judging. Inappropriate behavior from both owner operator Casey , and staff member issaha . I was in the car witness to another review here on yelp. It was quite disturbing and scary to witness this behavior . Most chic fila the experience with staff is positive , so this was quite shocking , I was scared for my safety I arrived 10 mins before the breakfast ended and the lady in front of me took that long to order . 10:29 comes around and issaha is physically changing the sign and the girl on the speaker tells me I'm too late for breakfast. I try calling the restaurant while I'm stuck in a line of cars that already ordered there breakfast successfully and the lady who intentionally took forever to order , when I get someone on the phone I hear issaha screaming to all the staff there is an angry man in a pickup truck . Granted all I said at the speaker was I was upset and I waited before breakfast ended I didn't scream or make threats or anything warranting issaha to make the announcement . Get to the window they refuse to tell me the name of who was behaving this way over the phone . I turn off my truck and go inside the establishment . Casey the owner is immediately calling 911 trying to file a criminal complaint . I move my truck and he continues his battle to try and say I committed a crime . He refuses to apologize to me admit his staff was wrong . So I contacted the ceo of chic fila and many others at the corporate level . Casey is on a high horse and he thinks he can treat customers like trash . Well that's not the case I will be calling the health department next to review his restaurant . read more

This served as one of the more special visits to Chick-fil-A. Surrounded by mountains and beauty only made eating here more wonderful. This place definitely holds the standards set by Chick-fil-A as a franchise and skyrockets it. We visited during July in the midst of the pandemic and they seemed to be taking precautions to keep guests and employees safe. The staff was nice as always and the food was top notch. I wish I could return here on a daily but Montana is a 30 hour drive from me. Someday maybe. We visited twice, once for breakfast and another for lunch. Both times were great. Frozen lemonade is great. The menu gets boring after a while. Not the fastest so don't be in a hurry.

Talk about a top notch experience at this location. We we not allowed to dine in but we were able to walk in a place our order. This staff was so friendly! That really made an impression on me. Chick-fil-A comes through again. It also was another great meal from them. We had just missed breakfast but that was okay. Had lunch here when visiting Kalispell. Lots of parking space out there, and both indoor and outdoor seats. I had the chick fli A deluxe meal, which included the chicken deluxe burger, the waffle chips and drink. The deluxe burger had fresh lettuce and sliced tomatoes together with chicken, which was great. I always loved their waffle chips, which was unique and yummy. While chic fil a are generally pretty consistent , I had to give a good rating when I saw how thoughtful the staff were when one girl came out from behind the counter and offered to bring water to a woman who was waiting for her food . This location is like nearly every other location around the country, the line to the drive through can be long but the staff is extremely efficient at moving cars through. Dining is closed due to Covid-19. The only complaint was that they had their outside chairs and tables locked up so you couldn't even eat outside. read more
