On top of that, she kept giving us dirty looks, which made the whole interaction uncomfortable and awkward. I completely understand that people have long days and get tired, but basic respect and manners are not optional when you're working with customers. Being ignored, treated like an inconvenience, and then given attitude on top of it is unacceptable. Because of this experience with Robin, I honestly don't feel like coming back to this location. Management needs to address this - no customer should be treated that way.
