Came in with high expectations after having great food at the Panda Express in the OP Mall about a week ago. The service there was friendly, the food tasted fresh, and the portions were very reasonable. Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience at this location. I ordered the exact same meal, but the portion of chicken was noticeably smaller while the rice portion was much larger. This was surprising since I had just seen the chicken being refilled. The service was also disappointing. I asked twice about the prize wheel at the counter and never received an answer. Overall food was decent, but going to the other location would've been the smarter choice on my part. read more

Very friendly service! Food was fresh and hot super helpful. We got the family meal that serves 4-5!

We were there at 5:30 yesterday. Half the food was empty, chow mein was almost empty and all cabbage only and the male server was still trying to give that, 6 minute wait for fresh so I said I would wait, as did the next 4 people behind me. It showed that they hadn't started any till then. Sesame chicken, string bean chicken, teriyaki chicken empty. Beijing Beef almost empty. Rangoon 3 left. The female took our order and set aside the boxes till food was refilled. I had asked and and wrote on the back for half fried rice and half chow mein. I watched a side filled one box with all rice and one with all chow mein. I walked over and asked if that was my order and she said yes. I told her, I asked for half and half. She then scopped rice on top of the cow mein. I said "the other one too please" she snapped back "I did both in that one (opened the box) see" it was all rice. She then just put the chow mein on top of the rice. She finished the boxes and handed them to the male who put it in a bag. I asked "are you going to put the chicken teriyaki in there?" She again rudely snapped at the male and said does it say chicken teriyaki? He looked and told her yes. She huffed and then finished my order. Thankfully, I was watching her or my complete order would have been wrong. This is our go to location for Panda and usually good. This was the worst service we have had here. read more

We're big fans of Panda Express and visit often. We've been to multiple locations many times, including this one. My go-to order? Medium A La Carte String Bean Chicken. Reliable. Familiar. Comforting. Except this week... not so much. The guy behind the counter scooped my usual but left the top third of the container completely empty. And I mean, plenty of string bean chicken was sitting right there in front of him--just waiting to fulfill its destiny. But no. He slapped the lid on and handed it over like we were in a green bean recession. So basically, I paid for the Medium but got the Small. How do you do that and still look me in the eye??? I should've said something right then, but let's be honest--hangry confrontations rarely end well. So I'm saying it now: EVERY other Panda Express I've been to--literally every one--fills those containers to bursting. Like, "lean on the lid and hope it latches" full. I've come to expect that kind of generous chaos. It's part of the charm. So getting a container that's barely two-thirds full? Disappointing. Unacceptable. Downright disrespect. I'm sure this won't happen again. But if it does? Trust me--I'll speak up. And to the counter guy: your fortune cookie says, "Beware of inconsistency in container management. Your customers notice. i've been to this Panda Express a handful of times the past couple months and i have to say, this is definitely the best service in the area for sure. i had an issue with my rewards app the last time i went, but luckily the manager was really helpful and showed me how to fix it. he was very patient with me which i appreciate! this location will definitely remain my go-to! read more

95th and Quivira in Lenexa location your staff is so rude. Will never ever go to Panda. First of all it said that the place closes at 9:30pm, I got there at 9:07pm the door was locked. Was waiving for someone to open the door for me to pick up my online order that was placed at 8:54pm. The guy opened the door, I tried to walk in to get my order. He was so rude, telling me to step back outside in a very rude manner. I told him that is says online that you close at 9:30pm, he said no we close at 9. And then told me not to give him attitude. This location was just A-OK. I'm usually a big fan of the teriyaki chicken entrée, but it was overcooked here. The broccoli and beef was mostly broccoli and some overcooked beef. I liked the ability to select two half sides (rice and veggies) instead of getting a mountain of rice. The service was friendly and the dining area was nice with upbeat contemporary background music. Like any fast food franchise restaurant you already have a certain exception and standards. When I entered panda there was a line. Usually there's a first in first out. But today I was greeted right when I entered they had 2 people getting the food orders ready and another person to finish the entrée. They also had 2 registers open!!! Not only was my experience pleasant it was quick as well! The noodles were good and not too heavy on the veggies. The orange chicken was crisp and hot and not too sweet. I go to this Panda Express often. I did not want the sides just the chicken but paid for the bowl. They always allow me an egg roll to count for the sides. The girl at the register did not this time. She tried to sale me ala cart but last time I did it was still more and less chicken. The girl was very rude as if this is coming out of her pocket. Her name was Amy. I go to Panda Express when I work at this certain job in the area (and don't have leftovers). It's fast and the food and service are always the same quality. I can stick to my diet and get full just by eating the meat and veggies, so that's alright. Today I had the veggies with mushroom chicken and broccoli beef, which was okay for my diet. I love the honey shrimp, but it's not that healthy and an extra $1. The sides are pretty good as well. read more

I showed up and waited in line to place my order. After waiting 5-10 minutes they ask me what I wanted to order and after I told them I had to wait on vegetables. Once the vegetables came out the lady behind me says she ordered something and they just completely ignored me after that. She pulled out a receipt and they started to help her and didn't say a word to me so I just left after about 5 minutes. Terrible service. This is at 1:45 not even during rush hour. read more

Today Sunday I came in to have my lunch , I was eating when in my food I found a nasty hairs fuck!! it is so foul , it was not a regular hair , it was like the cook was scratching he's balls and cooking at the same time it was really foul , they cant go to the restroom and wash their hands.?
