    Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich

I stay away from all fast food! I tell myself that Chick-fil-A is at the intersect of fast food and fine dining. A couple times a year I may stop in for Yelping purposes Only! Their customer service is hands down the best and most consistent I've ever experienced! The food is tasty even though I know there's a lot of icky stuff going on.

My two son's got takeout lunch, on Saturday Mother's Day weekend. The manager with the plaid blue and white shirt took our order. She also double check our order to make sure it was perfect. This is truly the best location of Chick-fil-a , outstanding customer service on the planet.

Had to come back because thy forgot the cookies we ordered didn't check the rest of our until we got home they didn't give a straws One set of silverware I do have a video I'm gonna post on this I didn't even get an apology that I had to drive all the way back I'm truly disappointed in this Chick-fil-A I will not be back to this location I'm not sure if they've change managers or what but the service is terrible or maybe I'm just unlucky enough to catch everybody on a bad night. The crazy thing is I've been there for breakfast lunch and now dinner different times and had the same results this was the first time I didn't catch it. The key thing is my daughter says this location is home with a brown lettuce I didn't get pictures of the side salad but it looks like it's been sitting for about a month just threw that out it actually smelled.

I came here to show an old New Yorker what Chick-fil-A was. I ordered him the nuggets, the spicy chicken sandwich and waffle fries. The waffle fries need to be crisper; it's on the soggy side but it didn't bother me that much because I love their sauce options. My favorite is the honey roasted BBQ sauce. I ate a whole serving of fries myself because of this sauce! I also dipped the fries in honey mustard, polynesian, buffalo, and BBQ. So far for his order! I had to place another order of fries since I finished it.. They have a study room...What?!?

This has to be the slowest, most inefficient Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. It's worth a stop just to see.

Food was good and hot- but the wait was so long I think they were catching the chickens and peeling the potato's while I waited. :)

She knows the menu like the back of her hand--seriously, she's tried every combination imaginable and helped us decide between a couple options. Her recommendations were spot on. I ended up getting the Oh Boy half sandwich, and I love that you can order it as a half. I was torn between that and the Tuscan chicken, but I would order the Oh Boy again in a heartbeat. I also had the pasta salad with both ranch and tahini--such a great option because you always want to try more than one dressing! We tried the Southwest salad too, and it was perfect with the chipotle ranch. Another really cool thing is that you can buy their dressings or hummus to go, which I'll definitely be doing next time. I also had a mocktail that was super fresh and felt really clean--kind of like their version of a spicy margarita, and it was delicious. Overall, great food, great options, and amazing service. Next time I'm coming back for brunch (which is only on Saturdays and Sundays)!

Not much to look at and nothing unique about it. Everything was clean, place seems to be pretty new. Hostesses were friendly and we got a table for lunch immediately. Food was mediocre. Lamb sausage was nothing special. Tried a vegan pepperoni -- wouldn't recommend. $60+ for two pizzas was an obscene price for the quality and the location. It's Knoxville, not DC. Wouldn't go back. $100 after tip was too much for such a mid-tier meal. Shout out to Kait for doing her best to create a good dining experience, her efforts were noted.

Located in an established strip mall by a high-traffic intersection at Kingston Pike and S. Peter's, Greens and Grains is easy to get in and out of with plenty of parking. The interior is spotlessly clean (including the restrooms!) and comprised of two connected dining areas and kitchens. One has a trendy, airy feel with cool green and white tones, while the other is darker with metal and wood elements, a game area, and a large open grill/prep area. The reason for the two different vibes was not immediately clear to me. Actually, it never became more clear during the hour or so I spent there, but I can appreciate a good mystery. This is NOT a fast food joint. In fact, it is slow. Agonizingly slow if you're in a hurry. This is a place to come when you are with a group of people you find highly entertaining (or when you heft along a great book) and don't mind waiting. After ordering two sandwiches and sides, my friend and I waited almost 20 minutes for our food to appear at our table. The macaroni salad was pleasantly flavorful, without the overcooked noodles and runny sauce so often found with this deli counter staple. The turkey and Brie was also good and grilled to buttery-crisp perfection. The sandwich, side, and a drink cost just under $20, so it's neither bargain-priced nor exotic, but fresh ingredients are not cheap. Only one employee was working in each of the two halves of the restaurant, so I imagine if they want to speed up their service, they are going to need to schedule more people. The two employees were both delightfully friendly, though, and they aren't just paying lip service to customer service, a goal plainly outlined on all the napkin dispensers and evidenced by their actions. Despite the slow service, I'm giving them a 5 for their dedication to quality ingredients and excellent customer service. I hope they make it for the long haul, and I'll definitely be back soon.

Plus, the purchase price of their chips goes to charity - it was fun picking our charity of choice. Service was excellent! The staff was enthusiastic and I must add "adorable". I'm returning next week.
