Had a little rumbling in my tummy after asking a couple questions at H&R Block across the way, and it was basically lunchtime so I decided to treat myself. As usual the restaurant was very nice. The music was peaceful and relaxing. I decided in the regular Chick-Fil-A deluxe sandwich. I did forget to ask for extra pickles, that is usually my usual, but this time I did opt for Colby Jack cheese. This was a deviation for me, but I decided American cheese just didn't belong on a chicken sandwich, so i switched it up. The sandwich was very tasty and the fries were hot and crispy. My only negative is that the tomatoes weren't ripe and they were quite bland. I always say, " If the tomatoes aren't ripe, don't offer them." Actually that is the first time I have quoted myself, but I stand by my opinion. Anyway, I had a sweet tea with orange, and that topped off my meal. The team seem to highly respect him and enjoy his leadership. The drive through has been greatly improved after Covid, what used to be one lane is now two. Had to come back because thy forgot the cookies we ordered didn't check the rest of our until we got home they didn't give a straws One set of silverware I do have a video I'm gonna post on this I didn't even get an apology that I had to drive all the way back I'm truly disappointed in this Chick-fil-A I will not be back to this location I'm not sure if they've change managers or what but the service is terrible or maybe I'm just unlucky enough to catch everybody on a bad night. The crazy thing is I've been there for breakfast lunch and now dinner different times and had the same results this was the first time I didn't catch it. I came here to show an old New Yorker what Chick-fil-A was. I ordered him the nuggets, the spicy chicken sandwich and waffle fries. The waffle fries need to be crisper; it's on the soggy side but it didn't bother me that much because I love their sauce options. My favorite is the honey roasted BBQ sauce. I ate a whole serving of fries myself because of this sauce! I also dipped the fries in honey mustard, polynesian, buffalo, and BBQ. So far for his order! I stop at this CF location for breakfast 3 times a week. My daughter stops for an after school snack at least 3 times per week. Thus we received gift cards from our friends for Christmas because they know we eat there frequently. Last week I used a gift card for breakfast and owed a dollar and change so I asked the worker to take the balance from my account using the app. She apologized and told me she couldn't take the remaining balance from my account via app because she scanned the gift card first. I was like no problem, and paid the balance with my check card. So my family went through drive thru at lunch today and before the attendant took my order I told him I had a 15.00 gift card and would pay remaining balance using my app so he would scan the app first. He took my order and my gift card but couldn't get the balance of 2.37 to come up on my account via app. So he put the entire order in again and tried to swipe the gift card on his machine and it was of course already used. He said don't worry about the 2.37 and pull on around to window. The guy at window told us the 15.00 gift card wasn't showing up so we asked him to check with his coworker who took the gift card. We offered to pay the 2.37. He said I still need to swipe your app so this order is complete. We handed him our phone and he a scanned our CF app. It charged our account the entire order amount. I finally had to go in the store and as I went by the attendant who took our order I asked him for the gift card so I could show the manager the card and my receipt. He said he didn't have the card and had given it to an employee inside. I explained the situation and presented my receipt to the shift leader? I guess that is her position. She couldn't figure out how to credit my account for the 15.00. So a male manager stepped in and told me he could call me after he figured out how to credit the 15.00 back to me. I was like "No, I have paid 30.00 for a 17.00 meal and I want the 15.00 credited back now or issue me a new 15.00 gift card." He said he couldn't do that and he couldn't give me a cash refund either. I was welcome to call corporate to get my refund. Again I said no, it's not my responsibility because you all don't know how to use a gift card with my CF account. Finally one of the crew leaders called IT or CF account help line. She had them credit 15.00 to my account. The manager stormed off to his office. This was a waste of time for me and my family. I will never buy a CF gift card. I will not return to this particular location either. Unprofessional manager and poor resolution skills. read more

Always good. This one was extremely busy today. I ordered "lunch items" at around 10:00 - 10:30 and it resulted in a 7 minute wait that I was told about by the attendant standing in the drive thru. Service remained as friendly as I have always experienced at a Chik-fil-A. The 7 minute wait wasn't 7 minutes and the food was great . Friendly service with politeness and a smile is what I expect from a Chik-fil-A and this location is awesome at that. Great location! Growing up, lunch was absolutely synonymous with Chick-fil-a. It's always been a big part of my family's culinary exploits, which sounds hilarious, but it's so true. What can I say? We're simple people who love good chicken! When I'm homesick, or just craving an amazing chicken sandwich, I go to Chick-fil-a and get that #1 combo meal. And it never disappoints. Seriously, I don't think I've ever had a bad meal at ANY location. This particular location is less than a mile from my house though, and I've frequented it since it opened a couple years ago. Went to this chick Fil and received 2 large lemonades with our meal. Problem is that someone used cups with holes in the bottom and/or the straw poked a hole in both where the seam is and lemonade is now everywhere in my car while driving. I'm extremely upset at this point. You need better cups that aren't so cheap that they dissolve while driving for 10 minutes. My car is covered in lemonade now. read more

We stopped here for breakfast on game day (Go Vols!) and let me just tell y'all. The manager was so genuine and nice. Even though they were starting to get busy he made time to make sure his employees were stocked and comfortable AND walked around the entire dining room asking people how they were doing and trying to make people smile. It was one of the nicest things I've seen in a while. To further add to our great experience our cashier Abbi was beyond sweet and made us laugh while she got our drinks ready. I discovered a couple more really good things. I love a chicken tender, but they are not very healthy. I tried the grilled chicken tenders that have no breading but I did not expect much at all, but they were really, really good! What a treat! I have never seen them cooked like that before! I love this chain of restaurant. However this location consistently gets my order wrong in the drive-through, with me ending up overpaying a good percentage of the time. I should have learned by now and check my order before leaving the parking lot, however I'm usually in a rush when I get to go through the drive-through. Workers at the window need to be more careful & make certain DRINK LIDS ARE ON TIGHT before handing it to the customer. Half of my drink poured all over me & my car seat because the workers were in such a rush they didn't take time to put the lid on properly. I visit this Chick-Fil-A at least once a week and always get great service, which I've come to expect from the chain, but I always think instances of above-and-beyond service are worth making special note of. Saturday night I went through a different CFA on my way home from work at 9:30 to purchase a gallon of sweet tea. When I got home, I found that the tea had soured. On Monday I called this location, NOT where I purchased the tea, to see if it could be swapped for a good gallon. I felt bad asking this location to change out the gallon since they weren't the ones who had sold it to me, but being so much closer to where I lived I hoped the could accommodate me and decided that if they could I'd at least buy a little something while I was there to give them business in thanks for taking care of me. Well, when I ordered a large frozen lemonade, the counter attendant gave it to me free, "for the trouble!" I tried everything to pay her, but she insisted it was on them for the trouble that they themselves hadn't even caused me. Such exemplary service-- I love Chick-Fil-A!
