Love the food here & was glad to hear there was one one opening in La Mesa. The grand opening was yesterday with the line a mile long. I went here on Saturday and I had given my order correctly and when I come home some of my food was not in the bags. I didn't go back because it was late night and Sunday is closed. We sat in the right drive-through lane for 26 minutes trying to order as the incompetent worker sat and helped people in the left lane only. Best quality meal and service I have had in awhile! Great value for the money, the spicy sandwich was delicious with the chick-fil-a sauce! The staff were all new since it is a new location but they are amazing and act like seasoned pros. Very friendly, even coming around and asking if we wanted drink refills and anything else. I have never had that at a fast food restaurant. I loved that they even have a little play area for kids. Usually places are taking them out nowadays and we were so thrilled to see it in a new one. The condiment station had a lot to choose from, even after dinner mints! The bathrooms are small but very clean and high tech. I love they include a step stool for the little ones to wash their hands. And the manager is super friendly and nice. We will definitely be back. And loved it everything was great. I told them they had the best chicken sandwiches I've ever tried. My husband and I ordered the spicy sandwich. The rest of the food was pretty decent but not outstanding at all. The tossed salad bowl was obviously hours old and disappointing. But the worst thing was the service at time of placing the order: rushed, rude, and totally unhelpful towards a new customer unfamiliar with the process and the menu. She was even informed that this was our first time, and to please slow down a bit. But that made no impression or improvement in her attitude.
