Only writing this review because it's been twice that I have had to park and wait for them to bring me my order. The first time this happened I assumed it was because there were a lot of cars. As soon as I pulled up to the window they told me to pull around and they would bring my order to me. I waited 20 minutes for my order to come. I literally sat in my car and saw cars that came after me leaving with their orders. Not sure how this happens, but that was my initial first bad experience there. Today - 6/17 I pulled up at 11:00 am. It was only one other car in line. I get to the window and literally wait there for 5 minutes. Then get asked to park and someone would bring me my order. My order like the previous time was just 2 number 1's. Again, other cars behind me got their orders and left. I had to wait another 5 minutes. I don't know what causes this, but I hope management can help correct this. This spot is awesome since it's so close, but I'm willing to drive all the way to foothill ranch just to go through an efficient drive thru. read more

Nothing has changed. This place is a carnival. I'm starting to think this place is the worst rated chick-fil-a in the country. Just tons of issues. I originally gave this place some slack because it was their second day open. One time I was waiting upwards of 10 minutes for someone to come up to me and ask how they could help me. Great new location, so happy it's finally here! Stopped in to pickup my mobile order, some tech issues so a little mix up, but the manager and staff are all so helpful to meet your needs, reduce your wait time and all with a "My Pleasure" smile. I was impressed by the way they all worked together getting orders out ASAP. As I waited for my order I was observing a young man, Reid, and how extremely helpful and kind he was to the customers. I was just so impressed by his customer service I just had to tell him he's doing an awesome job! Todays was grand opening and of course I had to visit and see my besties working! Drive through only for now and it's two lined! Always fast and they get the order correct. Staff are friendly and courteous. Eat at Chick-fil-A usually several tens a week.

Not all chick fil as are created equal, and this one sets out to prove it over and over. Among the lowlights: A live spider was found crawling in my kid's salad. I have pictures and video. Allergy notes are routinely ignored. Chick fil as nationwide are famous for their attention to allergies, but not this one. My family no longer patronizes this location and will drive out of our way to other locations because of their terrible practices. read more

the staff is nice, and the place is clean...and that's about the only good thing i can say. for $15 i get 4 tiny chicken tenders, a small ice tea, and a side salad about the same size as everyone else offers. but here, i had to pay +1.50 to swap the waffle fries out for the salad. what is supposed to be the pull of this food. the tenders aren't as good as either Jack-in-the-box or Epic Wings, they're about half the size of Jack's and one-third the size of Epic's, and they're more expensive than either of those others. several acquaintances and family members have urged me to try Chick-Fil-A. i now have no idea why. We love the food at this chain, and the customer service couldn't be better. But tonight we ordered online. I went to the store and watched the shelves with the two big signs that say "Pick Up". But ten minutes go by, no food. I ask Tristen at the counter, and she shows me my food hidden behind the sign, and tells me that they don't use the shelves marked "Pick Up" anymore. That's fine, apparently some total loser stole someone's waffle fries sometime. So cover the signs! Or put a new sign up, explaining the new process. I used to not like this location for personal reasons but after meeting the operator (Mark) he changed my opinion and now after meeting him a few times this is my go to location. Mark's staff not only knows how to make our experience a pleasure but, also a fun and memorable one. Every staff that Mark has knows what respect is all about and they greet everyone with a warm hello & my pleasure which is what makes this chik-fil-a stand out to other locations around the area. Not only does the food taste fresh but even the Coca Cola I get tastes just like it came from the factory! I also want to recognize Marisa for her kindness in the drive thru when it was extremely busy she was still able to provide excellent service. Thank you Marisa! The reason why I come back to this location frequently is because of Mark. He values my feedback and also provides the best in class service I've ever have received at a local Chik-fil-A. Use to really not like this location as well as Laguna Niguel but the operator, Mark, has made my experience so much better. Mark is one of the sweetest gentlemen I've come across and now I'm probably here at least once a week! I've noticed a huge positive change in the past months with the food quality, service and customer care. 1 star just to leave my review, decided to dine in just Incase I had another bug on my lettuce in my sandwich since previous times I've had that experience and ended up with a bad stomach all night (check inside your food). As I'm sitting there I witnessed the wannabe Supervisor Max tell an employee to get out of his face, which immediately didn't sit well . How rude and unprofessional, this poor employee had been working non stop while others just talked amongst themselves. Have you ever wondered why the line at Chick-fil-A is always so long? I used to wonder that too until I first experienced the taste of heaven when I was little. Ever since then, I have come to Chick-fil-A at least once or twice a week to get my fix. So, I guess you could say l'm somewhat of an expert on this. Chick-fil-A was founded in 1946 and has opened over three thousand restaurants worldwide since then. If that is not the definition of "business is booming" then I don't know what is! Now, more specifically, this Chick-fil-A that is located in the Mercantile East shopping center of Ladera Ranch, California, will leave you with a full belly and still wishing you had room for more. When you first walk in, your nose is instantly greeted by the smell of fresh chicken combined with bubbling grease. Upon entering, you will also see bright red uniforms worn by smiling employees who are ready to appeal to your every wish; and the constant "My pleasure!" coming from them when you say thank you for any task as little as asking for a napkin. Expect to hear at least three different groups of teenagers talking about the latest drama happening at the nearest high school. Despite this being a fast-food restaurant, I wouldn't say the atmosphere is exactly fast-paced. Typically when someone decides to dine inside, you'd expect them to be there for a good forty-five minutes more or less. Overall, Chick-fil-A is where you want to be if you're looking for somewhere to take a break and have a great time. Now, you're probably wondering about the actual food they serve at this restaurant and what type of food it is. Chick-fil-A serves freshly made fast-food chicken. Some of their most popular menu items include the Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich, chicken nuggets, waffle potato fries, and my personal favorite, the Mac n Cheese. If I had to describe the overall taste of all these foods with one word I would say unique because Chick-fil-A's food honestly deserves its own category. The chicken alone should be set aside from all other fast-food restaurant chicken simply because it has a peculiar savory taste. This chicken could be served to you with a blindfold on and you would still know it's Chick-fil-A's based on the taste alone. The seasoning is deeply embedded into the insides of the chicken and dipped into a creamy batter, then carefully breaded, and tossed into the deep fryer to give it just the right amount of crispiness. So when you take that first bite, it feels like you're eating chicken for the very first time. And let's talk about the delicious richness of the Mac n Cheese. Typically served in a cup-sized portion, customers urgently break through the top layer of the crisply baked cheese, waiting to unveil the cheesy gooey goodness that lies underneath. After taking a bite, your taste buds will instantly fall in love with the creamy buttermilk-infused taste of cheese and the chewy texture of the gently boiled elbow pasta. This is definitely one of, if not the, best menu item Chick-fil-A has to offer. And last but not least, you can never go wrong with a classic. Chick-fil-A's potato waffle fries are soft, lightly salted, and smell like they're giving your nose a big ol' hug. Unlike other fries, these golden brown goods are chewy, not crunchy, and they taste like being a picky eater at the dinner table back when you were seven. Completely versatile, these fries make for a great side to anything on the menu; or if you're just in the mood for an appetizing snack. All of this contributes to the favorable and tasty experience you'll get to enjoy if you take a visit to this Chick-fil-A. One of the only downsides to this establishment is that they aren't open seven days a week. All Chick-fil-A's are closed on Sunday due to founder S. Truett's religious beliefs. Although he is no longer with us, all the chains of this establishment still uphold this tradition to this day out of respect for him. So unfortunately, if on a random Sunday, you're craving this fast food restaurant's yummy food, you're going to have to hold on until Monday when they reopen. Day 2 that this place has been opened and it's a Friday night. Got there just before 6pm and it took about 35 minutes. Seemed reasonable given the number of people and the newness of the place. Tried getting breakfast here a few days ago and with only two cars ahead of me in line, I sat for 12 minutes without movement. I eventually drove straight through without ordering. Tonight at 6:35p, it is slower but they already have my money and I'm trapped with cars. This location is Terrible. A couple months ago I had gotten two orders of tortilla soup and some french fries. As I came home to eat my soup, I opened a lid to find black hairs floating around. We had contacted Mark the manager and he apologized (which I appreciated) and he said he would be sending us coupons/free food tickets as a reimbursement and apology for finding the unsanitary hair in our food. Weeks went by and we never got those coupons in the mail. It's been months now and still nothing. Please start wearing hairnets when making chicken tortilla soup or at least remember to send me my coupons as a reimbursement. Worst burger ever. I got a number 2(spicy chicken sandwich, fries and drink) for me and a southwest salad for my girlfriend. I live less than a mile away from this restaurant, but when I got home, the sandwich was cold and the bread soggy, the fries were cold as well. My girlfriend said the chicken in her salad was barely chopped. You get one star because at least the sprite was good. I wish I had gone to Wendy's and get a proper chicken sandwich. read more

I went there this morning and asked for a gluten free bun because I am allergic. I went to get my food and my sandwich was CLEARLY on a regular bun. I told the girl at the drive through its not a GF bun and she argued with me, is said I can get sick if I eat this, GF buns come in a package.
