I don't think I've ever publicly reviewed a business, and I think of my self as very forgiving, but this is our closest "fast-food" delivery pizza, we've ordered several times, and it is always a let-down. Every single time it is at least an hour+ for delivery, despite the app showing estimated 30 minutes at order. Every single time I receive an automated email saying "That delivery was not what we hoped it would be," with an option of either 20% off or a free medium 2-topping pizza. I appreciate that, but the discounts are basically a bait-and-switch - the free pizza is only for delivery, and you have to have a minimum subtotal of $23, so it comes out to $35+ for the "free pizza" after you spend enough on things you don't need, pay their crazy delivery fee, and tip the driver. Today we ordered at 6:13pm, it was delivered around 7:45pm. After 45 minutes of the app tracker showing "prep" stage, I called the store at 6:59 asking for an update. They put me on hold for a few minutes and came back saying it was "just finishing prep." And it would be another "20 minutes, max." My app immediately updated to the next stage, so I assume they just forgot about it, but don't know. 45 minutes later, my pizza was delivered. Giving 2 stars because the pizza is what you would expect at Dominos - not great, but good enough for a Friday pizza night. Anything other than pizza though, is always inedible. Tonight I ordered boneless chicken wings with buffalo just to get to the order minimum - a pretty safe item. No one in the family could eat them. Claimed their delivery person had left for the day. They prioritize delivery over carry out. They claimed they threw out my food items that had been prepaid; although, I suspect they eat it or took it home. They have NOT provided a refund, did not provide an apology or even offer a discount coupon to try to win my business back in the future. There are many better options in the area: Selma's, Mountain Mike's; Sal's (locally owned), aPizza Doho (awesome, family owned), and Truly (Hi Justin!). I ordered a personal pizza and I asked for extra cheese. The very friendly person on the phone said he would just toss a little extra cheese on it. I think he meant that he wasn't going to charge me. Absolutely unacceptable service - avoid this location at all costs! On the night of June 18th, 2025 at 10 PM, I called this restaurant at CORPORATE IN LADERA RANCH to place a delivery order. I was told I could only order online, which I did immediately. However, my order never arrived, and I received no call or update regarding the status of it. The following morning, I tried contacting the store multiple times, but they either ignored the calls or hung up as soon as they saw my number. Out of frustration, I called again using a private number, and suddenly someone answered--the same woman who took my order the night before. (Truth or both she said her name is sally) She seemed surprised and claimed she had been "busy cooking" and couldn't answer the phone. She then rudely told me the order had been "left at the door in the morning," without offering any apology or explanation. Instead of taking responsibility, she blamed another manager and made it clear she wasn't interested in fixing the issue. This was not the first time I've had problems with this location--the first time, they delivered cold pizza, and now this. A huge shoutout to April, who gave me the tip on how to order and bake the pizza perfectly. The secret? Pushing that pan pizza right to the front of the oven! It has been a while since we ate dominos, so we decided to give it a shot after a birthday party. We ordered 3 pizzas and wings. It actually was fairly decent! Unfortunately hours later in the middle of the night, almost all of us got food poisoning. It was quite bad and lasted several days. We had to throw away our leftovers and i called dominos to explain what happened but their customer service is terrible. I saw others left similar comments. I called 4 or 5 times over a week and never got resolution. If I even got an answer, I was told that I needed to talk to a supervisor. It appears supervisors don't work there because they were never present and only called me back once but told me they didn't have the authority to help. Once again, Domino's Ladera Ranch disappoints... The online offer clearly shows 3 topping pizzas for $7.99 each. AND the location of Ladera Ranch is clearly visible at the bottom of the page online (see attached pic). So clicked on the offer, and the website tells you that your coupon has been applied... So I configured a 3 topping pizza and the screen asked if I'd like to add another item (pizza) to the order/coupon... Which I did. I needed three, 3-topping pizzas. But when I went to check out, the prices showed up as $10 plus or minus some cents, per pizza... And I could not get this to change. So I decided to click "Pay in store". That way, I'd hoped that an employee would be able to rectify the issue with me at the restaurant... BUT he could not. He was a nice young man, but he said, "This location does not have that offer running" even though it clearly did online, that day. He told me that the best he would be able to do would be to give me the offer they did have which was much more expensive. I do not fault the employee, but I have had it with Domino's not honoring advertised pricing... This totally bums me out because I never liked Dominos, but in the last several years I've eaten it when it's at parties and it's gotten much better.
