The workers here are so sweet I just got a new phone so my cards weren't in my apple pay when I opened it and I totally was freaking out, I had to call my mom who thankfully was home to tell her to send me a pic of my card to add into my apple pay, but the workers were so nice about it and even offered to pay for me which is so kind but I could not let that happen LOL read more

The owner just changed, and so did all of the good service. I came here because the service was great and the people always said God Bless You, and were very polite. They got a new owner this week and everything is different. They won't customize the orders the same way. They don't charge the same way. And they don't say God Bless You. New owner, please contact me if you care, but you have destroyed a great community vibe. And you took away the reasons for me coming to this location. Adds an amazing personal touch to an otherwise mundane operation where the workers have to work hard and fast and are generally under appreciated by customers who are in a rush to go nowhere. Brendan delivered exactly what I was looking for on my sandwich and is always patient with my order as I can be high maintenance with my customization. Wow, who ever owns this franchise has really taught their employees to skimp on everything!!!unbelievable, a GIANT sandwich is $19.95.. that's a lot of money for a sandwich. That's not very big at all barely any bigger than a subway sandwich... But on top of that this place in particular is really cheap with their meat. I've given them three different chances and every time I get barely any meat and they loaded up with lettuce... It's worth it to take the drive to the one in Rancho Santa Margarita. Today my experience at Jersey Mike's was phenomenal. It was more special than a lot of other Jersey Mike's I visit in South Orange County. The staff gave me and my family some of the best service we've experienced they made us feel at home from the time I walked in the door until when we left even though my wife likes extra pickles. I was here at 4 PM for lunch on a weekday. They had four employees and no customers at all. however it took them 20 minutes to make me two sandwiches they made the sandwiches in the back and they didn't even ask me what I want on top of them I rather go to Subway or another sandwich shop where I can see what they put on my sandwich. this place used to be Togos sandwich and it was my favorite spot for a quick sandwich. I guess now I have to find another place because I only get 30 minutes for my lunch break.
