Chick-Fil-A has mastered the art of giving the same experience in food and all, and while their focus is consistently on friendly people, this location takes it up a notch. These guys are just super nice. It's a very busy location so close to the freeway and we hit it up all the time on the way to Baton Rouge, and that bathroom isn't big enough for all the people that go through it, but everything is always clean and this is a great stop all around. read more

I have had several issues with my orders. The last time I ordered a meal, the fries were cold and as dry as cardboard and my daughters kid meal Root Beer was carbonation. Worse chick fil a I've EVER BEEN IN both of my kids work at our local Chick-fil-A so I'm familiar with the standard. They both could not believe it. Place was a mess. Workers leaning around chatting, even the shift leader along with the other employees were filing the cups with ice with the actual cups instead of the scoop. I visited on 11-29-14 at around 4:00pm. The employees were very polite, but the place was an absolute mess. It was not busy, and there were numerous employees behind the counter, but not a single one touched the dining room the entire time I was there (and I dined in). I'm from Houston omw to New Orleans for the weekend and decided to stop by this chick-fil-a literally 3 minutes before they closed. The drive thru was packed long so we went inside where it was still pretty busy. Our food was out in less then 5 minutes and we stayed to eat there for another 20. So I visit this Chic-fil-A often for breakfast. Chic-fil-A-breakfast is my absolute favorite fast food breakfast so when i get a chance to go, i dont pass it up! For the most part, Chic-Fil-A stands up to it's impeccable reputation.. friendly, helpful and always pleasurable. It's not uncommon for the line to get out of hand and sort of block traffic which is what was happening on my last visit, due to precautions for Co-vid 19. I went to the bank which is right next door and then claimed a spot right at the end of the line. I noted the time on my car at 10:06 am fully aware that breakfast ends at 10:30. As the line moved up, I noticed the worker in a highlighter vest going car to car to take orders to expedite the line. Im still a good five cars away from her getting to me and I watch her go and flip the menu. i note the time again at 10:24am. As She approaches my car.. i start to place my order and no sooner than the word bacon can roll off my tongue, she stops me and says maam, we're serving lunch. I note the time again and it is now 10:31 am. I said maam Ive been in line for over 20 minutes... can you please put the order in? She apologized and looked at me to order something else. I thanked her and pulled off. I think the thing that bothered me most was that she didnt even try. I was so disappointed. I frequent the ambassador location as it is very close to my job and remember ordering well past the breakfast time once. The last time we sat down to eat my husbands food was cold , he's funny about things like that but he ate it anyway. My food was fine. I'm here again to sit down and eat and as the second coming inside I'm not pleased with the smell. It has that old smell and this place isn't old. Like it needs a good deep cleaning everywhere. The floors were kind of dirty but it's 2. They were 4 cashiers that kept trying to take my order as I stood back looking at the menu undecided. Kind of annoying but rather that then being ignored... Ambassador I find is more kept up. As a mother I did appreciate seeing the lovely elder woman taking pride in cleaning the high chair very thoroughly, I normally don't use it anywhere cuz I'm afraid of how dirty it maybe but was cleaning every cm of the straps/seat. Employee told a lady if she'd hold she'd make her a fresh pot of coffee which was good. Food was hot this go round. Just wish they do some deep cleaning every so often and I'd feel more comf coming back. My 2 yr begged for Chick-fil-A and to come play in toys. read more
