We all downloaded the app and have been ordering for curbside pick up ever since it's been available, because the drive thru line is ridiculous. Ubereats delivered and the restaurant forgot to add a meal entree. Contacted the restaurant to let them know what happened. A staff member named Ashley was the rudest person I've ever experienced. I would've understood the fact I had to contact ubereats. I had already done so. But when I told Ashley what happened, she let me know this fact in the most aggressive way she could. She stated "it doesn't matter if *we* didn't put it in the bag. You need to contact Uber!" I asked her to explain how their error wasn't their fault and she started rudely dragging her words as she repeated "you need to contact ubereats." I asked for her name and she ignored me and repeated the same thing she said before. It took her two minutes of speaking in a condescending manner before she gave me her name. Never have I encountered such behavior, ESPECIALLY at chick-fil-a! For the simple fact that Ashley is employed there, I would advise to go out of your way to find a friendlier staff at another location. read more

Only chikfila I'll ever come back to! Clearly whoever is in charge here knows what they're doing. Wonderful location and friendly workers. Dual drive thru doing WORK going fast, and line inside moving fast as well. Patient and friendly cashier was so nice and helpful when I placed a complicated order and had to leave the counter to chase after my kid. Food was brought directly to my table less than 5 minutes after placing the order. Employees are constantly seen through the dining room helping with seating, cleaning, offering refills, etc just being friendly! One employee even brought me an extra side of pickles when I told her my son liked them! So nice. Perfect place to eat with kids. Only downfall is the play area is only outdoors and not inside, but tbh it's a good thing as well - youre little one will not be distracted by the playroom and will sit and eat their whole meal. read more

Worst experience ever, I have never visited chick-Fil-a before today. Due to sesame place being across the street decided to take my family to see what the hype was about. Walking in service was great, staff very polite. After spending $70 for the whole family, I get back to the table with my wife and was told the lady told her she need to put a jacket on or leave due to her one piece bathing suit along with shorts being a spaghetti top. While across from us were three young girls with a 5 inch crop down with shoulders and entire waist up exposed and stated that it says on the window you need a shirt. So I requested to speak to the GM Marly Houtz. Due to being a government worker in NYC for the mayors office and the DOE I was like let me deal with it political. The GM came and defended his employee and told Me he will call the police. I explained now I feel I am being racially profiled because there are individuals who are exposed and are able to eat there food and there skin color is a lot lighter than mine. So I said ok I will leave can I get a refund for my meal and was told no I couldn't get a refund because it states on the door About shirts although my wife was fully covered. Due to the experience I had in this one location as dealing with a GM I believe corporate should run a customer service workshop yearly. I tossed all the food in the trash and left. This used to be a great place to eat. In the last 10 times i have been there, 9 of those times the orders have been wrong. They even sent home an original sandwich without the meat. The parking lot is an accident waiting to happen. You can not enter the restaurant without crossing the drive thru lanes. It is ashamed that it has gone so downhill. I was told it's ok for ever person that doesn't like it, there are 2 that do...a numbers game. I still go there because I love the food and the people but it is NO longer my pleasure. read more

Everyone was so hospitable and polite, and my food came out unbelievably fast. Like, they just handed me back my credit card and it was placed right in front of me FAST. Chic fil a is excellent, but i've never heard of a fast foods restaurant stop serving breakfast at 10:30 am. It's usually at least 11:00 am. One day i got there at 10:16!!! to get in line for my breakfast to wait for nothing. They refused to sell me any leftover breakfast they had even after i offered to pay extra. We went here on a recent visit to PA because I told the two teenagers that were with me they need to pick a CHEAP place to eat. Neither one could make up their minds, so one chose this place(I was also a bit curious about it as here on Long Island we don't have a chick fil a, and also because it was in the news so much last summer). I liked that they had "diet" lemonade, that was great, because I really cannot have much sugar, and it tasted great. We ordered the chicken sandwiches with waffle fries. The entire meal was very typical of fast food, ok tasting, but definitely not healthier than BK or MCDs. It was fried chicken, like KFC. My daughter and her friend enjoyed the sundaes as well. I probably will not go back as these places do not exist where I come from, and I usually enjoy more of a home cooked meal when I am away from home. read more

Really Chik-fil-A. I'm new to the Chick-fil-A movement. People rave about the food, I'm not that into it...HOWEVER I will always stop to eat if I'm in the company of someone who wants to. The lemonade here was amazing there were real lemons involved not just artificial flavoring. I was most impressed with the service and set up of the restaurant. They have mastered the fast food meets quality, meets great service. As I was dining in I noticed the change of shift and on the one side the crew was working and on the other side the next crew was lined up and ready to go . Everyone looked neat and clean cut and ready to work. I also noticed how organized the ketchup, napkin, straw area was. I really appreciate how this place is run and the level of service I get considering the utensils are plastic. read more

As another has posted , there has been a major improvement at this location ( which is the 1st of such I have ever seen in the area ) a dual lane drive thru, by doing so those who just want to grab and go can do so in minutes versus 1/4 of an hour as in some fast food restaurants. Always love chick-Fil-a's quality service!! All staff are always polite and kind and despite long lines they are not rude or impatient. We had a specific refill- asked for half lemonade half sweet tea- and they still allowed it and we're happy to help. This restaurant stands apart as it is very well run - the staff is always friendly, lines move quickly (both drive-thru and inside the restaurant) and it is very clean. I stopped into Chick-Fil-A with my daughters for a quick lunch and was blown away by the amazing service. My hands were full with my 3 yr old and they graciously helped carry my tray to my table. Then I realized I ordered the wrong chicken nuggets and one of the employees stopped asked me if something was wrong, I explained my mistake and within a minute or two she was back with what I should have ordered (no charge). We had the greatest experience here! I went with my husband and 14 month old twins. Every person we encountered was extremely friendly and personable. We met the owner and he was the nicest person. My friend and I went to this restaurant this week. The food was good, but the service was not. We were confronted by a manager saying we were bullying an employee when we did absolutely nothing. They said we were taking pictures and harassing them. We never once took a picture or even said a word to the employee. I thought it was very unprofessional and I will definitely not be going back ever. I was extremely uncomfortable and appalled by the managers actions. Chick fil a is by far the greatest food to have ever existed. Whenever I am in the mood for 'fast' food, I always look to this place. My all time 'go to' is the number 5, 8 count chicken nugget meal. Their cookies and cream milk shakes are to die for and their famous chick fil a sauce beats all others. I think it is so amazing that they keep free mints at the sauce/napkin/utensil counter, I can't help but take a handful (oops). Even when I was little I loved chick fil a, mainly for the adorable playground. Their is seating for the parents as the children stay busy and have fun with the other kids running around. Not one to rate places like this but when it come to my child it matters to give warning. I was in the area with my family for the day visiting Sesame Place. We left the park for lunch to go to chick-fil-a. In the past ,before my daughter was born, my wife and I had great experience at one of the locations in Oceanside, CA. My daughter has a peanut allergy and this was her 1st time going to eat here. We walked in and asked the cashier taking our order if they used peanut oil to fry any of their food. The cashier looked confused at first and after a few minutes responded "no we only use canola oil". I replayed "o okay I was just checking because my daughter has a peanut allergy". She then turns to a fellow employee (I'm guessing a supervisor or manager because they where changing out cash drawers) and ask about the oil and the other employee just confirm what the first employee told me. We all order our food and then I notice on the menu board a small disclaimer that all breaded chicken is fried in peanut oil. I question the cashier about this new discovery and she just replied, " O yeah um well you could just order the grilled chicken." At this point I walked out in disbelief that they would take a potential serious situation so lighthearted. After doing some research I found out they use 100% refined peanut oil which would not cause a reaction. The staff at this location near a kids theme park needs to know this. Not knowing something like this makes me wonder what other short coming they may have when it comes to preparing food. read more
