This is honestly characteristic of McDonalds or the other fast-food chains -- something I didn't expect from chic fil a. The staff is standard CFA Awesome and the food is consistent. I rarely get a wrong order from here, but it's always crazy packed.. but which CFA isn't . Really displeased with my visit from this location tonight. Usually, I don't review restaurants but I have had several incorrect orders over time and plus tonight I'm just over it. I ordered food and a cookies and cream milkshake.... got the food quickly and was waiting patiently for the milkshake. I was standing on the side so I can see the team members and I also see a counter with drinks and two shakes just sitting. But I'm assuming my order is still coming. I'm very patient so I keep waiting. About 5-8 minutes go by and I'm wondering where my shake is.... so I told one of the ladies that I didn't get my shake. This Chick-fil-A location seems to always be super packed! This chain offers their classic sandwiches, wraps, salads, breakfast items (chicken with a biscuit), and even desserts. My favorite item to get is the regular Chicken Sandwich, fried extra hard (this place gets it right, where the chicken turns out to be super crispy!), and I slather it up with the Chick-fil-A sauce :D The waffle fries here are a little underdone, as they have a soggier texture. The 1/2 and 1/2, which is the Sweet Tea and their sweet Lemonade, is quite refreshing, and free re-fills are automatically included (just go up to the counter). Just note that the lines are incredibly long (for both those who are waiting for refills and for those who have yet to put the order in), so it may take a while - for such a busy place, you'd think that more staff members are at hand! I'm reminded of the days when Grammy used to bring me to Chick-fil-a as a young girl as I saw an elderly lady walking hand-and-hand w/a lil' girl who couldn't have been more than 4 yrs old. I have such fond memories of this fast food joint as my grandma used to bring me to Chick-fil-a as a girl and I can still see, even now, why Chick-fil-a was one of her favorite choices. The parking lot (to me as an out-of-towner) is confusing and the drive-through and dining room were absolutely bursting at the seams with people and vehicles and all that, but the staff managed and the food came out rather promptly, the gentleman that took my order was polite and thorough.
