I don't really eat fast food but I guess it's okay every now and again. I was going to the movies and figured that I'll get some breakfast. The line moved fast and the cashier was polite and peppy. I got the 4 piece chicken minis combo meal and I ate inside the restaurant. I didn't have to wait long. It was pretty clean. There was a long line at the drive thru, I think it's faster to order inside. Good food, good service--sounds like a winner to me. read more

I think it's crazy how no matter what time you come to a chick-fil-a there's ALWAYS a line at the drivethru. What do they put in their food!? Anyway, decided to treat my son to breakfast before school this morning. So we came to chick-fil-a to get his favorite sausage egg and cheese sandwich on a bun instead of muffin. I mean it's no 5 star brunch, but it's a decent breakfast on the go type spot. They offer flavored ice coffee, hot coffee, simply OJ, and hot chocolate (the hot chocolate is actually pretty good). Breakfast Time! I was dying to try their breakfast ever since I saw a gif with the honey pouring over the chicken biscuit mmmm. So today I finally had a chance since I was coming from PG heading to Baltimore. I was literally there at 6:00am when they opened lol. I ordered the #1 (Chicken biscuit and tater tots) with coffee. I was super excited!!! The service was very speedy and polite. The food was piping hot just the way I like it, you can tell the quality of chicken is better than most fast food places. The chicken biscuit with the honey was amazing, the biscuit was delicious! No wonder people are going crazy over their breakfast. The tater tots was good nothing special but the breakfast sandwich was EVERYTHING. I wish they served breakfast all day so I can order breakfast often. I live right down the street and I rarely have a good experience at this chick-Fil-a. It's disappointing bc it's my fave fast food restaurant. Whether you go inside, do curbside or drive-thru, you're going to be waiting and eternity for cold food thats probably not what you ordered. The manager at this place is VERY rude. Hung up the phone while setting a complaint. I received various wrong items on my full order. I went to this location last night and was highly disappointed. I have been there several times and it has never been this bad. First and foremost the staff was not up to par. It was not the friendly Chik Fil A service you would normally receive. There were so many attitudes walking around there. Pulling up the drive through line was 15-20 cars long (no exaggeration). So I go in the inside and simply order a small strawberry milkshake, no whip cream and no cherry at 8:08 (receipt time). I did not leave there until 8:32PM. There were so many customers unhappy and yelling for their orders. I finally was asked what I was waiting on and I stated just a strawberry milkshake. Whenever I go to this Chick-fil-A, it's a gamble. I say this, because inevitably, something is going to be wrong with my order. That may consist of missing condiments, incorrect/missing items, or something else. Today, I get to add something new to the list. I didn't come by for anything special. All I wanted was a bag of ice and a peach milkshake. When I received the milkshake, it was dripping all down the side of the cup. I had to give it back to the young man standing at the window passing the orders from the cashier to the customer and ask him to wipe the cup (which really didn't help) and give me napkins for the portion that has dropped on me and in the car. Then I was told to pull over and wait for the ice. I didn't mind having to wait. What I did mine, is that someone came in after me and had to pull over and wait for food. They received their food before I received my little bag of ice. The worst part about it is, I had to remind the young lady what I was waiting for! Now, they did try to make it better by giving me a little card for a free waffle fry or some other small item. But, that doesn't make up for all of the past errors or the fact that I had to drive home with sticky hands and a sticky steering wheel due to the overfilled milkshake cup that kept dripping. I have some pretty inconvenient allergies so Chick-fil-A is one of the few places I can eat at in peace!!! This Chick-fil-A is the exception to the rule! Every time I go and ask for a gluten free bun (which they sell there) they either say they do not have them or put my food on a regular bun. I have a list of 5 different places I go to for lunch during the week, and this is one of them. A very basic menu, but a menu that seems to please so many because the lines, inside and at the drive thru are always long. Which should tell you something, the food has to be good. My choices are either the nuggets or deluxe sandwich, waffle fries, half & half, and whole lot of chik fil a sauce and honey. Ordered a milk shake only to have them cut the damn cup in half. I drove out of the drive thru and reached for the cup and when i lifted it broke into 2 pieces and spilled the entire milkshake into my car. I went into the restaurant to show the manager that they cup has been broken in two and they told me "sorry" and that a new milkshake would cost me $2.00 and change. I was so furious i left without even replying to the manager. Never been to a fast food place that wont at least help you out in bad times. This location has fallen off badly, I use to have to never check my order because I knew it would be correct... not anymore. I got breakfast from here yesterday... 2 breakfast combo meals one was a chicken biscuit meal the other one was a sausage biscuit meal.. also ordered two extra sausages on the side. I checked my bag they left a whole sausage biscuit out of my meal and only put Ketchup in my bag when I also asked for Chick-fil-A sauce too. It's a good thing I didn't drive off. Normally this location is right on point for me. However, today I ordered my usual oatmeal and when I pulled it out of the bag I noticed it looked like a huge meatball. It was so thick it didn't cover the bottom of the container. I had to add some of my spring water to it to loosen it up because I had already gotten back on the road. I remember seeing a young lady shaking the oatmeal container before she put it in my bag. Now I'm wondering why she was shaking it because it certainly wouldn't have moved due to the thickness. Line was practically wrapped around the parking lot and it appeared they were taking 1 order, letting that order leave and then taking the next order. How the hell is that fast food.
