We tried out Puradak in California and didn't get a great experience thinking it was due to being late at night. Tried them out here for lunch and they got our order messed up. We ordered boneless corn chicken with fries and boneless spicy chicken with radish. My order came out first and about 10 minutes later we got the spicy chicken although it was bone in and had no radish. We mentioned it to them and they looked annoyed... We asked for them if they're able to fix the order and box it up for us however when they handed us our to go box it was still bone in, not boneless, and no radish to be found. Unfortunately the other table next to us also had their order messed up so we probably won't be back especially with so many Korean fried chicken options in town. No public restrooms. A few tables. They have matcha drinks as well.

I stopped by this place after Tous Les Jours, the next cafe, at around 930pm on sunday, and it wasn't packed. This brand of chicken is actually famous in Korea, so I really wanted to try it someday, and it was the day:)! The ambiance was nice and clean. The staff member wearing the glasses was really friendly welcomed us with a warm greeting, a smile, and a kind tone that made us feel truly welcomed, which was something we didnt quite feel from the other staff member. We ordered the chili mayo flavor for take out, and it was really good, tho I don't think it was spicy at all. The chicken was juicy, with a crunchy outside and tender inside. I definitely would like to try other menu items next time!

Everything was excellent from the food to the service. I initially was confused because the front door leads to multiple businesses. It's a small little eating area, so I'm glad we went on a weekday when it wasn't too busy. Pros: * Delicious chicken; recommend the Black Aglio (Soy Sauce) * Friendly Cashier * Clean restaurant Cons: * N/A Extra: * They just started offering the True Matcha. One line is for Puradak and the other is for Matcha. * You can purchase their sauces as a side to try. We got the Spicy sauce and it does have a kick * Plenty of parking

Tried two flavors of the wings and they were pretty good. I like how it's oven fried and not deep fried, and still has a satisfying crisp exterior with a moist interior. The chicken flavors were very sweet however, like the outer edge of a honey glazed ham sweet. The wings also comes with a side. I ordered online and picked it up. Very smooth process and friendly service. They packaged the food very aesthetically with a nice box and nice reusable drawstring bag. The wings are pretty large and meaty (both the drums and flats) but I did notice they put the smaller pieces on the bottom of the box to kind of hide them. Malburo wings (w/ fries) -- 4.0/5 * Sweet and quite spicy. Has the classic Korean red sticky, sweet, and spicy sauce flavor but also savory. Skin under the sauce stays pretty crispy. The spice is more of a slow burn buildup. My spice tolerance is pretty high and it definitely made me feel a little warm. The croutons on top didn't really add much to the overall dish. If anything they were just more the way and I picked them off as they added a weird texture. Corn so-amazing wings (w/ sweet corn fries) -- 4.5/5 * Cheesy and corny, tastes like the Asian sweet corn puff snacks and comes with actual corn cob pieces. Chicken was crisp on the outside dusted with cheese. Not overly sweet, but would have been better if the cheese was a little more sharp to add more contrast. I would recommend getting the normal fries with this one, and not the corn flavor, so everything doesn't taste the same. The fresh corn pieces paired nicely. Overall the food is a 4.0 to 4.5 for me as the sweetness isn't really my taste but quality and service is excellent. The wings are a little pricey, about $2 each. It would be better if they had more savory flavor options! I'd still recommend you give them a try! I would come back to try their sandwiches.

This chicken was actually crazy good. Puradak Chicken is one of the newest Korean chicken spots in town. Seemingly owned by the folks behind the local Tous Les Jours stores and various other restaurants, they're right next to the Spring Mountain location of that cafe/bakery. If you don't see it, it's in the corner of that plaza between them and Honey Pig. Apparently my order was misunderstood at first since I initially got served the boneless wings. I did taste one and it was actually kinda good. The meat was tender and there was some crispy skin attached too. It's still not quite the same as wing meat, but it's more acceptable an alternative than other places' boneless options. When I finally got my wings ($16.00, 8 pc.), they were great. There were 4 drumettes and 4 flats, and the drumettes were actually not as dry as they sometimes can get. The flats are always my favorite of course, with the most skin-to-meat ratio and the most tender meat. The skin was crispy and the meat was consistently moist, for lack of a better word. The Black Aglio sauce (+$1.00) on my wings was actually really good. It's a soy sauce glaze that's lightly sweet and highly savory, and it doesn't taste as salty up front as you might fear. I did find that icy cold water was very refreshing though. There are also a bunch of roasted garlic cloves on top of the wings, which was plenty of garlic flavor even though I don't believe the glaze itself had any. And since I was curious, I got the Corn So-Amazing, some sort of corn dust, with my free side of fries (+$1.00 here for the corn seasoning). The bits were crispy but actually did remind me quite a bit of corn. They're also really sweet, so on their own they're a bit much. However, combining it with the Black Aglio, you get a nice blend of savory and sweet. And there was a lot of excess glaze that dripped down onto my plate, so that ended up being a great combo. Come to Puradak for some of the best Korean fried chicken around, ASAP. Only avoid Puradak if you're vegan.

Puradak is a fried chicken chain from Korea and they opened not too long ago. They're located right next to the Tous Le Jours location on Spring Mountain. When they had their grand opening, they had a bunch of specials but unfortunately, we were out of town for that so we missed out. However, we still made sure to give them a try for dinner one night when we got back in town. Stopped by with my husband and friend. We shared an order of whole chicken, two flavors, and two sides. We also got an order of their black cheese balls. We decided on the black aglio and corn so amazing flavors. For our sides, we just got two orders of the fries with corn seasoning. They do make the chicken fresh so there is a bit of a wait, which isn't an issue. Fresh chicken is better than chicken that's been sitting out and reheated. While Puradak is considered Korean Fried Chicken, it's not actually fried. I believe it's baked. Even though it's baked, the skin is still super crispy. The chicken itself is very good -- even the white meat was juicy and tender. The flavors were just OK for me. I wasn't a huge fan of the black aglio ... it was a bit too thick in texture. I liked the corn so amazing better as I prefer a dry rub over sauce. The fries were cooked quite well. The corn seasoning was good on the fries -- gives it a bit of sweetness. Overall, the chicken quality and cooking technique is great. But for personal preferences, I prefer fried chicken.

Yelp Review 2025 #113: After having brunch at a restaurant nearby, I was still hungry and needed something quick and not too heavy. First thing that came to mind was Korean chicken wings. My go-to place wasn't open yet and Puradak popped up on my Yelp app. They share an entrance with Bobae which I thought was a boba tea place but it's actually a noodle house. Puradak has a small dining area. I placed a to-go order at the counter. There's only one person at the counter and another person in the kitchen. They were having issues with their system and something kept beeping loudly non-stop - the receipt printer was offline. Step 1: choose from boneless (8pcs or 16pcs), wings (8pcs or 16pcs), whole. Step 2: choose your flavor (classic, black aglio, sweet, chili mayo, mabulro, corn dry rub, basak dry rub. Step 3: choose a side (fries, rice, radish, coleslaw) They also have chicken sandwiches, cheese balls, onion rings, cheese sticks, and jalapeño cheese pops. They have Coca Cola fountain drinks. I was told the food will be ready in 10-15 minutes. They took my phone number so they could call me when my food was ready in case I was still out and about. I went to Tous Les Jours next door. I came back after 15 minutes but the food wasn't ready yet. Five more minutes later, my food was ready which was not really a bad wait. While waiting, I noticed soft serve ice cream machines behind the counter with bags of matcha powder and black sesame powder but soft serve ice cream wasn't on the menu but maybe in the future. I got the black aglio chicken wings, and fries. If you like Korean soy sauce chicken wings plus cloves of garlic, you would love black aglio. Very crispy and tasty. All drums, no flats. The fries were great too. The to-go box came in a black dust bag which was interesting.

I've come here multiple times to try their chicken flavors and they're always tasty and crispy. Their cream cheese balls are next level, and you can't get anything like it in Las Vegas. They are a smaller, casual diner, where you order at the counter and then they bring your food out to your table.

SUPER GOOD CHICKEN Everything's cooked fresh so expect about a 15 min wait on the food Flo helped us at the front, he was super friendly attentive & accommodating. Absolutely love their chili mayo chicken sandwich- HUGE portion & always cooked perfect. Super moist & is just superb. Different sauces & 2 dry rubs that can accommodate whatever you're looking for with GREAT TO GO packaging! Super efficient. Got it to go & it was STILLL so crunchy + good after a 25 min ride home!

I love puradak in korea and i was so happy to see it here in las vegas. It was very clean and the server taking our order was so nice and helpful. We got 2 orders of 8 pc wings. One sauce of the chili mayo and the other sauce we got the black aglio, which is my favorite flavor. The sides we got French fries with the consomme seasoning (which was sooo good) and the pickled radish. So the sauces were so good but. Some of our wings were undercooked , like red not pink undercooked, so we had ro throw out like 4 wings. which is why I would've given it a 5 star but had to dock. Id be interested to give it a second try though next time, hopefully it will be better cooked.

Been on a Korean Chicken high lately so I was eager to check this one out. Puradak is a quick serve fast food style restaurant... order at the register from a friendly server and wait a few minutes for your food. Service was quick, the few tables they had were clean... and now onto the food. Had the Black aglio chicken... excellent flavors, well seasoned... savory and sweet. Really good, but could have been crispier. The fries were good, but not a fan of the corn seasoning, however, they were crisp and savory. I'd go back for another type of wing and plain fries.

So this spot beautiful, staff friendly , the food was a confusing and honestly baffling. we ordered their creamy mayo chili wings and a sandwich. Chicken in both was off. The wings tasted half way rotten and the chicken sandwich was strings of partially cooked chicken. But I want to talk about the crime that conceptually mayo chicken was. I was expecting a honey walnut shrimp kind deal. This was light green mayo globbed on with pickled jalapenos. It was creamy and little else. Honestly just baffling. Like idk what I was served. They refunded us due to the food quality issues but even if it was perfect this experience would have been baffling. The comparison to semen makes itself

Tried the Sweet Chicken Sandwich with a piece of boneless chicken. Sweet Chicken Sandwich- Came with lettuce, onion, tomato and cheese. For $9 it is a great value. Big and delicious. The chicken is dark meat so it's juicy. Highly recommend. Boneless Wing- Chicken was juicy and tried with Chili Mayo dipping sauce and Black Aglio. Both sauces were good but the star of the show is their juicy chicken. Cheese sticks- Pretty good. Cheese stretched. No complaints. Pao was very friendly. A+ service Will be back

The breakfast came with cream cheese for the bagel but it wasn't buttered. The breakfast was OK. A couple of things stand out. In the need to be fast food, the bagel was only toasted a little. I don't want it black but neither do I want most of the bagel to be just off white toasted. Also, the hashed brown patty could have been fried a little more. I guess to move customers along, the cooking is done a minimum amount of time. It was OK, nothing more.
