This was an incredible dinner. I marked that it was our anniversary when I made the reservation and they had a rose at the table for my wife. Our server was super nice and attentive and the overall feel of the restaurant was nice, clean and modern. We started with the pork belly lettuce wraps, make sure you get these, so good! We split a Caesar salad (this was okay, had a much different taste to it). For our main entrees we did the filet, the ribeye and risotto and broccolini. Everything was cooked perfectly, flavors were insane. Based on this meal, I would highly recommend dining at Harvest. read more

The bartender was not friendly at all. Asked whether they make blueberry mint basil "mojito" just now. The response was no . Looked at me like I was strange. With a restaurant name, Harvest, you woukd think they have blueberries. Also , they cannot make a drink that's made of blueberry, mint, basil, and white rum. It's not an unusual drink . A fully operating bar in Las Vegas with a bartender who knows what they're doing and willing to be nice to a customer can make that happen. Hospitality is dead in Las Vegas. That's not an exaggeration. Being a bartender is hard, but I was asking in a nice /pleasant way. From a place like this, the expectation of being hospitable is part of it. As I was leaving there were like four staff people at the front host desk chatting away and laughing. One of my early career partners hosted a private dinner in the harvest private dinner room. There were 15 attendees. We began with a cocktail hour, and the servers made sure we all had drinks and checked in frequently. They were delicious appetizers as well. When the food came out it came out promptly and all of the dishes were delicious. I would love to go back and try food off of the actual Harvest menu. We had the pork belly lettuce wraps, which were good--slightly salty but overall tasty. The yellowtail crudo was solid, though nothing out of the ordinary. The star for us was the scallops--they were cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. We got a side of mashed potatoes, which complemented the dish nicely. Below is our complaint regarding our experience at Harvest Las Vegas this past Sunday evening. Our party consisted of four adults and three children. We were informed beforehand that the restaurant was offering a fixed menu at $120 per adult and that the children would not be charged individually. However, after being seated, the server informed us that the three children would still count as one additional adult charge. 1st red flag. The larger issue was the food portions. Our party of seven was served IDENTICAL portions as nearby tables of two guests. One pancake sliced into six pieces, minimal appetizers, and extremely small main course portions were served to our table despite us paying more than double the cost of smaller parties. 2nd red flag. When I questioned the server, he stated all foods are served and admitted this was a special concert weekend menu and stated that since it was the final day, "the chefs are like whatever." That comment alone was completely unacceptable and reflected the level of care being put into service. I then requested to speak with the manager. First of all, her attitude was poor, which honestly explains why the restaurant operates the way it does. She however admitted that our table should have received significantly larger portions, including double servings of several dishes due to the size of our party. While two of the missing main courses were eventually brought out after about 20 minutes, we still never received the pork dish, soup, or additional pancake portions that should have been included. I fully understand Las Vegas pricing and have no issue paying premium prices for quality dining. What I do not tolerate is price gouging and inconsistent service where customers are charged DOUBLE while receiving the same amount of food as smaller tables. The entire experience was disorganized, misleading, and unprofessional. read more

Beautiful vibe to this upscale yet comfortable restaurant in the Bellagio. Prompt and excellent service throughout (although it would have been nice if they had wiped our table in between courses without us having to ask). Loved the lively open kitchen. The food offerings are plentiful and creative. We opted for the yellowtail crudo to start. Delicious, although I was left wanting a different presentation, since there was so much tasty sauce that we couldn't really enjoy since it just slipped through our fork tines and we were not served spoons or any mechanism to get the sauce to our mouths. After having been in San Francisco the previous weekend and served a delightful hamachi dish in four Japanese style soup spoons, we agreed that might have been a better way to serve up this saucy dish. We moved on to a perfectly cooked and seasoned hanger steak with chimichurri and some of the most incredible roasted brussels sprouts we've ever had. Scrumptious! Sadly, the mushroom farro risotto was lacking in flavor ~ even just some salt would have helped. So we improvised and mixed a few bites of the bacon from the brussels and that definitely helped the risotto. The beauty of sharing all of these dishes is that we had plenty of room for dessert ~ so we got two! The farmer's market cheesecake was light, bright and fruity and was the yin to the yang of the sweet and decadent salted caramel apple cobbler. If we could give more stars, we absolutely would! We truly appreciate how everyone took care of us the entire time we were in the restaurant. Our main server (Morgan) was very engaging and made sure we were having a lovely time. The pace of our experience was perfect as well as the ambiance of the space to celebrate our 33rd wedding anniversary. The food was absolutely amazing... My filet mignon was prepared perfectly and my husband's scallops were phenomenal. We chose the risotto to share for our side dish and were disappointed we couldn't finish it all. We had the panna cotta and the caramel apple cobbler for dessert, BOTH were fantastic. When staying at the Bellagio, we walk by Harvest all the time...my wife and I decided to try it for dinner. It was a great decision...the ambiance is nice, the decor is beautiful with all the stone work, and our server Giada with her team were fabulous. They made great recommendations. My wife had the hangar steak, me the filet, we also split the Mediterranean salad, mushrooms and mashed potatoes...it was all delicious. We dined at Harvest restaurant in the Bellagio. Outside of our cocktails, my husband and I shared everything we ordered. Tim had an old-fashioned and I had a lychee martini. My martini was fantastic! We shared the Caesar salad, which was one of the best I've had. Next we shared the carbonara appetizer. It was a generous portion, but lacked salt even with pancetta which is salty. We also had the bone marrow side to accompany a ribeye steak. The bone marrow came with grilled bread and there were two large bones on the plate. However, only one bone had any marrow. The other had no marrow even though I tried my best to get something. So in essence the two of us just shared one bone. We requested our ribeye to be cooked medium rare, however it was more medium which was disappointing. For the price point, they should serve prime steak, not choice which was grizzly. Another disappointment, however, the ribeye was seasoned perfectly. Atmosphere of the restaurant was very nice and the service was good. Our server was Vi, and she was on top of everything. I was a little surprised at the couple of missteps as this restaurant is rated 185 out of over 5000 on TripAdvisor. read more

The only reason I'm giving this place four stars instead of five is because it is a little bit more expensive however, the food and the service is excellent. I ended up sitting at the bar since I was eating dinner alone and was served by one of the greatest service I've ever experienced her name is Charlynn (sorry if that's the incorrect spelling!!). There were a few other solo diners sitting at the bar and by the end of our meals we all became very good friends! I ended up ordering the tasting menu for $70 and paying the up charge (15$) to get the steak. I totally think that the steak is worth it. It comes medium rare and they say that it's a smaller portion due to the fact it's a tasting menu, I felt that it was a large enough portion to keep me full. The Caesar salad, smaller, was filling and so flavorful. It's definitely a hit if you like cheese on top. I also ordered the peach cobbler, which was a seasonal offering. It was warm and delicious and the ice cream on top was a delight. My new bar friend next to me was celebrating a birthday and he had a second dessert of the Panna cotta. It was excellent. I highly recommend coming to the bar to sit and eat if you are either a party of one or two, make friends with the bartenders and watch a game on TV. While you're in the casino, you won't hear any sounds of the casino while you're sitting here. Just know that this is a little bit pricier than you'd expect. My husband had the three course non vegan meal and is very particular about how his salmon is cooked and they cooked it exactly how he requested - Off the heat before completely cooked inside as it continues to cook when plated. We sat at a table at the edge of the restaurant where there's a beautiful atrium and windows across the hall so that we could see a little bit outside. Realized it was getting late and this place was closing in 30 minutes. Asked nicely if we could be seated and grab dinner. Our waiter Marieco was so accommodating and answered our questions about the menu. My wife and I decided on the prefix dinner and ordered a bottle of wine. The wine sommelier Adam came to our table to answer questions about the choices. My wife wasn't satisfied with her wine choice and Adam had her try two other wines. She immediately realized she chose wisely. Adam checked on us several times through the meal. What a magical evening of incredible food & wine and conversation between the three of us. Let's talk about the meal! The steak was cooked perfectly, paired perfectly with the wine choice and the peach cobbler for dessert is definitely my favorite of all time. I've walked by Harvest at Bellagio on many previous trips and decided to try it. The food is sort of upscale Americana and is priced accordingly. ATMOSPHERE - 2 out of 5 I was dining by myself, and I got the feeling that Harvets didn't;t want people to see a solo diner. I was seated facing one of the wait stations, with my back to a glass wall where the "show kitchen" is. The noise level was moderate to slightly high, as the tables are placed pretty close together. I heard a lot of the conversation clearly from the table next to me. FOOD - 3 out of 5 I'm pretty simple when it comes to menus. I don't need a lot of explanation, but I do expect to understand what I am ordering. The options were a la carte or ordering from a fixed-price menu with an appetizer, entree, and dessert. I didn't want all that food, so I just ordered the app and entree, although the server was really pushing the fixed-price option. The menu lists "Salads" under appetizers, so I ordered an item that I presumed was a salad, because it contained zero description. Turns out it was a soup, and the server sort of looked down on me for not knowing that. How was I supposed to know if it wasn't described in the menu? The entree I ordered was some roast chicken item. It was okay, but not memorable, and not up to the standards I was hoping for at a restaurant like this. SERVICE - 2 out of 5 The waiter seemed like he though I was a rube of some sort (although I've worked across the world) mainly because I was unfamiliar with the soup listed under the Salad menu. I had to request refills on ice tea a couple of times. And the waiter was not happy that I chose not to order dessert. OVERALL - 2 out of 5 Harvest seems like it is designed well, but they need to treat solo diners with more respect. The menu is misleading and not informative. Honestly I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at Harvest. The restaurant is hidden in the bellagio spa tower, doesn't get much traction. We were there on a Thursday night, a party if 3. Our bill was almost 400.00 plus tip. No alcohol was ordered. The restaurant was basic with plastic flowers, the wait staff in denim.... and thr menu extremely limited. Very very limited. Food didn't taste great and for over a 100 dollars a person I needed more from this place. Highly displeased. read more

We came to the harvest for happy hour. Our bill came to $70 before our tip. Happy hour was half off of the regular price of certain appetizers. It is absolutely astounding that the appetizers that we received would regularly retail on our bill with the two sodas that we got in tiny bottles, for $140! What did we get? The $140 worth of stuff included: a sparse "cheese tray" that had a selection of about five cheeses that could have fit into a thimble for each selection. The total weight of this ensemble, minus the garnish and dishes, was probably about 3 ounces at best with all food items being considered. This is not an exaggeration. There were tiny cups, two of which had some sort of a sweet preserved like item and the substance lined the bottom of the little stainless cup, and then one thimble thimble size serving of a honeycomb with a honey to be used on your items. A very, very small amount in that particular stainless cup. There were some grapes which we did not eat, and then there were six hard bread crisps so that you could put the minimal cheese on them! This was a very pretty platter of a very minimal amount of anything! It was a little bit embarrassing to share this platter because what you had to do was share something that was so small that when you were splitting it, you were leaving the other person with something equivalent size but embarrassingly tiny. The regular retail, if not happy hour, from my recollection, would have been around $34, which is outrageous! We also ordered a shrimp appetizer. It was a tempura like batter shrimp that had a little bit of a kick to it and a sauce on it. There were five of them. That would've retailed for around $30 I believe. They were not large by any stretch of the imagination. Just typical small shrimp size but not popcorn shrimp. Finally, we received something which was called "steak crostini". We had to send back the first little tiny platter of three pieces. Each tiny piece was about the size of a Pringle chip. There was a very thin piece of steak on each of the three of these. There was a sprinkle of some cojito cheese and some other compote on the underside of the steak on the bread itself. The most disappointing part, after we sent the first version back because the meat was so raw that it was not palatable for us, was that both batches contained bread that had never been cooked, not browned, not grilled, not toasted etc. This doesn't fit the definition of "crostini" . This should be a piece of bread that has been toasted or grilled, usually with some olive oil or maybe olive oil and garlic for flavoring. None of this has occurred. It was a thin slice of a small bread that was room temperature and soft. It was a very bad combination to have a piece of steak with some sort of a mushy substance as a substrate under the steak and then a mushy piece of bread underneath that. It was really not good at all. I know the steak actually was probably just fine but with the combination of these things, it just wasn't good. The regular retail of this item would have been $44. It was definitely something I would never want to eat again. So again, for our $70, plus tip, which included two, tiny 8 ounce bottles of soda, we received enough food to maybe satiate an elementary school child, if they would eat it and if they were not a big eater. We were very disappointed and taken advantage of. We're kind of confused about the whole thing, we do wonder if these items are prepared better during non-happy hour times and if they are prepared with a more reasonable amount of food. We were under the mistaken impression that by ordering three items that would have regularly cost around $130 or so, we would have been full and could go to the concert that we needed to go to without being hungry, we were hungry after we left the restaurant. read more

We were greeted warmly, guided to our table where a beautiful red rose awaited me since we were celebrating my birthday. Such a thoughtful gesture!
