Best Brunch Spot in Vegas? Lines out the door? You bet. Reservations not required but recommended at this classy New York City transplant brunch spot that is known for making brunch great again. Outstanding friendly service and delicious food with Jewish items combined with a super laid back but upscale vibe with its baby blue and flamingo pink decor and uniforms, and you've got a solid winner. This review combines a previous visit with our fantastic server Mike in April 2025 and our most recent one in July 2026. Here's what we got: 1. Salmon Bagel Tower. We opted for the house salmon. On retrospect, it a bit oily for my liking. Might do the smoked Scottish next time. Bagel was good, and it comes with cucumbers, tomato, dill, onions, and whipped cream cheese you can all add yourself. It's more of an IG thing, but it's not a bad dish. No comparison to a legit bagel joint like Russ & Daughters in NYC, but it does the job. I can recommend for the visuals and if you love salmon. 2. Triple Decker Sandwich. A beast! If you're hungry, order it. This thing's loaded with bacon, Cole slaw, and turkey layer upon delicious layer. The bacon is super crunchy and the slaw is spot on along with the turkey to mellow out the salt. Must recommend. 3. Salmon Benedict. Solid brunch item. Eggs poached well, and the salmon and hollandaise are tasty. Recommend. 4. Blueberry Pancakes. Not for the faint of heart. 3 thick and fluffy pancakes with plenty of blueberries. Comes with real maple syrup, powdered sugar. Recommend with side of bacon. (Sausage is decent and is a bit dry, but you can dip them in the syrup for a killer food combo.) 5. Creamy Tomato Soup. Surprisingly good. Not as creamy as I imagined but has that creaminess to it. Very tomato flavor and not sickeningly thick or sweet. Pairs nicely with fries or the melt... Recommend. 6. Tuna Melt. We ordered on white bread since we didn't think the bagel would be good for this, opting for more crunch. The white delivered. And the flavor is maxed out on this one with the cheesy tuna with just the optimum amount of salt to make this good with each crunchy bite. Definite recommend with the tomato soup. A staple brunch experience you can't go wrong with. But don't take my word for it: visit when you're next on the Strip and see for yourself. read more

Stayed at the Bellagio so of course had to try Sadelle's by the garden. It was a decent experience! To be fair, we did eat here on the weekend with a prime brunch time reservation. We had to wait close to 20 minutes after our reservation time and the service was not very attentive. The food was alright. I was probably expecting more, based on the reviews and what I had seen online. The omelette was tasty, but the eggs Benedict were not good, as the ham pieces were very tough and the sauce was cold. A gorgeous brunch spot located right beside the Bellagio conservatory. There was a line up on a Monday morning at 8:30am but we were seated in 10 minutes. Our server was very friendly and gave us time to decide on our items. We had our coffee ordered by another server right when we were seated which was delivered very promptly. It's a nice touch as we all need the morning caffeine. We ordered the breakfast sandwich, the Leo with sour dough toast and the avocado toast. All the brunch items were delicious and hashbrown was crispy and done right with ketchup in a cup on the plate. The space is beautiful, with one dining area overlooking the botanical gardens and another facing the pool. Due to popularity, make sure to book a reservation in advance as wait times can reach an hour, even on weekdays. The dramatic multi-tiered smoked salmon tower has become a tradition for us. Breakfast plates are consistently solid, especially the hash browns, which always arrive perfectly crisp and thick. If you feel like splurging, the soft-scrambled eggs with caviar are always a hit. Open daily for breakfast and lunch. There's also a garden table experience, which seats your party inside the conservatory itself. It's memorable, but be prepared for plenty of curious onlookers, and a higher per person spend. Prices are very high, as is everything on the Strip, so expect to overpay across the board. I loved my birthday breakfast at Sadelle's. Fun fact: the restaurant is named after the grandmother of one of the Bellagio resort owners. To celebrate, my wife and I splurged and got the garden table. This allows you to eat in the gazebo just outside the restaurant and right in the midst of all the wonderful conservatory flowers! Fair, warning: if you get this table you'll be in hundreds of photo backgrounds because people are constantly taking pictures of the picturesque surroundings. Manuel was our server and he was exceptional. We started with mimosas and cappuccino and they brought out plates of avocado toast, salmon slices, cheese danishes and cinnamon rolls, bagels and caviar. This was enough of a meal right there, but these delicious treats were just the beginning. Next, we got a choice of a meal and selected steak and eggs. While this plate wasn't nearly as delicious as the opening treats, it was pretty good as well (except for the breakfast potatoes which weren't very good). Lastly, we got a huge slice of cheesecake to share. It was delicious but we barely ate it we were so full. I'm glad for the experience, but I certainly wouldn't splurge like this often. Reservations are recommended; however, walk ins are taken. The menu offers brunch selections. I opted for an egg sandwich with bacon and has browns. My husband ordered the chicken sandwich and fries. The egg sandwich was so ... basic. The presentation was pitiful, similar to when I'm making myself breakfast at home. Definitely overpriced. The chicken sandwich was topped with slaw and pickles. We were surprised because the menu didn't mention this - and I felt bad for a nearby table that ordered the same item. The lady was scraping it off the chicken but there wouldn't be a way to remove the flavor. The bun was close to stale then fresh and the fries were overcooked. Service was basically there to fill up our waters, but not to engage. After meeting so many friendly servers in Vegas, the lack of energy and attention really stood out to us. The space is cute. We were able to get seated right away. The food options seemed like your typical brunch menu and felt like everything was way overpriced. But then again, you are in Vegas. Personally, I ordered the steak and eggs. I asked for medium rare and my steak came out well done. I don't usually complain unless it was a big mess up and this definitely warranted a complaint. It's definitely pricey, but for good food quality, wonderful service, and a good time, it's worth it to go at least once! Classic egg sandwich: such a simple, yet filling item! I would order again and again. Grapefruit brulee: if you like grapefruit in the morning and maybe with a small fancy twist, get it. If you don't care for grapefruit, skip. $16 for half a peeled grapefruit with sugar and other (amazing) things sprinkled on top, torched slightly isn't worth the price. After the first layer of fancy grapefruit slices, it was pretty much just a plain grapefruit (very sweet though!). Virgin bloody mary: perfect! First time here. Made a reservation a few weeks in advance. You have to go through the Bellagio conservatory & garden to get to the restaurant. There is usually a long line and the restaurant is busy and full most of the time. There are 2 lines: walk ins and reservations (signage present). The hostess seemed a bit stressed, likely from what she was hearing through her in ear... She made a few faces and rolled her eyes intermittently. We were seated pretty quickly and at a good table (by the edge where you can see the conservatory/garden). However, the scent was SO strong. It was quite overwhelming. It is pretty loud in the restaurant too. Everyone seemed so busy, because the demand was high for sure. Seemed like too many tables for the number of employees. Our server came by to introduce herself, and she seemed like she was in a hurry. Somewhat flustered. She wasn't mean, but I just felt very rushed even when she was taking our orders. My husband asked a question, and she had a condescending tone too. Not sure if she meant to speak in that tone, but that wasn't the best experience. She rushed off to another table, and we waited quite a long time for our food thereafter (over an hour). The food wasn't even that great. The fried chicken was burnt. The side of cole slaw was a lot but just drenched and soggy. The omelet was mediocre. Smoked salmon was average. Food was quite pricey, but it's Vegas and inside a hotel/casino, so it's common. One of my friends in our group of 6 snagged us a reservation ahead of time for this place in the Bellagio for 8:30am, and we came across some nice sightings on our way here from a beautiful flower exhibit to a display of Bruno Mars. We did wait about 10 more minutes till we were seated though, and the place was already completely filled by the time we got there. Inside is fancy with some pillars at the front and back. There's flower decorations inside too and an aesthetically charming bar setup too. Tables were nice too though they could have been wiped down a little more before we were seated. The menu has egg, fish, caviar, salad and sides of all sorts. Wow if the interior wasn't already fancy then the menu offerings are even more so! Though during this busy time, we all did wait about half an hour for all our orders to come. I got myself the eggs benedict with ham for this visit. The poached eggs and hollandaise sauce were perfect, and egg was very runny. I was not a fan of the ham which had a weird imbalance of savory and salty, and it didn't pair well with the hollandaise. It was also hard to chew, which was odd. The bread under the poached eggs was also too soft for my liking, and got soggy very quickly. I almost did not finish the dish because of the bread but the ham ironically helped. I was sad that the eggs benedict did not come with a choice of sides or bread unlike the dishes that my friends ordered - Vegas omelette, garden omelette, and Sadelle's Signature Breakfast to name everyone else's dishes. My friend's salmon benedict turned out to be much better as it had raw salmon that was immaculately flavored with the right amount of salt and paired so well with the egg compared to the ham I got. They were very accommodating and honored my reservation request for observatory seating, which gave us a beautiful view and really elevated the experience. Sadelle's is swanky. Located in Bellagio Casino, its entrance is near the Conservatory and Botanical Garden. Inside, there are two staircases leading into the restaurant. The dining area is gorgeous: walnut tables, fabric lined booths, substantial chairs, beautiful flower arrangements, giant tropic plants. We visited for brunch. The line was starting to get long but we were seated after a short wait. We tried their LEO (house salmon, caramelized onions, creme fraiche, scrambled eggs), salmon benedict, and a glass of orange juice. Along with the LEO came a bagel with cream cheese and small plate of hash browns. Everything was fresh and seasoned nicely. I really loved how delicately flavored the hollandaise sauce was on the benedict. Menu prices were on the pricey side but we had a lovely experience. Eating at Torrisi Italian Specialties in the early 2010s it would have seemed improbable that Mario Carbone, Rich Torrisi and Jeff Zalaznick would someday own nearly fifty restaurants across the globe, but under the Major Food Group label guests can now get Carbone from coast-to-coast and Sadelle's from Las Vegas to Seoul. Named after Zalaznick's great-grandmother, the New York original giving rise to Bellagio's Conservatory-facing Cafe in 2018, guests at Sadelle's can expect many of the trappings of a traditional LES deli to more indulgent dishes served without pretense from early morning until 3pm daily. A sprawling space still prone to long waits, the ability to make reservations a big bonus added recently, Sunday around 1:30pm found nearly all seats filled with a wide range of diners while service was thoroughly friendly and efficient from the podium to tableside. Built for mass appeal, the Strip-typical pricing matched by mostly-shareable plates, fans of Pastry may notice a small take-away cart near the front offering Cookies, Danishes and Bagels, and those dining in would be smart to order at least one of the faultless Cinnamon Rolls and a slice of Babka either to start or as Dessert topped with Ice Cream. Clearly fond of frying, the Veal Parm bone at Carbone just one clue, Sadelle's Fried Chicken arrives as three pieces with loosely adherent breading and minimal greasiness, while Fries, Onion Rings and the famous French Toast also all succeed thanks to similar technique. Smart to serve bottomless carafes of Coffee, servers thus able to focus on more pressing topics while cups never go empty, Dessert can go any number of ways from an overpriced Black & White Cookie to the aforementioned options, but no matter what the Strawberry Tall Cake should not be missed. read more

Went for my Bday on Mother's Day. Husband let them know we were there to celebrate and seems like instead of making me feel special they did the complete opposite. At the entrance they were giving out free flowers to mother's. I was approached and asked if i was a mom, I was honest and said i wasn't but asked if i could have one for my bday. Host didn't care and moved on. Geez, couldn't even get a free rose. Then I was seated at the table that was very old and was chipped all over. HORRIBLE. And long story short, didn't even get a complimentary birthday dessert. Went here for brunch with a group of friends. It is recommended to make a reservation. We got seated quickly after. There was a bit of a wait to order and get our food but understandable as the entire restaurant was packed. I got the steak and eggs with a side of bacon. Everything was 10/10. Came here for a weekday brunch & there was a long line! Thankfully we had reservations & were able to get seated early. I do recommend making reservations.
