Best Brunch Spot in Vegas? Lines out the door? You bet. Reservations not required but recommended at this classy New York City transplant brunch spot that is known for making brunch great again. Outstanding friendly service and delicious food with Jewish items combined with a super laid back but upscale vibe with its baby blue and flamingo pink decor and uniforms, and you've got a solid winner. This review combines a previous visit with our fantastic server Mike in April 2025 and our most recent one in July 2026. Here's what we got: 1. Salmon Bagel Tower. We opted for the house salmon. On retrospect, it a bit oily for my liking. Might do the smoked Scottish next time. Bagel was good, and it comes with cucumbers, tomato, dill, onions, and whipped cream cheese you can all add yourself. It's more of an IG thing, but it's not a bad dish. No comparison to a legit bagel joint like Russ & Daughters in NYC, but it does the job. I can recommend for the visuals and if you love salmon. 2. Triple Decker Sandwich. A beast! If you're hungry, order it. This thing's loaded with bacon, Cole slaw, and turkey layer upon delicious layer. The bacon is super crunchy and the slaw is spot on along with the turkey to mellow out the salt. Must recommend. 3. Salmon Benedict. Solid brunch item. Eggs poached well, and the salmon and hollandaise are tasty. Recommend. 4. Blueberry Pancakes. Not for the faint of heart. 3 thick and fluffy pancakes with plenty of blueberries. Comes with real maple syrup, powdered sugar. Recommend with side of bacon. (Sausage is decent and is a bit dry, but you can dip them in the syrup for a killer food combo.) 5. Creamy Tomato Soup. Surprisingly good. Not as creamy as I imagined but has that creaminess to it. Very tomato flavor and not sickeningly thick or sweet. Pairs nicely with fries or the melt... Recommend. 6. Tuna Melt. We ordered on white bread since we didn't think the bagel would be good for this, opting for more crunch. The white delivered. And the flavor is maxed out on this one with the cheesy tuna with just the optimum amount of salt to make this good with each crunchy bite. Definite recommend with the tomato soup. A staple brunch experience you can't go wrong with. But don't take my word for it: visit when you're next on the Strip and see for yourself.

Great spot right off the conservatory. There was no wait around 1 pm on a Tuesday. Restaurant is HUGE but some areas were closed due to coverage. We were seated by the window that overlooks the pool. Ordered tuna melt and fries. Tuna was packed onto the crispy white toast so I was only able to finish half. Toast was the perfect color and texture; tuna salad was seasoned appropriately. Looking at another tables order, I'd try the French toast next time.

Beautiful location for lunch right by the Bellagio Conservatory / flower gardens. I don't know why it took me so long to try this place, probably because it always had a long line! Though we did have to wait in line, it moved reasonably fast and we got seated within 30 minutes. The restaurant is way bigger inside than it appears outside and has plenty of seating. I really enjoyed my order, which was the Leo. It's basically smoked salmon on top of eggs and it was unique and different than your typical brunch items. The smoked salmon was so fresh and delicious. The coffee here was great too, and service was excellent. This is a great place to grab a bite while in Bellagio!

Stunning atmosphere. With our reservation we were seated immediately. They ask you how you want your food served, entrees followed by appetizers or if you'd prefer a delay to enjoy your experience. Pigs n a blanket, comes with six minis and two sauces - standard as you'd expect, a tasty app to hold you over. French toast is fat! Crispy outside and moist inside, if you don't like it soft slightly wet inside please do not order this. Tuna melt was delicious. Good flavor and adding salt and pepper made it better. Yummy balance of cheese and perfectly crispy grilled sourdough (you need to request a bread change or it comes in an everything bagel). Fries were skinny, add your own salt - served with ketchup. No room for dessert this trip. I would come back. Thank you!

Such a cute restaurant! It's very themed like a pastry shop and I love the color scheme. The food was extremely delicious, they have a good range of items if you're coming during brunch so it isn't solely breakfast foods. I felt like a lot of the drink options were more on the sweet side, but I didn't mind at all. All of the staff were so attentive and so sweet. They checked up on us frequently which I always appreciate.

Stayed at the Bellagio so of course had to try Sadelle's by the garden. It was a decent experience! To be fair, we did eat here on the weekend with a prime brunch time reservation. We had to wait close to 20 minutes after our reservation time and the service was not very attentive. The food was alright. I was probably expecting more, based on the reviews and what I had seen online. The omelette was tasty, but the eggs Benedict were not good, as the ham pieces were very tough and the sauce was cold. It is a very beautiful restaurant and definitely worth visiting. I'm sure the service is a lot better not on the weekend, and maybe I just got a bad plate of the popular eggs Benedict.

A gorgeous brunch spot located right beside the Bellagio conservatory. There was a line up on a Monday morning at 8:30am but we were seated in 10 minutes. Our server was very friendly and gave us time to decide on our items. We had our coffee ordered by another server right when we were seated which was delivered very promptly. It's a nice touch as we all need the morning caffeine. We ordered the breakfast sandwich, the Leo with sour dough toast and the avocado toast. All the brunch items were delicious and hashbrown was crispy and done right with ketchup in a cup on the plate. I would skip the sourdough bread next time as it was thinly sliced and didn't seem all that fresh. All in all, a great experience for brunch to start the day right.

One of Vegas' most iconic brunch spots. We come here about once a year to splurge on brunch. The space is beautiful, with one dining area overlooking the botanical gardens and another facing the pool. Due to popularity, make sure to book a reservation in advance as wait times can reach an hour, even on weekdays. The dramatic multi-tiered smoked salmon tower has become a tradition for us. Breakfast plates are consistently solid, especially the hash browns, which always arrive perfectly crisp and thick. If you feel like splurging, the soft-scrambled eggs with caviar are always a hit. Open daily for breakfast and lunch. There's also a garden table experience, which seats your party inside the conservatory itself. It's memorable, but be prepared for plenty of curious onlookers, and a higher per person spend. Prices are very high, as is everything on the Strip, so expect to overpay across the board. Even so, it's still lovely to enjoy once in a while. A few things could be improved. The reservation system can be unreliable, even after booking, you may wait far longer than expected. And cocktails sometimes reach our table until after the food arrives.

Beautiful setting, disappointing food. Came here for brunch mainly because of the location right next to the Bellagio Conservatory--honestly, the ambiance is stunning and probably the best part of the whole experience. But everything went downhill once the food arrived. I ordered the signature egg Benedict with the sticky bun. The sticky bun was "sticky" in the worst way--more like it just clung to your teeth instead of being soft, gooey, or enjoyable. The rest of the meal felt like basic diner food, nothing memorable, nothing elevated... definitely not what you expect at this price point. What really shocked me: * Almost $200 for what tasted like average diner-level dishes * A wait even at 7:30am on a Sunday (and not worth it) * Presentation of the restaurant looked nice, but flavor just didn't deliver Honestly, I'd rather have had fast food for a fraction of the price--and I don't even eat fast food more than once a year. Such a shame because the setting is gorgeous, but the food just doesn't measure up at all.

I loved my birthday breakfast at Sadelle's. Fun fact: the restaurant is named after the grandmother of one of the Bellagio resort owners. To celebrate, my wife and I splurged and got the garden table. This allows you to eat in the gazebo just outside the restaurant and right in the midst of all the wonderful conservatory flowers! Fair, warning: if you get this table you'll be in hundreds of photo backgrounds because people are constantly taking pictures of the picturesque surroundings. Manuel was our server and he was exceptional. We started with mimosas and cappuccino and they brought out plates of avocado toast, salmon slices, cheese danishes and cinnamon rolls, bagels and caviar. This was enough of a meal right there, but these delicious treats were just the beginning. Next, we got a choice of a meal and selected steak and eggs. While this plate wasn't nearly as delicious as the opening treats, it was pretty good as well (except for the breakfast potatoes which weren't very good). Lastly, we got a huge slice of cheesecake to share. It was delicious but we barely ate it we were so full. I'm glad for the experience, but I certainly wouldn't splurge like this often. But hey, if any of you readers have a reason to celebrate, give the beautiful garden gazebo table a try (the round table can seat up to 6)!

Sadelle's was our most disappointing meal of our visit to Vegas. While walking through the magic of the conservatory creates excitement, the restaurant and food experience didn't match. Reservations are recommended; however, walk ins are taken. The menu offers brunch selections. I opted for an egg sandwich with bacon and has browns. My husband ordered the chicken sandwich and fries. The egg sandwich was so ... basic. The presentation was pitiful, similar to when I'm making myself breakfast at home. Definitely overpriced. The chicken sandwich was topped with slaw and pickles. We were surprised because the menu didn't mention this - and I felt bad for a nearby table that ordered the same item. The lady was scraping it off the chicken but there wouldn't be a way to remove the flavor. The bun was close to stale then fresh and the fries were overcooked. Service was basically there to fill up our waters, but not to engage. After meeting so many friendly servers in Vegas, the lack of energy and attention really stood out to us. The space is cute. Has a bit of a Disney vibe in its light blue interior. Our seat faced a window looking over the pool area. The images of this space sucked me in! Overall disappointing and won't be recommending it.

Located inside the Bellagio hotel -- cute restaurant for breakfast/brunch, but it was Saturday and the line was out the door. Ended up getting coffee and a bagel at the to-go cart. The staff were super friendly and did not feel rushed. Ordered the latte with almond milk and a splash of caramel flavor -- it was perfect and hot. Such a fun spot -- opens at 6am weekdays and 7 on weekends. A bit early for me, but will definitely try next trip!

Aside from the very good seating in front of Bellagio flower area, I felt the food wasn't really anything special. I came with a party of 8 and had made an advanced reservation. We were able to get seated right away. The food options seemed like your typical brunch menu and felt like everything was way overpriced. But then again, you are in Vegas. Personally, I ordered the steak and eggs. I asked for medium rare and my steak came out well done. I don't usually complain unless it was a big mess up and this definitely warranted a complaint. They were understanding and came back with a new plate. With that said, service was great and I was happy they fixed my meal. All in all, I'm not sure I would come back just for brunch as the food was just mediocre.

Karen truly knows how to make guests feel special, and that's something you don't find everywhere. I'd also like to give a shoutout to Cassie at the front desk. She is warm, friendly, and welcoming, and she makes a wonderful first impression. If I could offer a little constructive feedback, I'd say the dining room could use a bit more lighting. It's a cute space, but it feels a little too dark for my taste. The music was also a bit louder than I'd prefer, making conversation a little difficult. During our most recent visit, the service was slower than expected, and the pours on the white wine seemed quite small considering they were $21 per glass. Overall, though, I've really enjoyed my experiences at Momofuku. Great food, outstanding hospitality, and a team that genuinely cares about its guests keep me coming back. Karen is a true asset to the restaurant, and she's a big reason I'll definitely be returning.
