Honestly, it was alright. I've had AMAZING chicken sandwiches before. This place was very lack luster to me. The interior is painted super cool but the smell was interesting (kinda like cleaning supplies), so my partner and I took our order to go. We ended up using the kiosk and at the end of placing our order it asks for a phone number so I thought, ok cool they are going to text me when my order is ready. Some time had passed and I told my partner it was a little weird that I hadn't received a text message yet, so we go back into the shop and our food is just sitting there on the counter. What was the point of inputting my phone number if they weren't going to message us when our food was ready? But okay, it's fine we're hungry, and we're excited to eat. We ordered a combo, which comes with two chicken sandwiches and fries. The chicken sandwiches were a good size, but the buns weren't warm and the coleslaw wasn't made well in my opinion. We also ordered a sandwich on the side, and for whatever reason that one seemed WAY smaller than the ones from the combo? The fries were okay. I was excited to try Drippin Chicken in Tracy, but unfortunately it was a disappointing experience. When I walked in, there was no one at the front counter. Everyone was in the back, so there was no greeting or customer service. Before I even received any service, the order screen prompted me to leave a tip, which felt a little backwards. The restaurant itself didn't leave a great first impression either. The floor was sticky, and the food was very overpriced for what you get. They also forgot part of my order. I had to go back inside because my side of cheese curds was missing. When they gave it to me, the $6 order contained only a few small cheese curds, which was really disappointing. To top it all off, the chicken itself was stringy and not very enjoyable. Overall, this was not a good experience, especially considering the prices. My second time here but first time ordering and it going through since the first visit their card machine wasn't taking my card and I didn't have cash. I was prepared with cash this time but tried my card again and their machine was working. I had a seen on an instagram post that they had empanadas. I didn't see it on the menu but when an employee finally came out I asked and he showed it was on their screen menu where you can order on as well. For around 11$ the size of the empanadas was not really worth it. It was good tho and their green sauce that came with it was better than the other sauce that I think usually goes with their fried chicken strips, other menu items. Man I was really looking forward to this place since I just moved not too far from this city and I really wanted to like it but there were so many things wrong. The food was hot yes I'll give them that but the chicken was really tough, the seasoning was lackluster, they don't let you have a water cup they charge for a water bottle instead and they charge you for more than one sauce. Every other hot chicken place that I've been to has never charged for the house sauce. We drove 30 mins to come here specifically just to be disappointed. We definitely won't be back. read more

They're supposedly hamburger was mostly shredded lettuce and bun and they're curly fries were more like broken burnt pieces there was nothing curly about them. Honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I showed up about 30 minutes before closing, expecting to place a quick order, and was told they were "closed." Meanwhile, the person right in front of me was still being helped and allowed to order with no problem. That alone was frustrating and made zero sense. What made it worse was the attitude. The staff were giving dirty looks the entire time and were incredibly unwelcoming, like I was inconveniencing them just by walking in. No explanation, no courtesy, just dismissive and rude energy. If you're going to close early, then update your hours. Don't pick and choose who gets served and who doesn't, and definitely don't treat customers like they're a problem. I ordered the chicken sandwich, which came out very dry. I am so cheap that I usually eat any and all food I order, no matter how bad it is, but this chicken was so dry that it was inedible. Threw it out after three bites. I also ordered "15 bone-in wings" for my children. The guy behind the counter said he couldn't do that, because the menu had recently changed.. okay.. I will go with "20 bone-in wings". The menu says you can choose up to 4 sauces. The guy tells me only two (again mentioning that the menu has changed). Fine. Get a new menu. Then the cashier asks my name "for the order", and tells me it will be 15 minutes. Okay. About 15 minutes later, dude comes out with a brown paper bag and tosses it on the counter before turning around and walking back into the kitchen. Was it mine? I was the only customer in the restaurant the entire time.. maybe it wasn't. I stood there alone for a little without the guy coming back, and eventually walked up and inspected the bag. It was everything I ordered, but MAYBE it wasn't mine (maybe a pickup order for someone else that was similar to mine. I didn't want to assume). So I go stand back where I was waiting and a few minutes later dude comes back out and sees me standing there, points to the bag and says "your order is ready. It's right there". Not the best quality service to put it lightly. Not even remotely. Wings were also painfully dry. HARD. Comparable to old Buffalo Wild Wings. Like they've been under a heat lamp for three days. Also the restrooms were disgusting. Looked like a bar after closing time. Toilet paper everywhere. Smell of cheap cleaning products and the smell of ammonia (pee) stinging the eyes.
