I was a loyal McDonald's customer and never thought about chicken sandwiches until my wife introduced me to Chick-fil-A as she is a fan. Each visit makes me see a stark contrast as to how poor McDonalds' service is. Everyone here is courteous and friendly. They bring your order to your tables. The service here is the best I've experienced. Today, while having trouble ordering through my Chick-fil-A app, the manager politely offered us a free sandwich even noting the toppings and brought our order to our table. For the longest time, I convinced myself that I didn't like Chick-Fil-A. I have no idea why I was denying myself of such greatness, but thanks to my fiance, I discovered the greatest fast food around! Chick-Fil-A has it all! The food is fantastic. I suggest the grilled chicken sandwich with a mixture of ketchup and Chick-Fil-A sauce or the chicken nuggets with the condiment concoction. If you're coming here for the first time, you might be wondering "Hmmmm...should I get the meal? I'm not a big fan of fries but..." GET THE MEAL! The fries are like none other! Waffle Fries!!! And they're A-MAZING! Next, you'll probably be wondering, "What should I drink? Coke Zero? Sprite?". Choose none of the above. The greatest thing about Chick-Fil-A is the Chick-Fil-A milkshake. Hands down, the best milkshakes I've ever had. They always have Vanilla, Chocolate, Strawberry, Cookies N' Cream on the menu, but right now, there's an even better one: *The Banana Pudding Milkshake!* This one is just around for a limited time, but I've suggested to the employees here, plenty of times might I add, to tell the manager or owner to keep it on the menu. On top of the amazing food and milkshakes, Chick-Fil-A thrives on customer service. This place has the friendliest employees this side of the Mississippi. This is the ONLY fast food joint that has employees walking around refilling beverages, asking how the food is, and taking your trays if you're done with your meal. Conclusively, whether you want some bomb waffle fries, or to give your date the aphrodisiac that is the Chick-Fil-A Shake, or you just want to see a sparkle in every employees' eyes and smiles, Chick-Fil-A is definitely the place to be ;) Mazel Mazel. I can smell the racism in the air everytime i go there some people that work there just feed off that energy and its really sad, i pulled up to the drive thru today and this young lady was taking my order and she looked like she didnt want anything to do with me I drove up and said "hey, how you doing?" and then she just doesnt respond to me for about 5 seconds and gave me this nasty ass look and took my order in a very rude way... I go here about once a week. Dinner time is always crowded. The drive through line is very long. But once inside, the cashier lines are always available. The place seems to be always overrun by little kids and highschoolers, and their parents. It's a family place. They even have a play place. Service is great, they will bring the food out to you if you eat in. It's well kept and clean. This is the only decent place to eat fast food in the area so maybe that's why they get all the business. It's kind of hard to figure out how to get into there if you miss the left turn exit, which is separated by a concrete curb. I had someone from the main lanes cut across in front of me. read more

Fast, efficient, and overall great service. This Chick-fil-A always has a line wrapping around the restaurant but every time I have been here, the team always manages to move the line very quickly. My experience here has been good and consistent. I love getting the waffle fries with chick fil a sauce and the frozen lemonade. read more

My most recent trip was through the drive-thru, which was efficient, accurate, and fast. I have eaten inside before and I found the location to be very clean, modern looking, and equally efficient and accurate on the order process. I have never had a bad experience at a Chick-fil-A and this location is no different! Food is consistently fresh and hot and made ready-to-order. The service is on point and all the cashiers and staff are friendly, polite and never fail to say "my pleasure." I'm not a frequent patron of chick-fil-a but the few times I've dined in or used the drive through, it's been an unusually pleasant experience. Is there a hiring requirement that says only friendly ppl can work here? I've never come across a grumpy or even neutral employee. They're all cheery and helpful. They don't just take your order or just give you your food. They do it with a smile on their face and in their voice. The drive through line during the times I've gone for lunch is always long but has a person taking orders outside on his tablet in addition to the usual talking box. This speeds things along. The registers are always fully-staffed so the order line moves quickly. Plenty of employees around to bring you your order, to carry your stuff to a table if needed, to refill your drinks, and to clear your table for you. My family and I visit this Chick-fil-A at least once a week. We have gone there for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The service is always consistently above and beyond. The employees are always friendly and work quickly to get you your order. The food is also consistently hot, fresh, and delicious. I sometimes will order something that requires them to make changes (breakfast sandwich with a different cheese and bacon added) and they have only gotten it wrong maybe once that I can recall. If they do happen to make a mistake with your order, they are quick to correct it, apologetic, and will usually offer you a coupon for a free sandwich to make up for it. I have been to many different Chick-fil-A locations throughout the south, and this one is by far the best one that I have ever been to. You won't be disappointed if you choose to go here! read more

Unhygienic and definitely lacks cleanliness on the inside - smells, floors etc. They don't clean up or mop up after little kids barf. And when they do, the smell is still around. Apparently doesn't bother folks who work there. Worst CFA I've ever been to. read more

These guys are normally much better, but today they dropped the ball. I'm sitting here eating cold food because i waited over 15 minutes for a part of my order that wasn't ready. After being quoted 4 minutes for coffee to be brewed, I had to walk up to the drive through window to remind them I was still waiting for the rest of my order. The only food item I really get off the menu is their plain chicken sandwich with lettuce and mayo but it's so good. The waffle fries are absolutely delicious, and I like that they have Dr. Pepper. The milkshakes are awesome as well, my personal favorite is the cookies and cream. The location itself is always pretty clean and all the staff are very polite and provide good service. For fast food, this place is amazing. I've been stopping here for lunch every other week or so after my first visit a few months back. The employees are really friendly and even bring your food to your table if you'd like. Service is fast. The place is clean and offers free wifi too! The chicken tastes and feels like actual chicken, and I cannot get enough of their spicy chicken. Come at least once a week for the food but this place is the exception. You're not going to get in and out any faster than any other fast food. This Chikfila is my favorite in the area. Staff are always so friendly and offer to bring our order to our table when ready. I went to this location today and received horrible customer service. The young lady that was taking my order in the drive -thru rushed me and was very rude. I was really surprised considering the fact I ALWAYS receive great customer service when I go to any Chick Fil A. I frequent this location a lot since my job is across the street but I doubt if I'm going back. I tried to call and complain but no one picked up the phone. Great location, always very friendly and efficient! Yes the drive thru line is always long but they move as quickly as possible with the wait always being reasonable and even have 2-3 people outside taking orders and accepting credit card payments with tablets so that by the time you get to the front you can grab your food and go!
