We were in Lexington for parents weekend at USC. We got 2 sweet teas. Both tasted like cleaning solution. We got two Dr. Peppers and they tasted the same. Didn't even bother to get our money back. VERY disappointed that Chick fil A would even serve that product. Worse sweet tea ever! read more

I stopped to go through your drive thru this evening just before 8pm. I waited at least 10 minutes before I got to the menu to place my order. No one said anything, but the truck in the lane next to me was ordering so I waited. When the truck finished, the speaker at my lane came on and a girl said, "I'm sorry, it's after 8 and we close at 8. We don't have any more food." Seriously?! It's been a while since I've been to church, but I remember something about lying being bad. You have *no* food?? In that case, why wasn't someone standing outside to let the long line of cars in the drive thru know that you weren't taking any more customers? The person in the car ahead of me ordered and the guy in the truck next to me ordered and both of them got to the window after 8pm, yet they still were allowed to place orders. So many of my friends stopped going to Chick-fil-a years ago, but I didn't because of the (until tonight) impeccable service and convenience. Thank goodness, tonight I saw the light. Alright so this location is obviously not the quickest whenever it comes through getting through the drive-thru line. On the other hand I have never had a bad sandwich coming from here. I will say that their breakfast chicken biscuit is pretty disgusting but their sausage biscuit is really on point which is kind of backwards. But their original chicken sandwich has always been absolutely delicious and because of that I will continue to come back over and over. read more

I have always had great experiences going to this chick fil A. They always serve with diligence and patience. If their's ever any problems with my order they are speedy to fix it. It is one of me and my son's favorite places to go. read more

This is a great place to go but they put a BS amount of fries in your container they fill the large half way.

Where do they find these friendly employees? I think they pay more too. Closed on sunday. They are polished and the food is consistently good. Never a bad day. It cost a little more than other fast food restaurants but it's worth the extra price. It's always their pleasure to serve you so they say. This location is always busy, but slow compared to other Chick-Fil-As with the same volume of traffic. The food however, is always hot & fresh! I dread coming to this location because it only has 1 drive thru lane, and the parking lot is always chaotic. Also, the children's play area is for older kids (not steps like other Chick-Fil-as, so it's not toddler friendly.) read more

I live close by this Chick-fil-A and have been going to it for over a decade, I can honestly say over many consistent visits that this has over the past year or so declined from what should be high quality Chick-fil-A experience. To the point where I have started going out of my way to go to the west Columbia locations that are owned by a different owner Mrs Sims (this location is owned by Mr Tucker) and it is a far better and more like what we all expect from a Chick-fil-A experience. The issues of this location are many, staff being at times down right rude with gruff attitudes, eye rolling, and not a "my pleasure" to be heard. Putting orders and to go pickups beside cleaning supplies. Mop buckets sitting out in the open during busy hours for people to step around, and an odd unappetizing smell inside that are very likely from mopping with nasty smelly mop water that is often out for everyone to see. These are a few of the glaring issues that I've had on many, MANY visits and most if not all in the past year have been unpleasant. And the staff's apathy for these issues is what makes me go to Mrs Sims' Chick-fil-A franchises just down the road that are run with much more care and attention than this one. read more

Chick-fil-A has a chain is consistent good food, clean and run effectively. However this Chick-fil-A has been steadily declining for the past 1 to 2 years. So much so now that it is a place I tend to avoid when I used to go multiple times a week. Service is incredibly and painfully slow. You often see many employees sitting taking a break at the busiest times of day with seemingly no regard to how to manage that properly. There is clearly a level of apathy running from management down to employees. I hate writing reviews like this but it's very disappointing to see such a drastic decline. They should take some pointers from the "newer" Chick-fil-A in town. That business is run effectively and employees are considerate and friendly. The wait times are much less for double the traffic. I will gladly travel way out of my way just to go to the other location... which is a bummer bec I live within 3 miles of this location. I see people walk in, wait and leave frustrated all the time - including me! read more

Every time I come to this chick fil a it is the slowest restaurant imaginable. I got in the drive thru line at 10:18 am to get breakfast, didn't even get to the order box until 10:34 and was met with an unnecessarily rude woman who after I asked if I could still order breakfast responded, "no we're out" in an angry tone... I don't understand why being busy gives you the right to treat your customers less respectfully but all in all you guys this chick fil a sucks. Go to literally any other one and save yourself the time. read more

This is one of the busiest Chick-Fil-A's around and they are always polite even under the busiest times which is like all the time. I never wait too long inside on line and the food is always fresh and served with a smile. read more

I'm not sure this is the correct restaurant site, however I stopped at a CFA on a recent trip to Irmo, 10/21/11 around 5:30PM. Got an 8 pk nuggets to go. as I was driving and nibbling I realized there was a tainted taste, as if the chicken was near to being spoiled. Of course I didn't eat any more of my nuggets. I was very disappointed because I have always been very satisfied with everything I have ever gotten at any CFA I have ever been to and I have frequented many. read more
