This restaurant does NOT have decaf coffee! Said they stopped carrying it 2 months ago. This is very inconsiderate for customers who can't have full caffeine coffee due to heart problems. No half-caf option either. That breakfast sandwich on the menu didn't look tasty enough to risk having my heart start pounding. BTW, their drive-thru is a royal pain in the ass to back out AFTER you are told they don't serve something as simple as decaf coffee. McDonald's is just down the road and you can get your coffee any way you need or like it! read more

As chains go this fast food is noteworthy for one major thing. The staff says "My Pleasure", when you say thank you and means it. As fast food goes the Chick-fil-A brand is very good. Notably, the waffle fries, the mike shakes and the Spicy Chicken sandwiches. Driver thru service in the COVID-19 era is spectacular. They know how to staff and run a drive thru. They are always consistent in quality though some places a "Large" waffle fry can vary in size depending upon restaurant. This one has a high volume, dual lane drive thru, very efficient. I have never received and incorrect order, poor quality or someone not safe, "Have a good day" and somewhere in there is a "My Pleasure". read more

This Chick-fil-A is one of the best I've been to, and I've been to a lot of Chick-fil-A's nationwide. The staff is extremely polite and genuinely cheerful. You can tell they're having a good time working together. I had finished my meal and was talking with someone, and a cashier walked over, offering a milkshake that had accidentally been made for someone else in the wrong flavor. The building looks more modern than most, and has electronic disposal doors for their trashcans. The floors and tables were very tidy. I was pleasantly surprised after having read the previous reviews. I guess they drastically improved since then. Again, this is one of the best Chick-fil-A's I've ever eaten at. I cannot recommend this highly enough. To the staff: Amazing job, guys. Keep it up! read more

Never had Chick-fil-A before but it was close and we were hungry. Because I'm not a fan of KFC and didn't know if they were similar I decided not to chance it and ordered a kids meal. I liked that I could get lemonade with it and had a choice of a 4 or 6 piece nugget meal. Also included was a small order of waffle fries although I think there were other options. Nuggets were good, much better than I have had elsewhere but the waffle fries were lackluster and mushy. Could have benefited greatly from a few extra minutes in the fryer. On the upside the ranch dressing I requested with my waffle fries was the old fashioned kind that tasted liked it was made with fresh buttermilk. We got take out and wish they would have bagged straws and napkins as we were staying at a hotel and didn't have any. Service was very polite although I didn't like that you had to wait to the side while they continued to process orders before yours was done. Wish they would have took my order and plated all in one transaction. This created a crowd by the registers and its hard to tell who is in line. Just with a quick glance around and I could tell overall cleaning wasn't the greatest. Don't think I'd make a point to go back to this or another location simply because I'm not a fan of chicken joints but not a bad experience just meh. read more

We are Chick-fil-A lovers... even have the app! But last night we were a bit bummed when we got out drive through order form this location. Normally we go to one over in Columbia. I ordered the Market Salad with nuggets on it but it appeared they mush of run out of nuggets and chopped up an old rubbery and dry chicken breast and threw it on top. We also ordered a M and L fry and had the containers only come half full. We haven't had this experience before at this Chick-fil-A but hope it doesn't happen again. We will give it one more try and if so just go to one of the other locations. read more

Another great Chick-fil-A! I was within walking distance to this Chick-fil-A and decided to go here with the family for some light snacking before our big summer trip, the next day. This Chick-fil-A seemed fairly new, yet fairly empty. The staff was nice and efficient. They were able to give change to a couple of hundreds I had and they did it quickly. The dining area was nice and clean. I was able to see the franchise owner, but he didn't really interact with the customers inside. Instead, he just casually chatted with some employees. The things we ordered came out quickly and were good tasting. I would recommend this place to those looking for good fast food! read more

Don't give someone a drink carrier that didn't ask. I can't hold a drink carrier and drive. Where can you sit a 2 drink, drink carrier in your car? It's just a waste of cardboard. If you know me, you know I have a Chick-fil-a problem. Like some days, 2x a day... some weeks multiple times a week. I work in the area, and we desperately needed more food options. So of course we (anyone who works in the area) were excited to see the construction. Now I have been to this location no less than 8 times since it has opened. No matted the time, I always order the same drink Large 1/2 Sweet - 1/2 Unsweet tea. Its probably been correct 1 time. Its either a regular half and half (tea lemonade) or completely sweet or complete unsweetened . I Know they are new and probably trying to get through some growing pains And as someone else stated, they are extremely slow . Is my food hot, yes. My company preorderd and paid for catering spent over $330.00. Arranged for pick up at a certain time. The order wasn't ready, there was mass confusion ( as this was in the beginning when they first opened). I was contacted and they apologized and said they would send some type of gift. Disappointing. Maybe my bar for Chick-fil-A is too high, but this will be the one and only time I go to this Chick-fil-A. Placed an order for four breakfast meals and added cheese/egg. They assumed I meant adding two pieces of cheese to each sandwich. When I asked them about this they claimed they caught their mistake (lie) and I wasn't charged for their mistake (another lie). When I got home, I then realized the iced coffees that came with the meals weren't even sweetened. Plain coffee with iced added to it is not traditionally how Chick-fil-A makes their iced coffee*, but I guess in addition to subpar service this Chick-fil-A also wants to make the food subpar as well. Overall a sad experience with a fast food chain known for their service, food and accuracy. I never get great service here but the last 2 visits I've been here I've order a 12 count nugget and the first time I received 9 nuggets and this last time I received 10 (it doesn't seem like a lot but I the loving dog mom I am always get 12 so I can share a few with my baby) on top of that their service is absolutely horrible they're always messing up, being rude to you as if it's your fault the order is messed up, and I hope you aren't banking on sauces because they never put them in the bag. read more

Very slow service and the customer service that you would expect at McDonalds. No one is pleasant or accommodating. A few even catch attitudes when you ask them questions or for clarification. This location might become my second office! A prime area, between government office and hotels, combined with a great group of employees makes this my new 'spot'. It is hard to mess up Chick-fil-A food, it is probably excellent 99% of the time - so hard to review the quality of the chicken, it is all the same at all locations. This location, even though new, opened with a great group who smile and greet at every moment. The owner was on site, with his leadership team. While many times franchise locations are owned by investment groups, it was nice to get a one-on-one interaction with the owner. The manager, also just as friendly, was quick to walk around and make sure everyone was getting served quickly. Great launch, looking forward to many visits in the future. read more

I love Chick-fil-A! And this location hasn't let me down yet. The food is always warm, fast, and delicious.

Unfortunately, this is the lowest rating I've given any Chick-fil-A before. As a redeeming quality, this location's food, service, and cleanliness, like other Chick-fil-A's, are head and shoulders above other fast food joints available. For this reason alone, I will continue to eat at this and other Chick-fil-As. The reason for the low rating has to do with their use of the Chick-fil-A app. If you're unfamiliar, the app promises the chance to "skip the line" by allowing the customer to get through the biggest bottleneck on their phone, the ordering and paying process. Chick-fil-As implement this feature slightly different from each other, but usually the end result is still increased convenience. This Chick-fil-A, on the other hand, makes it so using the app is less convenient than ordering in person. Even though I placed my order and paid through the app, once I go to the window, I was told I need to go around and get back in line so that I can repeat my order through the cashier again. Of course this doesn't make sense. Why would I waste time ordering on my phone if I have to repeat my order in person? Is it really "skipping the line" if I have to wait in line for everyone else to complete their order in person? This is my main complaint about this location. If they could improve this, this location would easily earn a four-star rating. Another difference I've seen among Chick-fil-A's is their policies for distributing sauces. Other locations will place their sauces at the condiment bar so customers can take what they need. This location stores them behind the counter so every customer has to ask for sauce. This is a minor gripe and can be overlooked, but is being added to my review in hopes that management at this location can see it and find areas to improve their ratings. To sum it up I have two pieces of advice to improve your ratings: 1. Improve your handling of mobile orders. 2. Make getting sauces easier for customers. read more

Chick-fil-a is known for pleasantries and this location is no different! From the "Welcome to Chick-fil-a" greeting when you first come in, to the almost "restaurant like" table side delivery of your food, this location has nailed it! Drive through seems like it moves very fast and the interior moves swiftly as well. The food is typical tasty Chick-fil-a food. The interior is fresh and clean (they even have a bar height seating area with stools in the middle. Also, THEY HAVE WIFI!! Right now they have training leads and their managers working (typical of a NRO) hopefully they can keep the staff numbers up later on. I've never had an issue with a single employee, and they always go out of their way to make sure the customers are taken care of. The one issue I am aware of happened to a coworker, and the manager actually reached out to my coworker when they learned of the issue in order to resolve it. First time visit. Ordered Market salad. Salad is fresh. A young gentleman handled my order. I asked for hot water. He initially use drink cup, in the same time he asked the other senior person to make sure it is right. Later, he changed to use coffee cup with cup holder. He is very friendly and courtesy. Also, I noticed he also clean the window and walk around to make sure customer is happy. I believed company gave him perfect training and he must be very proud he worked for Chick-fil-A.
