I really have a thing for the lobster roll. I live in glenburnie and I checked with two paneras. The one in glenburnie md and the one in Pasadena. They both were out of lobster. I was not feeling it. So I drove to this one instead. Because of it's availability. I have to say my lobster meat was a bit on the dry side. I actually had to add mayo to it. I don't particularly like it dry. They also forgot my pickle. I probably wouldn't return to this location for my lobster roll. Because I like the way they make it in Pasadena. I tried though and would only stick to some of the other sandwiches options if needed. I placed this order to go so I didn't catch that they forgot the pickle. At least I had a chance to enjoy my lobster sandwich. Well at least its consistent with the amount of lobster meat. From one panera to the next. So it was worth the drive. Don't order a premium beverage here unless you want to get back into a long line for the free refill. Let me get this straight. You pay MORE for the beverage and they keep it behind the counter but won't just refill it for you even if there are 20 people in line making NEW orders??? The food is pretty good here. All Panera's are the same, right? Nope, this one has a drive-thru! Y'all may have known that already, but it was new and exciting to me. I was bummed that you can't order croissants separately, even though a bunch of sandwich options are made with them. My latte was bland and not hot enough, and the bagels seemed at least a day old. I heard that baking in house will end soon, with products being shipped in. I'm not sure if that will improve freshness or not, but we shall see. read more

Continuing northeast to 4 zip codes away, Linthicum Heights 21090, I arrive at this Panera. Since summer 2023, I've been to this Panera many times as a games group I'm fairly regular at meets here. Sometimes I just get my Sip Club drink and eat elsewhere, but sometimes I get dinner here. Salads & sandwiches are good. Staff overall is nice, but I had a couple of issues. Manager did take care of the issues. Quality is sometimes inconsistent, but it's more good than bad. The last few visits have been consistently good. read more

My boyfriend and I had some time before he boarded his flight (at BWI, which was only about 12 minutes away), so we stopped at this location not only for food but for their wifi. The food was good. The only item that I wouldn't recommend would be the grilled cheese. For comparison purposes, I would compare it to gouda cheese.. it was very heavy, very thick. Too thick honestly, but still. For a last minute, wifi-needed, hungry moment, this location was great. We were able to not only eat, but connect to wifi strong enough to not only work, but stream movies and a football game (We were there for about 3 hours lol). As other reviews state, there is a drive-thru option, that from that parking lot, seemed to move very slow. I cannot speak on the accuracy of the drive-thru, but it is available. read more

New Panera! So new the road around it isn't even finished, and there are no other businesses in this tract of land. I ordered two soups to go. The autumn squash and the French onion. The autumn squash was so good! The French onion was also delicious BUT I paid extra for cheese and I requested extra croutons. What do I get? No cheese, and no croutons. I was in the area in route to the Starbucks drive thru and discovered this relatively new Panera with the drive thru window. When I arrived, I noticed that the location was very clean and appeared to be very new. I entered the drive thru lane, which was completely empty. I was greeted very enthusiastically by the person over the speaker. I placed my order, which included the egg white, avocado and spinach breakfast sandwich along with a hot vanilla chai tea. She asked for my rewards number after taking the order and requested that I drive around to the pick-up window. There was one person ahead of me at the window. Within about two to three minutes, my order was ready for pickup In consideration that this was made to order, I received the order quickly. read more

This Panera has a cute, modern design and most importantly, clean! It is not on my normal route so I don't know how often I'll be stopping by. Service was great. I came during lunch hour, the restaurant was busy. The manager jumped in to help both the cashier and the employees making the food. I really like Panera's pizza. Food consistently good and if there is an error, they are quick to "fix the problem". We almost always dine in, it's comfy inside, plenty of room - never been a problem getting eating. Warm weather - outdoor tables, but they could use a cleaning more often, we sometimes end up doing it :( Standard Panera menu, emphasis on bread (no surprise) with sandwich contents a bit 'light' from time to time, but overall this place is better than most Panera's we've been in, for us, Panera is a go-to place for reliability and familiar menu. The first order I made here was so-so, but the second time was pretty much perfect. Both of these orders were breakfast foods which included their wonderful egg soufflés. At this location I am happily able to add egg soufflés to my order through the app. LOVE this location. Orders are not only complete (no missing items) but also accurate (correct), and am able to put in orders through the app for future orders, even in the middle of the night when they are closed. Great place to eat, as are all Paneras. Was taking a class for work nearby and stopped in for lunch. The only downside was that it took a bit longer than I had hoped to get my food, but hey ... it's lunchtime!! They can only do so much!! Went inside mask on. Most of the staff was masking as well. Place is clean. Ordering was very easy. Grabbed a seat and waited for my buzzer thingy (they have these now!) to alert me when my food was ready. I got the Teriyaki Chicken & Broccoli Bowl, which was phenomenal! Enjoyed my lunch (which included a huge hunk o' bread) and my short read and was on my way. When I'm in the area again I'll definitely come by. ~$10 for a good lunch can't be beat. read more

Either it's on the wrong bread, has the wrong sauce or has an ingredient I specifically asked to have left off. And when I say it happens all the time I mean ALL THE TIME. Very annoying. I decided to try the delivery option from Panera. Delivery on point. Product expected versus what was delivered - failed. The Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt is missing all of the key ingredients that make the sandwich, "the sandwich." Calling to report the issue was easy; however, I have to wait for the establishment to resolve the issue within 3-5 business days, which doesn't correct the issue I have now - a less than desirable lunch. The food is good, quality seemed good, it's just following instruction and meeting customer expectations needs work and that is a critical element to the food service industry. I really hate to write a review like this because I love Panera Bread. But for this being a brand new location and already messing up. It's sad. The overall place is super clean. It's a brand new store. The new layout and look is sorta futuristic. The employees are somewhat friendly. Wasn't greeted upon entering. Also there was a issue ordering. No big deal though. This location uses pagers to buzz you when your food is ready. Now for the food. I was expecting a piping nice and hot sandwich. But what I got was a barely warm sandwich with the soup also being barely warm. Also lacking any chunks of broccoli. Also I know for a fact most Panera locations put more meat on a sandwich then this one. The sandwich barely had any meat on it. Lastly. This one didn't make any sense. Especially for a brand new location. But the fountain sodas tasted water down and one soda was already out of order. Overall. I would stick to the other Panera locations until this location is out of beta testing or something. read more

Rapid curbside pickup...is not so rapid at this location. Placed my order on the app before I left the house, thinking it would be faster than the drive thru. I ended up sitting in the rapid pickup area for an extra 20 minutes before going inside to get it. An order was placed for delivery on my Panera Account at this location. I live in Chicago. I called the store, nonstop, repeatedly, for over an hour, to try and cancel the order, but no one could be bothered to answer the phone. I don't care how busy you get, this is incredibly awful customer service. Unfortunately, Panera Corporate offers equally awful customer service. Do better, Panera. In the meantime I recommend folks checking out some of the great delis throughout the Baltimore area, including Luigi's, Weiss', Attman's, Krakus', Urban Deli, Johnny's, Trinacria, Howard's, Vicky's, or any of the other great mom and pop shops that not only prioritize quality but truly know what service is. For me, I can just as easily get a mediocre sandwich and soup at Jason's Deli or McCallister's. read more

No I want the chicken salad sandwich. We don't have any chicken salads but we have the Napa almond chicken salad!! Again OMG! That's what I want!! Get the bag and it's only one sandwich in the bag. If you have another option for lunch in the area, take it and if you can't, by all means, avoid the drive through. As others have said, it takes roughly a half hour to get your order in the drive through with three cars ahead of you. When I finally got to the window, they only had half my order. Apparently they didn't hear the other half being ordered despite having the order repeated back to me over the speaker after placing it. The icing on the cake was the bacon that they mysteriously included in my grilled cheese sandwich. I'd ordered that sandwich because it was the only vegetarian one this location had on offer..no caprese or mediterranean veggie sandwiches available on the drive through menu here...these folks seriously dropped the ball. I can only surmise that the management is at fault here. When I rolled up to the window, there were three employees basically just fucking off for at least 5 of the ten minutes I sat there waiting on my order. Other locations in the Baltimore area work pretty seamlessly and are a pleasure to frequent. First off, this is the best Panera we've ever been to. And we've been to quite a few Paneras... A bit about our group: three college-educated Black men in their twenties on a road trip. One of us used to work at Panera in Washington D.C, so we had insider information. Our tech and sound needs were met by the establishment. One of us is a competitive fantasy football player and needed to watch Lamar Jackson on his phone while we ate. It is the cleanest Panera in America. They were moping and sweeping intermittently throughout our ~ 60 minute visit. The food was GOOD! The seasoning was present. Bread was toasted to perfection, thorough and consistent across all 3 of our sandwiches. I don't know about all these other lil reviews claiming ain't no avocado, ain't no chicken. They a lie! Our sandwiches were full of meat and our salads overflowing. The drink machine was functioning optimally. There was no issue with the quality of the soda nor selection. (The fact that they're exclusively Pepsi products is a separate issue) The restaurant's ambience was contemporary demicasual. We were a party of 3 in a section that could easily accommodate 30 people and the only other guests were a couple college students working on laptops. There's high ceilings, a cozy fireplace, and comfortable furniture. The customer service was on point The crew was quick and friendly. Nothing to report there. All in all, stop at this Panera next time you're road tripping from DC or happened to be at Royal Farms for some chicken. read more
