The management Laura plain does not value their repeat customers who spend thousands. I speak to an "assistant" they say they'll review and make the issue right in a couple of days- I protest as to why that can't be done immediately? She states the manage reviews it and give additional items to make it right-a cookie maybe or fries-nah I receive notice that I get what I ordered. No sorry , just my replacement. So never mind my return trip or messed up meals for my family. Their salads are never consistent. I work here at the mall, so I probably get lunch here at this CFA like 3 times per week or so. I WAS going to wait to leave a review until they made a mistake, so that I could bring that mistake to their attention and see how they handled it (and write a review based around that.) However, they have never made a mistake with the 10 orders or so I've placed within the past month. It's been perfect every time. They are always so polite, so incredibly fast, and the process of getting my food is so easy. I truly don't know how the negative reviews for this place even exist ... I'm always treated so kindly when I eat here. I tend to go with curbside pickup, so that likely has a huge impact on my experience, but nevertheless I really can't say enough positive things about this location. I try my hardest to avoid the long lines at chick fil a . But I decided to not stop by the my typical Carl's Jr. I knew I wanted to order the spicy chicken sandwich with the lettuce and tomatoes. I had a feeling they wouldn't giv me the veggies. But I assumed since the menu shows that the number 2 comes with the lettuce and tomatoes. ALL we wanted was to add pimento cheese to our biscuits. We get up there and they charge us for pimento cheese and do not include it at all. They always get the order right, which is nice, and the food is clean. My problem is they charge about $10 per person for single meals. Our family of 4, with tax is usually $45 dollars. This is definitely the nicest Chick-Fil-A I have been to. Its immaculately clean and the look inside is very cool.. not your usual Chick-Fil-A! The staff are super nice and helpful! It would have been a 5 star except for one thing.. I know that fast service is important but sometimes too fast means your food was sitting there already cooked before you ordered it and therefore is delivered to you not piping hot but merely warm. I personally would rather wait a few minutes for hot food than have it delivered to us before we even find a place to sit. Getting into the parking lot i knew that the store and staff were going to great and friendly, why is because the parking lot was clean not trashy and also the outside looked keeped up.
