Never in my life have I had such terrible service at a Chick-fil-a. I was surprised at the poor customer service from an establishment that prides themselves on going above and beyond for their customers. There was only one register open and an employee was ordering. She kept adding to her order and forgot multiple things, so it took longer. Both she and the team member acknowledged how long the line had gotten and had a laugh about it. When I finally got to the register, the team member mumbled and looked miserable. The only plus was that our food came out super quick for dine in. Upon leaving, I wanted a refill and there was still only one register open. There was another team member wiping the counter and totally could've assisted me. When I finally got my refill the cup was overflowed and had spilled all over my cup. The team member didn't even wipe it off and I had to do it myself. Very disappointing service. read more

I admit, at first I thought Chick-fil-A was overrated and very much hyped. I was wrong it is worth every single dollar you spend. The food was fresh and amazing. I ordered the Grilled Chicken nuggets meal and I promise you the food taste homemade. You can get the flavor out of each bite and it's something special about the Chick-fil-A sauce. I highly recommend you go here I don't believe in perfection but the this food is excellent definitely will see more of me soon. read more

Awesome place! Always clean. The staff is always friendly and fast. You can tell management pays attention to the way their employees act towards customers. Even the way they talk seems be on purpose. The food is always hot and fresh. My favorite is the spicy chicken sandwich with mayo and pickles. I love the chicken here. This is one annoying Christian chicken sandwich. As soon as I sat down with my spicy chicken sandwich deluxe meal, my sandwich actually started lecturing me on how same-sex marriage is a threat to the biblical definition of a family unit, and how Mike Huckabee is a stand-up guy. I wasn't interested in any of this, so I promptly reminded my sandwich that it was just a sandwich that was about to get decimated. These arrogant boobs actually try to tell people that they were the first to put chicken and bread together to form what we all know as a "chicken sandwich". Yeah, OK. Clearly, there is a lot to dislike about Chick-Fil-A even before trying their food. It wasn't until my last trip to Texas (go figure), where you can find a Chick-Fil-A at practically every intersection, that I was sold. I mean the chicken sandwiches are as good as a fast food chicken sandwich is going to get. It embarrasses a McChicken for sport and then bangs its wife. And swiftly kicks the Wendy's spicy chicken sandwich in the junk. The employees are phony-nice, which is better than being an asshole I guess. This location is just down the street from Yorktown mall, so brace yourself for a bunch of Northface jacket wearing suburban jackholes getting food. read more

First of all my day was already ruined, my wife cheated on me with my brother in law. I thought that they were just super close but she always spends a lot of time at her moms house. Coincidence I think not. Then I made the mistake of trying to get a bj from my vacuum cleaner. For anyone who is thinking about doing this, don't. I had to go to the ER and they told me my thing will never look the same. Finally I get to Chick-fil-A. All I wanted after an awful day like that was a chicken sandwich and a doctor pepper. The woman in from of me was not attractive at all and made me almost throw up. I wish I had I went to the window got my food and although the sandwich was good the dr. I normally wouldn't take time to review a Chick-fil-A as they're known to have great customer service across all locations, but the service I just had at Lombard went above and beyond. I stop by the drive thru 1-2x a week for dinner since it's close to my office, and it's usually really fast. One night they were more backed up than usual so the wait was a bit longer than expected - I didn't mind or speak up about it once I got to the window. The kind young man working that night apologized for the delay right away, and gave me 2 free gift cards for a chicken tortilla soup for my next visit. It's service like this that keeps people coming back (not to mention the sweet, tasty chicken) again and again. Lombard staff rocks! read more

Every time I go to a Chick-fil-A, I always order the usual ( a number 2 combo with either a lemonade or a sweet tea). Chick-fil-A has one of the best lemonade and their sweet tea is not as sweet as Micky's D, but the quality is better. My favorite sauce of all time has to be the honey mustard, especially with the waffle fries. I ordered an ice cream cone on my last visit and I asked the cashier if she can put it into a cup since I was driving. She gave me the weirdest look and I was like rude (in my mind). I did not mind because the food was good and maybe she just had an off day. read more

I just love their sandwiches. Got detoured here on our way to Yorktown (ok, we planned to go all along, but after Yorktown, not before) and are we happy we did. The kids meals (get the strips not the nuggets) are very satisfying for the kids. And yes, it may be more than the chicken mc nuggets at that OTHER chain, but at least this LOOKS like Chicken, and tastes like chicken. Not a huge waffle fry guy, but these are pretty good; kids play area is a blessing and a curse. Blessing if you want the kids to burn off some steam, curse if you have pressing plans to go someplace else (but then if that is the case you should probably go to that OTHER chain). Like the way this location is set up, particularly that you have to access from an access road, not the main drag. read more

The store was very dirty. Bathrooms floors covered in trash. The trash can in the dining room had a giant plastic bag sitting on top of the trash receptacle, with trash all around it. Everything was great! They've never messed up my orders either. Personally I think it's top notch fast food. Food is amazing as always. Employees are always friendly and sincere and the manager was very nice. Consistent in service make sure give you all your concern. Probably the friendliest most efficient group of people I have seen. Can always depend that no matter what location you visit, it'll be the same great quality. Very clean and well maintained store. Slowest drive thru ever! Takes 15-20 mins to get a breakfast sandwich. No one has time for this in the mornings.

I always have high expectations for Chick-fil-A due to the high quality across the chain, but this location especially was impressive. There were all the normal things I love about Chick-fil-A-- great food, efficient service, delicious lemonade, clean bathrooms etc. But I have to give a special shout out to this place for their eagerness in bussing the patron's tables. I got up to bus my table and an employee literally ran over to me as I was preparing to dump my trash so she could do it. Not only that but the employees were proactive in bussing tables- there was a large group sitting by me and an employee came up to them at their table and started bussing them preemptively. This review is more aligned to the food. The facility itself, and the customer service are a 5 star rating, but I just don't understand the hype around the food is...it is nothing special. I am in the minority here, but I don't get what is so delicious about a bland bun, waffle fries, and a small piece of fried or grilled chicken. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, which came with lettuce, tomato, and two thin slices of pickle with about 8 pieces of waffle fries and a water for $8. The staff is really nice and helpful here, I really liked the fact that when I ordered a bun less #7 the cashier suggested the gluten free bun if I didn't want the regular bun. Even though I don't eat bread, that was a very useful suggestion for the next time I order a sandwich for my husband or kids. Also to add I like the layout, i like the seating arrangements around the play area. My kids had the classic nuggets which looked a bit over cooked and tough. The fries were looked to be ok. I recently went through the drive thru and ordered an 8 piece nugget meal and when I had got to my practice I realized that there were only 7 nuggets when I counted. I was not angry, but a little upset because I was hungry. So I called and let them know, not expecting anything at all, although they did ask for my address, name, and number and come to find out they mailed me a really nice letter apologizing with some coupons.
