I created my own frozen custard with 2 scoops of ice cream, root beer, strawberries, and wild cherries. The result looked like maybe 2 tiny or small scoops of ice cream. It seemed like a very small scoop of both strawberries and wild cherries. I don't usually go to Culver's often but I kind of expected bigger scoops of everything for the price. Have long been a fan of Culver's. Great root beer. Good fries. Used to get a burger that was so hot and juicy you had to avoid burning yourself. This time I ordered and by the time I poured a drink the burgers were ready. So I guess we're now serving burgers that are cooked before you arrive at the restaurant? Women's bathroom is the filthiest I have seen. They have 2 stalls. One of them had shit on the seat and the other had dried up pee with piles of toilet paper. There were at least 15 workers there just waiting for me to order when I walked in. I refuse to eat anywhere bathrooms are that nasty. It's 4pm on a Thursday with no one inside the Culvers but me. Super great Culver's location! I've been here a few times and every time was a delight, both via drive thru and in person. The employees are nice and have never messed up any of our orders. I personally love the concrete mixers here so much - they're the best fast food ice cream ever in my opinion (IYKYK). It's generally very clean too albeit sometimes it's busy and it takes longer for them to clean the tables. They have spacious parking right outside which is convenient. The worst thing that happens here is sometimes a long wait time but when it's super busy with a long line, that's kind of expected. Would recommend this Culver's location! read more

Culver's is a great place for ice-cream. Their food isn't that great to me. I would recommend the ice cream. When I first had a butter burger from Culver's I was looking for the buttery taste in the meat or on the bun. I haven't tasted it in the food as of yet. This location just added the dine-in service. Tables were marked for seating and social distancing. The interior decor has been updated. Looks fresh and clean, especially the fountain drinks area. The tiled floors have been replaced. The floors are no longer sticky. (Great use of their time during COVID to upgrade the interior from seating to fountain drinks area). The service and the server was great. The server placed a "cleaning card" on the table to ensure no customers sit at the table until they've cleaned it. Came here for a romantic date of all things. What makes this place convenient is that it's off of busy roads and even I-355. The drive thru has been packed at the randomest times thanks to this virus. It's currently open in a limited capacity. The ice cream and food is definitely outstanding but it's totally expensive. Overall it was an average experience. Wait tines aren't bad. Expect to wait a long time if your backed up in the drive thru. read more

Decided to stop at Culver's tonight and got two mini concrete mixers. Keep in mind no cars in the drive thru when we got there. Waited 15 minutes as cars behind us ordered food and drinks and still got their orders before us. Then our order was wrong and melted. Best customer service I've probably ever had. Decided to go on a lunch date with my 3 very young children. My 2 year old must have eaten too fast and got sick all over herself, me, and the table. One of the workers ran over to help and told me to not worry about a thing. She even helped clean up my 2 year old. The manager came over and was so incredibly sweet and extremely helpful as well. Stopped in today to get something for my mother. I inadvertently ordered the items wrong and when we received the order, I noticed it wasn't correct. I parked and went into the location (DG) and proceeded to explain my error! The manager and staff was so accommodating, they quickly agreed to not only correctly make my order but refund me the difference which I actually did receive a refund and then I got to just keep the food they originally gave me because they had to throw out anyway and it would just go to waste!!!!!! Been going to this Culvers for some time. My husband and I usually get the cod sandwiches. And we're very happy with them. This time, however, one of the cod sandwiches smelled a bit fishy. Good fish really shouldn't smell. But I did eat it as it wasn't that bad, just not as good as we are used to. Surprisingly the bottom of the mashed potato container had a sticker attached. I'm afraid that this sticker showed that the mashed potatoes were past their prime by a bit over 3 hours. They probably shouldn't put these stickers on if they show the food is not fresh. I've always been a fan of the butter burger at Culver's. That and their perfectly crispy crinkle fries that are somehow ALWAYS fresh. (Keep it up!) All of the Culver's I've been to have been consistent. Good food and service. This Culver's was the same. The chicken rice soup was great for a cold, snowy day. I'm not a fan. I was invited here and now remember why I don't like it. The menu board is intimidating and some of the pictures and wording are so small. The menu board company made a ton of money on this massive useless mess. The employees are typical first job robotic, no smile and have no sense of service. The burgers are cooked to well done. I like my burgers medium rare.(not an option) The chicken tenderloins that are widely advertised by Craig culver and family are real chicken but in a hard sawdust covering. The sauce requested was not with the food. Employees wear blue gloves as they handle food then bring it out to the dining room in the same gloves never changing them as they return. The dining room chairs have a crazy slope to them which makes it hard to sit up. You are inclined. Good for chilling but not for eating. The dining room reminds me of a nursing home cafeteria.
