I never have a bad experience, but I do hate that even when you order on the mobile app for a sandiwch that is on their lunch menu, during the breakfast time, despite ordering way ahead, they seem to never have it ready, even when you select "already here." Bacon/egg/ cheese breakfast sandwich. The English muffin was well made on the griddle; it's edges were crisped, and pointed almost inward. Toasty. The bacon was crispy. The egg and cheese was standard. My only beef was it's breading -- it's hat was way too small . Look at the pics; the English muffin under covers the whole thing . My husband and I were in the area and needed a quick bite to eat. We got the pretzel chicken club and grilled chicken sandwich combos with waffle fries and a drink. Overall, they were okay but really didn't have much flavor. The waffle fries are nice and crispy but have little flavor and aren't seasoned well. We don't really get Chick-fil-A often, and honestly I don't understand the hype around it. I've never eaten at Chick fil A in my life. So this Hollywood location is my first and I'm guessing/hoping it's not normally this expensive. Seven bucks plus tax for this sandwich? An extra star (honestly I'm not sure if this is good or bad) because my meal was prepared and bagged literally within thirty seconds of ordering. I paid and it was over. That's nuts. As for the food. It's good granted, crispy and not super spicy. I've definitely had worse fried chicken that took longer to cook. It's above average for fast food. I wouldnt strive to come here over other places for the price but it's not really the company's fault Gavin Newsom passed the wage increase thanks to union pressure. I actually applied here to get in on that but I think my college degree kicked me out of qualifying. Weird how that works. Another one and done, I don't need any more chick fil a for the rest of my life. Oh and thanks for letting me use your tables with my dogs when I needed to mooch WiFi the other day y'all. While the food quality is what you expect from any Chick-fil-a location, the service and atmosphere of this outdoor only location leaves something to be desired. The seating area isn't very clean due to the amount of unhoused people in the area and a bus stop nearby causes some issues with those individuals as well. This is usually our go-to spot when it comes to Chick-fil-A. We usually go through the drive-thru, but today we decided to dine in. I can easily say it was a nice experience. The ambiance was pleasant, nice for a family setting. The service was quick. Our food was brought out to us within 5-10 minutes. I tried the new Jalapeño Ranch Club sandwich with the Spicy Filet and their new strawberry Hibiscus Lemonade. If you love their spicy sandwich, you're going to love their new Jalapeño Ranch Club sandwich. It has a nice extra spicy kick to it. Add a little bit of their BBQ sauce, and it's heaven. Their Strawberry Hibiscus Lemonade had a nice sweet and tart taste to it, sometimes kinda sour, but I personally love a sour taste. It's probably not a perfect match/pair with their Jalapeño Sandwich. Stick to a soda. I would highly recommend getting the Strawberry Hibiscus Lemonade on its own, it's perfect for a hot summer day. I like how this location is unique and is a walk up/drive through only spot. Chicken biscuit pretty good on flavor, sadly they thought it was okay to use a biscuit that basically falling apart. Service pretty good. The drive thru line moved smoothly , for the ambiance's I seen some outside sitting area. Save yourself from getting their coffee though, its terrible imagine some warm (not hot) bitter somewhat sour coffee. I like my coffee a bit black, but I tried fixing this one by adding multiple creams and sugars but that sourness just didn't go away. Chickfila do better, your meals already over priced so we expect quality. read more

Every time I come here, everyone is super nice but my order is always wrong. Missing a treat, salt on my no salt fry order, salad without salad dressing, chicken patty instead of spicy chicken strips on my salad, the wrong sauces, etc. I appreciate that it stays open later then some of my other local Chick-fil-A's and has a drive thru... but what good is that if I am spending $20+ and am not receiving EXACTLY what I ordered? I give grace because we're all just humans doing our best, but this has happened 3 times in a row at this specific location. Just slow down and fulfill the orders correctly. I come here a few times a month and have no issues but tonight I placed my order with the employee via the drive through. After 20 minutes of waiting I decided to go to the window to get an update on my order, the employee that took my order was now working inside and was shocked that I still have yet to receive my order he goes to talk to the manager instead of giving me and update or even apologizing they just prepare another meal which took about 10 minutes. I get it I worked in the service industry and mistakes happen but no communication, no apology, no additional fries no remorse at all. They even forgot my additional fries and when I went back same scenario no one tried to rectify the situation. Now if I would have yelled then it would have been a different situation. It's in the general Hollywood area. If you're going to order from the drive through, it's best to enter on the small street that runs perpendicular to Sunset, which is McCadden Place. I have been going to Chick fil A for many years. About 2 years ago, I noticed the chicken strips seemed to be not as good a quality as I was accustomed to - from virtually no gristle to some in every bite. But, I keep trying to continue going there. The service is always good. Recently, I tried the Cobb salad from the Kingston Pike Bearden location in Knoxville Tennessee, near where I live. It was great. However, the next one was almost inedible. The lettuce was mostly brown. I hate to see chick fil a go down the "unpredictable" road for consumers. I've watched this happen so many times before with restaurants. Customers start hesitating or deciding not to give it another try as it's unpredictable what they will receive. Maybe stockholders have gotten greedy and don't care about the quality as long as their returns keep increasing? read more

I love Chick-fil-A's food, but the service I received from Ashley at this location was beyond disappointing. I placed a breakfast order and was overcharged, only to receive extra items I didn't even ask for. When I called to address the mistake, Ashley told me I would have to drive back with the extra food just to get a refund. She refused to correct the situation over the phone and showed no willingness to make things right. Not only did she fail to apologize for her employee's mistake, but she was also extremely unprofessional. When I asked for her manager, she claimed to be the highest authority and said she had no supervisor--which is simply not true. It's frustrating when a company known for great customer service employs managers who don't uphold those standards. Mistakes happen, but how you handle them matters, and Ashley's lack of professionalism and problem-solving skills made for a terrible experience. read more

Coming home from work one day, I was craving something I've never gotten after a shift. It was a Saturday, too, so I knew it'd be open. This place was just the right remedy since I only had a light lunch. It was somewhat packed in the drive-through lanes, but they moved fairly quickly. I ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich and a Chick-fil-A Deluxe Sandwich. I tend to eat the spicy selections with a side of ranch so I got a couple of those as well as several packets of the Chick-fil-A sauce, which is hands down the best sauce of them all. I thought I'd save a sandwich for another day but I ended up eating my lunch and dinner in one sitting. Starting off with the Spicy Chicken and drenching every piece with ranch provided that soothing kick before every chomp. When I moved on to the Deluxe, I was feeling adventurous and alternated portions with each of the sauces and every combination was a different experience. Their frosted lemonade is so addicting. I could easily drink one of these every day for the rest of my life and never get sick of them! The other night I had a craving for some bomb bomb chicken nuggets and waffle fries and frosted lemonade of course, so I sped over to Chick-Fil-A and parked in the red zone on Sunset with only 1 minute to spare before they closed. I ran to the window and breathlessly said, "Please! Just two frosted lemonades! *pant, pant, pant* And a large waffle fries! *Oh good, I can feel my heart rate returning to normal* And some nuggets too, please!" The nice young man behind the window didn't give me a bit of attitude or annoyance even though they were technically closed. He just laughed and pleasantly rang up my order then handed me my change and a receipt. I did a little happy dance as I watched them make my frosted lemonade, and before I knew it, they were calling my name at the next window and handing me my food & drinks. I've been frequenting this place more than I'd like, but there's obviously a reason I keep coming back. For starters, the food is consistently good here and the staff is super friendly. They have never messed up an order and the food is always packaged neatly. Obviously as others have stated, the parking/drive thru situation can be somewhat of a mess depending on what time you're there. Your best bet is to come from Sunset Blvd and make a right onto McCadden. The wait varies, anywhere from 15-30 minutes, but the staff there have a solid system in place to handle the cars, just be patient. My go-to is the classic chicken sandwich and some Chic Fil A sauce. Their fries are okay, nothing special in my opinion. Overall, this is a solid location with good fast food. read more
