Very bad service, it really matters who you are and when you go there. The manager Alex handled my order, asking me to move along and he would "have the order ready," skimming the portion of the entree. I've been there many times and never had an issue but probably choosing Panda Express was not a good idea an hour before closing. The associate that "helped" me out at the next section didn't even acknowledge my presence even though I was sent there early because of Alex. He just grabbed the bag of food and indicated he would help me at the second register when I was planning on getting egg rolls from his section. After realizing I was still purchasing, the young man grabbed my wanted egg rolls but forgot to add the sauce in the bag. I get home, hungry and craving this meal only to open the container and see 7 pieces of shrimp. I calculated meaning I was paying at least $1 per shrimp snd that's after generously deducting the price of the egg rolls and rice. I'm generally a fan of Panda Express, so I was looking forward to a quick meal at this location. After placing my order and watching them fill the plate up, they closed the takeout box up and I started getting ready to pay. But then they put my plate on a scale, and after a moment of hemming and hawing, they open it back up to scoop the food back into the warming trays. After I asked what this was about, the cashier informed me it weighed too much. This is the first time I've ever seen a fast food place weigh out the box like this, let alone put food back into the serving trays. This has to be in violation of some sort of cross-contamination regulations. I'm not sure who needs to hear this, but management needs to cut this practice out immediately. Not only is it gross and unsanitary, but it's also just a poor customer experience to watch them be this stingy for a couple pieces of chicken. I left without paying, and I probably won't eat at another Panda Express if I continue to see this. read more

One of the worst Panda Express franchises around. They seem incapable of getting an online order correct. I get food from here a lot (or rather I used to). Same order every time. I either get no fortune cookies, no sauce, the wrong sauce or less spring rolls than ordered. They seem just about capable to get the bowl orders right at least. The order is printed out. It's not hard to follow. You read what is printed out and put those items in the bag. I won't be giving them any more money from now on. Tonight was the last chance. The Panda Express is just like every other location... freshly made with friendly staff and everything you expect of this LA-based chain. I took a star off because the location is horrible. The parking lot barely holds 20-25 cars and the strip mall has a variety of popular establishments, making for a nightmare of a parking situation if you're coming during the lunch and/or dinner rush. Horrible Manager by the name of "Monik" - I was instructed by Door dash to pick up an order and I showed her the order below and she refused to hand me the order so I could deliver it to the customer. We are instructed as dashers to confirm order after we receive the order from the merchant she continued to refuse giving me the order. It made no sense at all. I went in multiple times and was purposely ignored. I seen her laughing about it when I kept coming in to other employees. I never met her and I don't understand what her bossy issue is but she got a job to do but we also have instructions and she does not superseded the instructions we are giving. Other dashers push the continue button only because she Presses/bosses individuals to do so but that is not what we are instructed to do. Once we are handed the order we press the button. Door dash has it set that way because once we hit that button it indicates to the customer that we received the order and are on the way but that was not the case for this "Monik" character. She wanted to be a security guard over this customers order after she was showed. This was extremely uncalled for. She must wants to tell us how to do our job but she is sadly mistaken. She has a bad attitude and definitely is not a doll or victim. She held back the customer from receiving their order in a timely manner. I've never ever ever ever had an issue with any merchant or restaurant in my 8 years door dashing, -ever! Which should let you know there is something happening here at this location. You can research rather I'm lying. My ratings are extremely high and I have a very high acceptance rate to deal with an overly wanna be humanized person. She thinks she is the CEO of this restaurant but she is not and she really needs to be spoken to about her behavior. I still have to run routes so I will still have a problem with her and this isn't just my problem but another one of my customers problem for her not handing me the order. Door dash support called her and told her to give me the order and she still refused. I showed her the app over and over and she continued to target Me! I will continue to write reviews until she act like she has some sense and follow orders and directions. I will continue to show her the app and my order and if she continues to deny me I will be speaking to corporate and filing a lawsuit on her and Panda Express for racial discrimination and targeting. I am doing my job as a dasher and do not deserve to be mistreated by her as well as door dash as a company, Panda Express as a company and the customer.
