I was visiting Macon and got out of work late. I was too tired to sit and eat in, but I wanted something healthy. I decided on the grilled chicken chunks and a side salad with ranch dressing. This combo did not disappoint. The ranch dressing is one of my all-time favorites. I will return for this combo again. I topped it off with a limeade, and WOWZA, which was delicious, too. Dear Chick-fil-a, I would like to start by saying I'm one pissed off, rude dude with a loose 'tude and I need you to understand why. I came to your drive through window and was accused of some malarkey about how I was talking too loud into the speaker and was refused service. Sorry for the inconvenience. You know what's inconvenient? The battery going out in my ear piece is inconvenient. All I wanted to do was order a delicious rack of chicken minis and a large coffee but no! This jabroni comes in hot firing off his accusations saying I was insulting him in his own dojo. I was flabbergasted by this jackaloon. I was like, whoa my guy, pump the breaks what in the tarnation is this bologna!? Why would I want to insult this dodo bird when all I wanted was some breakfast? To say I was bumfuzzled is an understatement. I asked to speak to the kimosabi in charge of this establishment and they brushed me off like dandruff. When head bozo came to the window, I was told I had to leave by this meat Nazi. At least that's what his mouth said. I couldn't hear him. He's lucky I'm not a younger man. If he was going to clap back one more time, he might have been catching these hands. So I left without having the pleasure of eating my chicken minis. My day was ruined and I will NEVER forgive him for this. The reputation at Chick Fil A has been forever tarnished and they are now CANCELED. Visited this location on a whim not knowing what I would receive but I'm excited to say that I was not let down. I wanted to use a reward for the new Mac n cheese but I didn't want to lose 500 points so I opted to get the waffle fries this time around with my combo meal. I ordered the chicken sandwich deluxe with a small 1/2 sweet tea 1/2 diet lemonade. The food and drink were both tasty but I had about 8 seeds in my small drink cup that were somehow cut in half and posed a choking hazard due to the straws being so large. All in all great food good service. Girl at the window wasn't as friendly as I liked but she was pleasant and my order was correct. I will visit again. read more

I never rate fast food chains as you expect they will all be the same. We drove through Florida and Georgia on this trip and visited a couple of chick-fil-a locations on the drive and I must say the food here was excellent. The tenders were perfect, the grilled sandwich was made well and not burned, would recommend stopping here while on your drive. read more

I've eaten at dozens of Chick-fil-as, all over the nation. Sadly, this is the one closest to my house. They act like there is a French fry shortage, especially through the drive thru. Don't waste your money on a large thinking you'll solve the problem, because the large is less than the medium at any other location. The medium looks like I'm eating my kids leftovers, even though no one has eaten any. Go in and complain and they don't care & will dismiss you. At first, you'll look in the bag thinking they've dumped over. You'll be sad that they didn't. I thought I was the only one who noticed or was annoyed until I was at a kid's sporting event, discussing lunch with other parents. I mentioned the fry problem and they ALL had noticed too! Also, your large drink will have less than 10oz of fluid and packed with ice. I give 3 stars because the kids working there are still polite. read more

Saw on their website they had a playground and since was traveling with grand children needed one for half way stop. Man that answered said playground wasn't open and weren't any in middle ga. He was rude. I mentioned one in Cordele 45 miles down the road and started to recommend he change his website cause many folks depend on the accuracy of their website but he hung up on me before I could give him the suggestion. The manager had the audacity to tell me we didn't need the amount of sauces requested via the mobile app when he brought out our food. My family and I stopped in this Chick-Fil-A and, in addition to being a very clean, and very friendly (as I find all Chick-Fil-A's to be) the gentleman cashing us out was especially personable and took time to joke with my family and I. We are a family of six, so we usually get a less-than-enthusiastic response when we all line up to order at other fast-food restaurants. Not here! We felt welcome and relaxed as he joked with us. In addition, Bhavik (the gentleman that took our order) asked me if I wanted whipped cream and a cherry on my chocolate shake that I had ordered. "Absolutely! The more cherries the better!" I replied in our light-hearted state. Mind you, I was in no way expecting extra cherries, only saying that I definitely wanted a cherry. Well, next thing I know, I'm over talking with my family and he brings our food out to us. On my shake, guess what? There were three cherries on it! I was super excited and munched on one while my family and I prepared to leave, but as we were wrapping up, Bhavik comes out with a bowl... FULL OF 15 CHERRIES! I'm pretty sure I squealed with excitement like a little kid. If I didn't, I definitely was in my head something small, but certainly made my day! All in all, I highly recommend this Chick-Fil-A. This place is totally heartless and service is horrible. Just left after purchasing $30 worth of food and my 2 year old suddenly had to use the restroom and I try to take her inside to use the restroom. I see people in there without uniforms eating. The manger runs up to tell me the lobby is closed and she can't use the restroom...a 2 year old who has no ability to hold her bladder and is screaming bloody murder. Looks like we did not meet the "exception" for who could come in. To make matters worse they forgot some of our food items so after leaving to find a place to take our two year old to use the restroom we had to drive back for the fries they didn't give us. Horrible. I'll give my money to another store in the future; I fight back with my wallet. read more

These people are amazing. They offered to take my Mom (who is sick and unable to drive and go out) the market salad (which she loves!) and the grilled chicken sandwich and they delivered at no cost to me! It was incredible. Since I live far away, I was able to pay via credit card, but once I wanted to give a tip to the driver, they informed me that 'we cannot accept tips'. So they delivered for free. It was a big plus, especially since I had called Yellow Cab and they had hung up the phone on me. It was something for nothing which is rare in this day and age, and much appreciated! I have been to quite a few restaurants, yet this one has stuck in my mind. The ads are funny and cute. Chick-fil-a is definitely a real kid friendly place. They have great food, and the service is great. The people are very nice. Once I was there and ordered their soup, but they were clean out of soup. So they apologized and offered me a gift card, I thought they were kidding. But when I pulled up to the window, they gave me 2 gift cards for a free meal. And my meal that I just ordered was free. What can you say the service is always the best....Besides the long line. I always use my app to order to get free food. Love the free fries and serprices.. Foods always come out the same. I have had a few small overcooked sandwiches regular chic sand. But for the most part you get the same food everytime. And long drive through lines even using the app. Need variety.
