First off the staff is really friendly and responsive as soon as you walk in. They had the line moving like a well oiled machine. I'm a little disappointed with the recent decline at this location. In the past I haven't minded driving a little further because of the service and quality of the food. The last 3 visits have been subpar and as a result I won't be back. Because I drive 28 minutes to get here, I make it a point to place my order online so that it's ready when I get here. Much like my visit from September 6th, my online order for today, was not ready when I arrived. I did not get the young ladies names. At 9/14/2022 at 3:50 PM there are 3 young ladies working the front cash register and making sandwiches. Their customer service is amazing!!!!!! Very consistent as most Jersey Mike's I've been to are. Cool to hear when I was undecided between tuna and another choice the ladies behind the counter stated the tuna was made fresh daily in house. I started coming here winter of 2016/2017. I love this place. The Chicken Philly is my favorite, but I also like their turkey or tuna. It's located across from Wal-Mart which makes it convenient. The staff is young & courteous. read more

So I came in on Monday for their daily special "Club Sub" only to realize once I was home that my sandwich didn't have bacon on it. I called back and spoke to an employee I like his name was J'air. He apologized for the mistake abs supposedly wrote my name down for a credit. I came in tonight to get the credit for a free sub due to the mixup and had to speak to the assistant Manager Courtney. She told me the other employee had "no power" to tell me my sandwich would be remade for free and that my sub would not be free. She stated she could only take of $2.00 if I got a sub tonight. The customer service is going down hill. They have messed up orders of others I know but rectified the mistake with a credit. I don't mind paying for something that I want but I do mind being misinformed. I highly annoyed right now! They need to do better to get things right. read more
