I come to this Chick-Fil-A all the time with no issues. Until today it took them 10 minutes of me waiting to get me my meal. I also received burnt old fries as well as no sauce included. Sadly this changed my mind about this Chick-Fil-A and am not impressed. read more

So I've always been told how amazing Chick-fil-a is but had never actually stopped to try it myself. I passed this one on my way home from work and decided to give it a shot. After placing my order I pulled up to the window and in passing mentioned it was my first time eating at chick-fil-a. They comped my order and gave me a gift card for my next visit! Dine-In is always wonderful! But I kid you not, almost every time I go through the drive-thru they mess up my condiments, and my order is always very simple! They need to work on getting the right condiments every time in the drive-thru! read more

Literally the nicest staff I've ever seen in a fast food restaurant, or any restaurant. They alone are a reason to visit.

I have yet to have a bad experience here other than people's children. Whatever I buy is fantastic. The buns aren't smashed, the sandwich contents stay on that sandwich, etc. The staff is very attentive and friendly. They offer to refill drinks and clear your trash that's sitting between you and the deliciousness. You want more sauce (who doesn't?) there is no shortage or charge! read more

I have had two bad experiences in a row ordering ahead in the morning. I started trying to order ahead because it takes SUCH A LONG TIME to get my order going through the drive through. Sometimes I grab them on my way to work for our pot lucks that we have. Everyone in the office loves the biscuits- so it is a nice treat for them. The first time I called ahead and ordered about 16 biscuits and said I would be there in 15 minutes to pick it up ( thinking that was plenty of time for the kitchen to make my order and no one informed me otherwise ) It takes 24 minutes. I was late to work- surprise, surprise! The manager proceeded to explain to me that there is a mobile app that I can order from for "convenience." So this morning I order on the app- give 25 minutes to make 14 biscuits and show up to get my order and they say it was already picked up! I was FURIOUS! It took an additional 5 minutes and again... I am late for work. I was sure they would have ample time to get my food made. The manager didn't apologize at all or do anything either time to try and make the situation better. Just stared up at the screen and today he conveniently went to the back before I got my order. The same manager was here both times and I was so disappointed with the way he handled these problems. He clearly cannot handle confrontation and did not make an effort to do anything to make it better. He didn't throw in an addition biscuit- give a coupon... literally did nothing today. The girl behind the counter Ashley- she apologized when she handed me the order, but a good manager would have turned the situation around and saw it through to the end. Advice: Take a note from Panera's rapid pick up and just have my order ready when I get there. (if I try to order from here again) Check for a confirmation # before giving someone's food away. Also- hire a better manager. I don't want him to get fired because that is mean. Just moved to another location. read more

Absolutely amazing service! The employees are so polite and the manager offered to take our tray of trash and refill our drinks after we were done eating. The restrooms are stocked with diapers, mouthwash and mints and an employee was wiping off the tables with antibacterial wipes. Loved this place and the food was absolutely amazing too. read more

Even before they opened, this place was doing things right! They had days they handed out free sandwiches, just to give the town a sample (not that we needed one!), which is above and beyond most fast food places. They hired GOOD employees, who are all polite, well trained, and actually competent. The food is always perfect, as is the service. The place is clean and well managed, and that's a real treasure in fast food, especially these days! Even the drive-through is fast! Most impressed with this location, and the chain in general.
