I frequent this location, particularly the drive through to pick up food for the family on the way home from daycare. They screw up the order about one third of the time. Last night I repeated my order three times and while I was paying found that they did not include one of the meals. I told them, paid for the 4th meal separately and was on my way. Get home to find that the chicken was fried when I repeatedly said I wanted grilled. My kids wouldn't eat it so in the garbage it went. You can luv or hate the Chik, but I just wanted to note that this store hustles like mad. It is slammed non-stop, particularly on weekends, but they always seem to be well-staffed and ready for the crush. Little secret -- even though they deploy multiple order takers in the drive-thru cue, when cars are wrapped around the joint you are MUCH better off parking in the strip center lot (NOT in the Chik cul-de-sac lot) and walking in to order take-out. There a gaggle of staff will take your order and churn it out ASAP. Do try the new-ish salads -- even given the almost sit-down expense, they are very much worth it, and the spicy chicken sandwich has become a guilty pleasure of sorts. read more

It's hard to write a review for Chick-fil-A, because for day-to-day operations this location is actually excellent. This one star review is exclusively for catering. Whatever you do, if you need catering from Chick-fil-A, choose any other location except for this one. Their employees, especially Chad, are fantastic people who go out of their way to help you. However when it comes to catering, this locations management seems to have some serious issues. On multiple occasions I have had to wait 20 or more minutes for my catering order to be ready. If I call in or submit an order online, I expect my order to be ready at the time that I indicate for pick up. The receipt that your present it actually says promised. Promised. As in this is when your order will be ready. Instead every time I pick up catering here, nothing is ready. They haven't filled any gallons of drinks, they haven't put side orders in bags, the Nuggets have to be fried. What's the point of requesting a time if it's not going to be ready when you need it to be ready. I would humbly request that this locations management reefing the way they approach catering orders. I will be ordering my orders from any other Chick-fil-A regardless of how much longer I have to drive. read more

I just want to give a big compliment to the people at this location. Today I went through the drive through and the line was crazy long. The young men taking orders at the cars in order to move the line along were working so hard in the heat and the boy taking money. This used to be a classy fast food location in East Cobb. It must be under new management because the current employees there are not near as polite and helpful. Today a person at the drive-through window yawned in my face. There was no greeting, no thank you - he just looked at me like why don't you hurry along! Bad night here. First, drive thru took forever, more than usual. Ordered a milkshake but it was not even made. A mound of whipped cream and milk. went inside to ask for a redo and an even more horrible experience. Milkshake was remade by a clerk with a handmade bandage around his finger. OMG! The kid should have been sent home and have a real bandage. He even touched my straw with the subject finger. I was reimbursed and left the shake on the counter. On top of that, noticed the safe was open. We told the manager but she fluffed it off and continued waiting on customers. This place was a mess and won't return. read more

The food here is great...as it is at most / all Chick-Fil-A's. We visit this location at least once every other week. And while the staff is always friendly, the service can be ultimately frustrating. I'd estimate 1/3 of the time we go through the drive-thru, the order is wrong. We either have to inspect all aspects of the order on the spot (with a line of cars behind us), or risk getting home and discovering the wrong order there. For the times we eat in the restaurant, there is almost always a longer line / wait than you'd expect. Cashiers are running around between the register and the back, they use different registers for each order so people and lines are always shifting, etc. Again the food is awesome and the staff is very nice, but it can be a circus in terms of results. read more

I love chickfila, the food, the service, usually it's all great. Only thing I don't get is this whole order ahead feature on the app. It's fine when I go in for the food, but when I want it brought out to my car it's a different story. I worked in food and I understand not being able to drop everything right away and bring food out, but when I order 15 minutes ahead I don't expect to wait 10 minutes for my food to come out. Even when it's crazy the drive thru line seems to move faster. I've had to go in to grab my food that was supposed to be brought out twice, and it's just been sitting on the counter. I got a "is that yours" "yeah" "oh sorry". So yeah that feature is pointless. Ordering ahead won't make anything faster or more convenient. Other than that it's great. read more

It is fast food done right. Very clean. Very courteous. Food is always correct. Their idea of managing the guest line is a little awkward, but all chick fil a's do it this way i think to avoid the idea of just herding people through a line. Employees always are walking around cleaning off tables and getting refills for people. I would rate almost all of these restaurants the same, but this one is particularly nice. We eat here A LOT and the experience is always the same. Any one giving a poor rating is likely flexing their social agenda. read more

This chic fil a has the nastiest old servers who do nothing but make the ordering process so miserable that you don't even want to eat there. The tables are dirty and the food is mediocre. So I ran the Rotary Club of East Cobb Dog Days Run 2018 on August 4 and received a card for a free sandwich redeemable only at the Chick-fil-A Woodlawn Square. Although the restaurant had closed for renovations in July, I wasn't too concerned because the card was valid through March 30, 2019, and the restaurant was supposed to reopen in November. Then it was scheduled to open in January, and then late March, but that didn't happen either. The restaurant opened Monday AFTER my card had expired, so I never had a chance to use it! A coworker who is a former Chick-fil-A employee told me that I should go in and explain and it would probably be honored. Well, when I tried to today the unfriendly person behind the counter snarled at me, "We don't take expired cards; you should have gone to another store!" Well, the card indicated it was only good for the Woodlawn location, and it was closed BEFORE I even got the card, and closed during its entire duration. Seems like a bit of a fraud to have given it to us in the first place, and I sure wish I hadn't tried to redeem it :( read more

I love chickfila more than anyone.... Ever. But this is by far the worst location. We always order for lunch and every time something is either wrong or missing. Every single time. I think they get too crowded or overwhelmed at lunch and their goal is to rush people out without making sure it's the right order. But this morning I went in for a plain honey buttered biscuit when I looked at my food it was burnt. Now this is prob the 10 time this has happened and I was over it. So I go back in asking for another biscuit. When I walk in with a biscuit in my hand 5 co workers are having a conversation and look at me and continue talking. I walk up to the person closest to the register and ask for a new biscuit. She goes through 2 burnt biscuits until finding one that looks half way descent. I settle on this one and leave. I go to my car and it's covered in butter, I mean dripping. Ugh! Needless to say I stopped going to this chickfila for breakfast for a reason. The staff is either really nice or really rude. HORRIBLE experience!! I was in the drive thru for more than 15 minutes so when I finally reached the window I asked what was going on? He ignored my question and announced my total. I said can I see a manager? He said I am the manager (Alex). So I repeated my question why the long wait in the drive thru? He said "Next time take your bitchy ass down the street to McDonalds!" I was dumbfounded to be treated this way by a manager and also based on Chick-fil-a's want to be reputation. I called customer service and also received a call from this locations owner's wife who just wanted to give me some free food without even asking me about my horrible experience or caring. So then I wrote the CEO a two page letter explaining the whole thing. That was over a month ago and I never heard anything. I expected an apology, but got nothing! Not even an acknowledgement. So there is your proof Chick-fil-a is nothing like what they want you to believe. They are the worst of the worse!
