Keep in mind, out of the fast food genre, this location is by far the best experience I've had at a Chick-fil-A in the Treasure Valley....so I could only give our visit 5 stars. We were surprised to see the place hardly full on a Friday afternoon at the peak of lunch hour, but were also elated. Ordering was quick and friendly. We were able to find a great booth, adorned with an adorable coke bottle vase and fresh carnations. Food, like usual, came out shockingly quickly, hot and fresh. Order was correct. I had the Spicy chicken deluxe and husband had the original chicken sandwich. Both chicken sandwiches had a nice, thick chicken patty that literally melted in our mouths. The veggies were generous and fresh. The fries were the perfect blend of crispy, yet soft, and plentiful. We had the manager and several servers come by to refill drinks, bring extra sauces and take our trash. Everyone seemed genuinely happy and friendly, which only enriched the experience. On 11-5-25 I had breakfast for the first time with a purchase from the drive thru. Generally I enjoy their chicken strip combos and switched it up this time. I have to say that I was very disappointed with the QUALITY CONTROL aspect of my purchase. The sausage, egg and cheese muffin had an over cooked & hard to bite muffin. I was shocked as I attempted to eat it a few minutes up the road. Come on Chick-fil-A, you can do much better than what you considered an acceptable and edible muffin. Retrain your peeps on paying attention to what they are doing as the cook and the person assembling the food. This experience ruined my desire to have any breakfast items from this particular location. The Boise Broadway restaurant is my go to place and has yet to disappoint. read more

this store has taken such wonderful care of me this month. I hardly have the words to tell you how wonderful they've been!! i refused to let Leah take the Valentine Coca-Cola carnation flower "bottle bouquet" off of my table a half hour before closing on 2/13..... that Friday the 13th wasn't going so well for me! I wanted to talk to the managers before I left at closing- in order to tell them that it was really great that Leah backed off from taking those flowers from me. I very much needed for those flowers to stay right in front of me while I ate. A gathering of about 10 employees circled around & heard me tell them just how important it is to realize that we never know what's going on in someone's life- & they could be having a really rough time- & that is especially why kindness is so radically important!! JC handed me back the flower bottle to take home- they even insisted on making another peppermint shake for me to take home- then Sadie invited me back on Valentine's to have a free meal. JC ( my favorite name ) & Sadie are two of the most wonderful human beings I've met in the whole Treasure Valley in 5+ yrs living here!!! Still this store will NOT adopt the cashiers saying "please" when they ask the customers for money- ive discuss this with Steve in the lobby on two occasions now at great length. IF you want to keep setting yourself apart in the Treasure Valley- than add to the cashier servicer to say please and thank you. It IS a reciprocal relationship/ transaction! This store can set that bar HIGH & meet those manners that this world is mostly missing. I came in again this last week & Sadie gave me a hug. Chick fil A is always wonderful. The staff is always super friendly and the food is amazing. This restaurant is brand new and is very modern and spacious with a kids play area for the little ones. The parking lot is enormous and they run two drive thru lines to get you in and out quickly. read more

This is the worst Chick fil A I've ever been to. Unfriendly employees (didn't hear one "my pleasure") - cashier was annoyed when taking our order, long wait times for food and old tasting food. Definitely not fresh and hot. The store itself was dirty. Yes, they kept up on cleaning tables but there was food and trash all over the floors. Super disappointed in this location. I ordered a chicken sandwich and got an existential crisis. The bun was damp. The lettuce looked like it had been through a custody battle. One employee handed me my bag like it personally offended him. Another looked me dead in the eyes like he was about to whisper, "Run." The vibe inside was horrific. They just can't get it right. Went this morning to order GRILLED chicken on my breakfast bowl. Repeated myself multiple times.They didn't ask if I wanted sauce, what topping I wanted on my parfait.. they just assumed I wanted granola. I get my order and get all the way home just to realize it is BREADED CHICKEN. To add salt to injury, they did not put the salsa in the bag. My husband is gluten intolerant and cant eat this! Straight to the trash it goes! After spending 15-20 mins in the drive through it is a waste of money!! Last time I went I order two bowls, repeated myself multiple times and at the window they gave me one bowl. They were rude in the drive through, sure as hell didn't give any "my pleasures". Honestly it's such a waste of time and money to go here. Go anywhere else especially for breakfast. Poor customer service, poor delivery, inaccurate orders, the list goes on and on.
