First, the entitlement of employees to expect tips for online pickup orders is ridiculous. Second, the fact they actually construct the food differently based on whether a tip is included needs to be addressed by management - we've tested this theory and today was the final confirmation. We tip when we go in and are provided actual service, not for being given the item we already bought as a product of the company. Especially when we end up not receiving what we paid for. Idk if management has promoted employees acting this way, but it's a reflection of this organization's quality standards and moral values regardless. We paid the allotted price for what should've been a double chicken burrito with rice, beans, and some produce, but because we didn't tip for an order, they filled it 3/4 rice and like 6 pieces of chicken. It was terrible and did not deliver the product that was ordered or purchased at all. Again, tips are for service. We aren't against tipping, but recognizing the different quality of product we get based on whether the employees see it on the order initially doesn't incentivize tipping ahead of time - which is why we were waiting. In cases we tip cash upon pickup and show zero tip online, we get screwed because the employee thinks we're not tipping and does a terrible job. This attitude and mindset is completely backwards. The price of an item is expected to get you that item. We shouldn't have to be manipulated into tipping for the product to actually be what's advertised and ordered. We paid $13 for a chicken burrito and were given a dry, rice loaded bundle of crap. We likely won't return to this location at all, and if so, will only go in and order like subway to ensure they provide what we're paying for.

We obtained our drink cups and the large, typical drink station was nicely stocked with a nice array of soft drinks to choose from. The odd thing to me is that whenever I've eaten at any other location in the past, I think the longest I've ever waited for my meal has been maybe 9 minutes, tops. No matter the time of day or night. We waited 23 minutes for our meals. It seemed that drive-thru is priority, then to-go, then dine-in. The animal style fries were pretty good, though I'm used to it being slathered with more sauce. Thankfully, I was able to get a few sauce packets and gleefully doused to my delight. However, the bun of my burger was so over toasted! The buns were actually hard and crunchy. I'm not used to that. The burger tasted like before but it was dry and overcooked as well. The lettuce, onions, tomatoes and cheese were very fresh and flavorful. My husband had the same experience with his burger as I did. Tables were not wiped down and the condiment station was out of almost everything when we got there. They didn't refill all the cups, chilis, etc. until right before we left.
