Great place for food and the employee who took my order could not be any kinder, however... when I was in the Drivethru area I saw a lady dressed differently than the rest of the employees, i couldn't see her name tag well but she had curly hair in a cute hairstyle but she looked to be a higher up since she was wearing a grey striped shirt when all the other employees were wearing what looked to be a pink shirt. The way she was talking to the rest of the employees had me appalled?!? As i was waiting in line i heard her tell and employee "you didn't come here to socialize, you came here to work" over her simply taking a sip of water and saying she was hot. I felt so bad for her as i can tell by her face that she was exhausted because she was super red and who knows how long these people left her out there. I could tell she was was a teenager and I am just confused as to why they even let minors work in this heat. A franchise that's known for its kindness for its customers and doesn't translate that to their employees is just not one that I can support and it reminded me when I used to have to deal with terrible bosses. It was just so sad to see teenagers working so hard under the insane heat still being incredibly kind and for them to be mistreated like that broke my heart. I hope those kids can find a better job where they are treated correctly, especially under the conditions they work in. read more

This is a zero star review. I came to this location today, sat in the drive through for twice as long as usual. I ordered 30 grilled nuggets (lunch and dinner) as I can't eat the fried ones for medical reasons. After receiving my order I got home and they did indeed give me the fried nuggets which I can't eat. I tried calling the location, they don't answer the phone but directed me to an 866 number. I called that number, Nikki answered the phone eventually, let me know that she couldn't issue a refund and that I needed to call back the store location (automated answering machine that directed me to the 866 number I was currently on the phone with). She then took down my email address and they never got back to me. Basically sorry about my luck and too bad for me. read more

Need to fix the environment , overheard managers i'm guessing because they were wearing blue and black not red like the workers taking order? Talking bad about a boy instead of giving constructive criticism, especially when they are out in the heat for so long. The drive thru staff is made up of extremely nice and hardworking young gentlemen though and I can't imagine why these 30 year olds are bad mouthing them when they aren't the ones standing outside for that long in the heat. My teenage daughter works for mc Donald's and I've seen better HR there and that speaks volumes. Experience just left a bad taste in my mouth so I will not be returning to this location, especially with the quality of food. Feels very quantity over quality. And the drinks don't have enough syrup. The location in Flagler looks like they treat their workers better and has better quality of service. read more

It's really frustrating getting in the drive thru line before 10:30 for breakfast when they don't approach your car until 10:33 and tell you no when you ask for breakfast and say "sorry we can't honor that you were in line before 10:30." It's happened a few times already. It's truly heartbreaking & disappointing when you really only come for the chicken minis :'( read more

The workers here at Chick-fil-A are extremely kind. I had placed a mobile drive thru pick up order but I arrived 2 minutes after they had officially closed. One of the gentlemen working the drive thru was nice enough to see if he could still send in my order for my food to be made. He sent the order in and went inside. 7-10 minutes go by and I was fully prepared to get down and go pick up the food from the entrance but he brought the food to my car. I really appreciate how they went above and beyond which is why I continue driving to this location at least x1 a week! The food is always great and the workers very polite. read more

I know this location just opened so I was giving them the benefit of the doubt but after today.. idk anymore. VERY poor organization as regards to drive thru. The two times I went, there were police helping with the drive thru. The line is incredible LONG. Today I went through the same way I went through last week as to how the police was directing the traffic and the line and I was accused of skipping the line by a security guard who was extremely RUDE. Not sure what's going on with this chick fil a. It definitely seems to be a management issue. The drive through can take upwards of an hour (faster to go to Flagler honestly). I know they just started and are slowly working out the kinks, but I've never been to a chick fil a where at all times you see 4-5 people standing around not taking orders. read more

Drive through ordering is a mess, today at around 330 pm the line was negligible. There's a large amount of staff that gathers and spends a lot of time conversing with each other while walking in front of cars which makes it for "a matter of time situation" before some kid gets ran over. Today it took 30 minutes to get my food from placing order to having it in my car, the food was cold and the milk shakes were already melted, clearly the food had been ready for some time. There's too many employees socializing outside and clearly not communicating effectively with the inside staff to transition the food to the customer. CF is a great company with great food but this location is not worth rolling the dice with your time and schedule. Kendall location is on par with your average McDonald's. Everyone love Chick-fil-A this one is one of my go to place . If you have allergy do not go to this one they stink. Yes I love this place and yes I would give it five stars. I just dislike that every time I say no cheese please if it's a to go order it's wrong it has cheese. If I'm at the restaurant then haft of the time I have to send it back. So yes they stink and yet I eat there because theirs no other Chick-fil-A near here. I will not order to go drive through, I am very upset with this place and yet I keep going back. I recently ordered catering from this particular Chick-Fil-A for a school event. The restaurant and customer service were AMAZING! The order was filled to perfection and was ready at the time promised. We ordered the individual boxed lunches. The food was delicious. Needless to say that we had some very happy kids. Im only putting one star because I can't put half a star. First of all the spicy chicken sandwich wasn't spicy at all and I had asked for no tomatoes, when I get my sandwich it had fattest thickest tomatoes. Second of all they are inconsistent when checking up on the tables and at one point they stopped passing by. We had gotten a card for a free cookie and it wasn't even good, it was cold and chewy. Over all the food is a 3/10. P.s they charged for my cookie and took for ever to give me my refund, if it wasn't stated before the cookie was free. Not worth the hype. Too bad read more

: This is a complaint regarding 3 visits , 3 days in a row. Visit 1 . 1 hr wait in drive thru, food was cold and fries were missing. When I returned to restaurant I had to wait about 20 minutes for cold fries. Manager never spoke to me. This was June 22. Visit 2, 40 minutes waiting for food and when food was ready I was missing the shake. The employee told me I had to wait longer for the shake because there was only 1 ice cream machine. That was another 15 minutes and the food again was cold. On visit 3 , 45 minutes waiting in drive thru, cars were being directed through different lanes and out of order. Again , fries were cold and my Cobb salad was missing the boiled eggs. The reason I went 3 times in a row is because my 9 year old daughter was craving it but we won't return. I've been to the Hialeah chick fil-a and I didn't have this issue. The lines were long but employees were quick, efficient and accurate. It's a shame that this restaurant near me is so poorly run that even after giving it 3 chances still failed to be average. Another thing I noticed is that the outside employees put their drinks on the tables outside and it's quite an eye soar. I feel that a big issue here is management.
