This is the slowest chick fil a in town. The staff is also the rudest chick fil a employees I've ever experienced.

Such poor, slow service in the drive thru. Never in a rush to get their customers on their way. The food is great but there are other choices with a much faster delivery time. They should take notice of how the Wells Road team handled their drive thru - they have an exceptional system! Get it together, Middleburg! Worst chick fil a I've ever visited. Over 25 minutes in the drive thru and not even an apology for the wait. At the window, the gentleman directed large trucks into the outer lane where it was impossible to then exit to leave due to the traffic coming in for the drive thru pair with the signs/street lights on the right. Orders came out for cars farther back in the line first. Total disaster. read more

We've had breakfast and dinner at this location and have been there during very busy times and have always received top notch service. The chicken sandwich, nuggets, fries, and chocolate milkshake are all fresh and great. The staff are friendly. Don't be discouraged if you see a line wrapped around the building (drive through). The food is that good and the line moves quickly. read more

I'm actually surprised I hadn't written a review for this location because I've been a few times. Very clean facility and always friendly customer service. Love the waffle fries-yummy and my usual is the Market salad w/lime avocado dressing-so delicious. I've also had their breakfast sandwich and I add a little honey-so good. I've gone here a couple times and I love that they have switch to no GMO and that the meat their's is hormones and steroids free so that's a double plus in my book I took my children there for Cow day which we got free meals awesome!! I have eaten chick-fil-a for many years in many states and i never had to check my order before driving off because its always right and always fresh. Yesterday was a disappointment. I ordered and paid for a 4 count strip meal and once home i only had three and the three i had were over cooked, skinny and dry. Kind of looked like the last strips in the batch on the bottom. I also got a large superfood and it tasted weird. Not fresh like usual. I was given two small. Im assuming they ran out of large containers which didnt bother me just the way the salad looked and tasted. My spicy chicken i ordered was also overcooked and dry. read more

We have visited this location a few times and it's usually great but this evening this Cashier (Leilani) has ruined our experience with chick*fil*a. She was inattentive, Rude, and all around irritating. She made it clear we were inconveniencing her by coming there to order food. Not to mention she said it would take 8 minutes for the chicken and we were sitting in the parking lot for just shy of half an hour. Smh This location needs to do better. read more

I have never been disappointed by a Chic-fil-A Until Now! When we come to this location (which is just down the road so it's easiest for us) it is always very slow service and something is always missing or wrong with our orders. The staff is not friendly the service is slow the management seems to care very little. Tonight we went through the long wait in the drive thru just to get home and have to drive back. Missing was the sauces we asked for, a wrap, our drink was supposed to be sweet tea but it was unsweet and the cheese on our chicken sandwich was wrong. When we went back and asked to speak to the manager she simply said she was sorry. Nothing else and that she was sorry we felt disappointed. I manage for a restaurant and I would be embarrassed if my management team and staff treated their guests with such disregard! Always a good chicken sandwich, love their waffle fries with mayo, reminds me of the mayo in Germany. The only thing I do not like is the parking lot configuration you feel like your in a maze, open the thing up and just have a traditional lot none of the follow 10 signs around the building with tons of curbs and turns. read more

SO busy! I waited on line for about 5-10 minutes and then received a wrong order, which resulted in more waiting. The service was the usual--excellent. So, I'm not blaming this location for being extremely crowded, but I'm sure they've (Middleburg Chick-Fil-A) been open for a couple of months and need to accommodate. read more

I pulled up to the drive through today, 2-23-2018, and informed the attendant I would have four meals to order. He informed me the drive through line can only do 3 meals on a transaction. He said I have to go inside. I told him I was here a few weeks ago and didn't have to do that with 5 orders. I arrived during lunch and of course people were in front of me and behind me. He told me I had to go through the line and wait as other people got their food and I had to find a parking space and wait in line again inside just to order my meals. Needless to say by the time I got to the counter I was fuming. I don't understand why I can't order multiple meals in the drive through line. I have been going to Chick Fil a Middleburg for several years. I have never had bad service from anyone there. This morning we stopped for breakfast and I was treated so bad by one of the employees. Her name was Miranda. I don't want free food. I work, I have money to pay for my food. We placed our order . We ordered 5 chicken biscuits and 5 drinks. When we got the food there was 4 biscuit meals with hash browns and 5 drinks. So I simply said we were missing a chicken biscuit. Miranda stated we only ordered 4 biscuits. Unfortunately my friend was with us and paid and had already led the in his car. So I simply said no we ordered 5 biscuits and 5 drinks. She literally stood there and fought with me over a $2 biscuit. She told me I would have to pay for it. No problem. Again I do not want free food. But she made 3 grown men stand in line and wait while I walked out to my car and got her money for the biscuit. Again, I wasn't looking for free food but seriously. It's a $2 biscuit. It was rude and I'm really surprised she was allowed to act that way. read more
