The food was so good I had to run it back. The honey sriracha wings might be my favorite flavor--and they definitely didn't disappoint. Some of the better cheesesteak egg rolls I've had, hands down. The cheesesteak itself was solid too, nothing to overlook. And that mango old fashioned? Perfectly balanced and straight-up delicious.

I hesitate to review newly opened places because I feel strongly that staff need the opportunity to get in a groove, so let me preface this review with the understanding that day 3 doesn't mean we won't go back. The place is LOUD, and the atmosphere is kind of sterile. The kitchen looks to be the size of a backyard shed, so what they put out is impressive considering the size. Staff hustle and are super nice! There is no kids menu though, which surprised me since it's a casual place. The food is kind of all over the place. The mozorella sticks were very good, wings were solid, and pizza was unique. The cocktail menu is surprisingly large and slightly confusing in that there are plenty of island like cocktails. We'll be back, but likely for takeout instead of dining in.

My friends and I get together almost every Friday and we decided to split a pizza 3 ways. We were amazed that the server was able to cut the pizza into 9 slices! The crust was perfect and the ambiance was great!! Recommend this place for the pizza and camaraderie!

Heard about this from my daughter and she told me about the daily deals. We went tonight for half off burgers. What a treat. The burgers are large and stacked with everything plus a but load of fried. I got the vinegar and pepper ones and they were great, happy hour has some great specials and last till seven. Our server, Westin, did a great job. Our food came out quickly and he was attentive. I'm going to go back a try a special pizza for sure

The atmosphere was overall okay. It is really loud inside and if parents don't correct their kids and let them kick under the table (which happened while there) it's a bit unbearable. The service was just okay. The people working didn't seem overly friendly. The only lady that was super nice and inviting with conversation about the menu didn't even work at that location and was helping out from the sister company wood and iron. We got the cheesesteak egg rolls and they were good but I've had way better. House salad was good. And the pizza was amazing. However, the price of $16 (and some change) for the pizza to come with zero toppings except for cheese is a little high. Each topping is a steep price of almost $3 dollars which makes your wallet only want a cheese pizza which is a shame bc your mouth wants the flavorful pizza with lots of toppings. Overall not a bad experience but also not an overly great experience either. Only thing that was exceptional was the pizza. Hopefully management can make the other points I made exceptional as well, especially lowering the toppings price.

Great new spot! For a sit down pizza restaurant it was really enjoyable. Don't get me wrong I still love me some Sergio's Pizza but Outpost is a smidge closer so I'd probably go more often. Pizza crust is different than most. You have an option of cauliflower or sourdough. We got sourdough for both, it has a hint of flakiness which makes it unique and has a good crisp. We had the Hot Honey Cup Pepperoni pizza (good flavor, honey added good sweetness, wished it was a tad spicier, but I added spice with red pepper flakes) and the Garlic White Crispy Chicken Pizza (this was a made your own pizza, it was good, but we wished the Garlic White sauce was a little more flavorful). The Pepperoni Rolls were delicious, definitely recommend those (same as what you would get at Wood and Iron, they are owned by the same crew that also owns the Flying Pig). Drinks were tasty, my husband had a Mango Old Fashioned and I had an Orange Crush. All in all adults and kiddos enjoyed the food. We will need to come back and try some wings too! They have a pretty large place and pretty big bar and outside area. I would say, my only comment was we sat outside and our table were in between the handle door and the large open bar door, the waiters/waitresses would go through us to get to the large open door since they didn't have to open it, we'd recommend that you either remove that table so it's easy access for the crew or change it to a two seater vs four seater. One of the waitresses literally bumped into my husband as she was passing through as he was eating hot pizza. At any rate, I still recommend it, we will be back.

The food was…read morevery good, and the serving staff did a wonderful job handling a large group efficiently throughout the evening. Overall, the dinner itself went smoothly, and our families enjoyed celebrating the players and coaches together. Unfortunately, the customer experience with ownership during the planning process and event was disappointing. While I completely understand minimum requirements for reserving private event space, there was repeated emphasis and concern surrounding the spending minimum throughout the coordination process and even during the event itself. Instead of feeling welcomed and appreciated as a large community group supporting a local business, the interaction often felt centered more around financial concern than hospitality. There was also confusion and unnecessary stress surrounding simple accommodations, such as pizza options for small children and menu flexibility questions. Additionally, rather than proactively communicating where we stood relative to the minimum during the evening, the remaining balance was not discussed until checkout, resulting in an out-of-pocket charge at the end of the event. Understanding the possibility of having to pay the difference was discussed during planning and I was reminded of this upon arrival, it still would have been kind to provide a heads up with regards to where the group stood vs waiting until the very end. Maybe even providing an option for the group to still have an opportunity to purchase more items. I truly appreciated the servers and the quality of the food, but the overall experience with management unfortunately took away from what should have been a celebratory and enjoyable evening for our team families.

Palermo Trattoria Pizzeria shines when it leans into the Italian classics. The chicken marsala was…read morerich and well-balanced, and the lobster ravioli was genuinely impressive -- flavorful, well-executed, and clearly the highlight of the meal. The surprising part? The pizza didn't quite live up to the rest of the menu, especially with "Pizzeria" in the name. It wasn't bad, just not on the same level as the entrées. Skip the pizza and go for the traditional Italian dishes -- that's where they really deliver.

Still about a three star experience although it has a potential to be a 4.5/5. The hostess…read moresituation is completely disheveled, as it was the last two times I came here, so they haven't worked that out yet. The sign says "wait to be seated", but there's no one attending the hostess station. This is a common, recurring problem here. After a solid five minutes of standing there with no greeting from anyone, a waiter sees us and comes over to ask how many. We tell him we have a reservation for three people, give him our name, and say he says OK I'll be right back. Let me see what I have set up. Off he goes, and we never see him again. So we stand there another 4 to 5 minutes, and a second waiter comes by to tend to us. We give our name and reservation details. He goes off, also never to be seen again. We wait another 3 to 4 minutes and a woman who looks like the hostess comes around and so for the third time we give our name reservation time and tell her that we requested a booth. She takes a long time, stacking menus and putting the paper part back into the menu sleeves, and then finally gets three menus together and takes us to a table. So then we have to say (again), no we requested a booth, and so then we have to stand by a dirty booth and wait for them to clean it. So the whole beginning of the dinner process is already a mess and that sets a terrible and frustrating tone for the evening. First experiences inside a restaurant are so important and they just don't recognize that here On to dinner. Our waitress comes over and she's lovely, friendly, and seems on top of things at the beginning . We order a couple of drinks and the meatball appetizer while we peruse the menu. A long time goes by and we get our drinks. And then another long time goes by with no appetizer appearing at the table and she comes to take our dinner order. (She had not yet read us the specials so we had to ask for what they were because we heard the waiter behind us giving the specials, but couldn't hear well enough to catch them-I'm pretty sure our waitress was gonna skip over reciting the specials-) . After again, another long amount of time our salads come out, but still no appetizer. So I mention..." we have a meatball appetizer coming right?". She says yes and heads off. (The appetizer should come before the salad, especially when it was ordered way before). So halfway through the salads, the meatballs come. Now I love a meatball and all varieties of a meatballs. These were super firm (like... it took a hard push with a knife to cut into them ), they were barely lukewarm, with a barely melted slab of mozzarella on top. Had they been hot, with the cheese nice and bubbly, they would have been pretty good despite being overly firm and super salty (and I love salt) Entrees came piping hot and were very good (mezze rigatoni and lobster ravioli, and a kids spaghetti) Garlic knots were delicious. Wine pour was great. I think the kitchen, not the waitress, was super slow which impacted our experience. And for a place that stays this busy, they need to hire a hostess to attend the front desk, so that guests are promptly welcomed and seating is managed efficiently. Menu is extensive and the place has great potential.

Our waitress Johanna is the absolute best she is very engaging and helped us navigate through their menu of Italian delights and shared some of her favorites! So we opted to try their Meat Lover's pizza (loaded with toppings and served piping hot on a perfectly baked crust 5/5), steak and cheese and fries (the roll gave homemade but if not it surely did taste super fresh and yummy paired with the very well seasoned steak and fresh toppings, fries also served piping hot 4.4/5) and their Penne with Pink Vodka sauce where I added sliced fried chicken cutlets (ok so it was a bit drier than I would prefer but the pasta was cooked well and the sauce was so tasty with a little kick, maybe next time leave the cutlets whole to keep from drying out and add more sauce but other than that we enjoyed the dish 3.4/5) oh the pasta dishes are served with house salad and I opted for their homemade house dressing and rolls (all rated 3/5). Healthy portions so much so we had lunch! They are closed on Tuesday but if in the area tell Johanna I sent you!

I ordered directly from the restaurant's website rather than through a delivery service, and that choice regrettably led to multiple issues. I placed my order at 6:18 PM and received a text confirming it was being prepared with an estimated delivery window of 6:53-7:03 PM. At 6:39 PM, I received another text stating my order was out for delivery. However, by 7:05 PM, my order had still not arrived, so I called the restaurant to inquire. The woman who answered initially said, "Oh, it just left," and when I questioned why I had received a text indicating otherwise, she apologized and repeated, "Oh, my mistake. It did leave." I did not receive my order until 8:00 PM. The delivery person never came up to my floor, and when she finally called, she claimed she couldn't park--despite available space directly in front of my building. I had tipped generously when placing the order. When I finally retrieved the food, the quality was UNACCEPTABLE. The CHICKEN was HARD and TOUGH, clearly NOT FRESH, and it appeared that reheating it with cheese in the oven had been used as a fix. Overall, the meal was far below the standard I expected. Now I don't know what the other menu items quality is but the chicken parm ain't it. I wanted to bring this to your attention so that steps can be taken to improve both delivery reliability and food quality.
