Always had good luck with delivery until tonight. Placed online order @ 7:21 pm for two meals, delivery scheduled for approx 20 to 30 minutes. Every time my phone refreshed it added another 15 minutes. I called and cancelled the order at 8:00 pm. Guess what, the food was delivered anyway at 8:21, one hour later. I've been eating at Chick Fil A's since I was a child but this experience was above and beyond amazing! My sister and I ordered drive through and accidentally poked a hole in our drink, spilling it all over the car. The person who helped us in drive through was very understanding, and quickly gave us a new drink and napkins. Then we pulled into a parking spot to clean it when John (manager) and Fernando came out with sanitizer spray and towels to help us clean the car. They went the extra mile and helped us clean the car until it was spotless, and offered us new drinks/food because of the wait. They were extremely nice and went out of their way to make sure that we had a great experience even though WE made a mess in our car. I will go out of my way to get my Chick Fil A fix here from now on solely based on the customer service. But, the food unsurprisingly was awesome too! 100/10 read more

This location is the worst Chic-Fil-A in Texas! Last week I ordered through the app and used the mobile drive thru lane. While I was at the window picking up my order one of the managers was unprofessionally chewing out the drive through worker for not moving the lane fast enough. I was at the window for maybe 15 seconds! I got home and my order was missing a sandwich and fry so I called the store to see if they would deliver my missing food in one of their 10 or so delivery vehicles. They wouldn't, and insisted on adding points to my mobile app. Today I placed a delivery order using the points they gave me for their mistake last week and they missed food again!!! I tried calling the store and got a message that the voicemail hasn't been setup yet. Also, if you're thirsty make sure to order a large drink because they put so much ice in the medium cups you only get a couple sips... do better Chic-Fil-A! 2.5 stars is not typical! read more

Our local Chic-Fil-A in Midlothian is great. Food is always of the highest quality and is served by the friendliest people. A smiling crew doesn't ensure order accuracy, quality foods or compassion when called on their errors. The drive through order shorted an entree item. Why put dipping sauces in the bag and not the chicken nuggets? The strawberries were old and soft. They tasted bland. The lettuce was at the used by date. Not crisp and fresh. When called the employee was confusing and assumed I'd lobbed to drive back and wasn't at all apologetic. As a matter of fact it seemed so rehearsed. I asked if he could use a company delivery driver to provide missed items I was told that wasn't available and drivers don't do that. The rudest chick-fil-a I've been to. I use to work at a chick-fil-a too so I'm not sure how the franchisee is getting away with this level of customer service. Not from this area, saw this CFA and decided to go through drive threw for food. Same issue that others have had in the other reviews. Did not take my order cause I was in the wrong line. The signage is small and I saw multiple cars backing out to get to the right "line". That can cause an accident. Rude people and won't be back. read more

This is the slowest chic fil a I have ever been to. I'm be only been twice and both times it was slow. Tonight we pulled up to the drive through and we pulled into the wrong lane. The girl taking the order must have been friends with the girl in the car in front of us , because they laughed and talked a while before she started putting the order in. 4 cars had been serviced in the other lane by the time she finished that order. Still love the food here. But this location has absolutely killed the image of a the best drive thru of fast food chains. One of the two lanes has been dedicated to mobile pick up only?? I love chick fil a. I'm glad we finally have one in Midlothian... The people who work here have always been very nice and friendly. However, I've been here about 6 times and only once has my food been HOT. My order has also been wrong 2 times. Once I was told I'd have to pull forward because I requested for some hot food?? I understand they have to keep the line moving but I don't think I'm asking for much when my request is FRESH, HOT food especially after waiting 10mins! I will change my rating once the food is hot as I plan to continue to give this location a few more chances since it's new. Whoever manages/owns this location I hope you're listening to your customers and make change asap! The midlothian community is small. Please fix **Update as of July 17th** I'm NEVER coming back to this location as they gave me a burrito with sausage instead of chicken and i'm not supposed to eat pork. I am truly amazed at how great this chik-fil-a is. I always use the app when I order and have tried everything that you can do on it. I always laugh at the foolish line peasants who do not use the mobile thru lane as I pass them by and instantly receive my food. I have to commend this restaurant on what I never thought even imaged would be possible. I was passing through and stopped to use the restroom. I decided to order on the app to use my free sandwich reward with extra pickles and sauce and a frozen coffee. I can't make this up; within 20 seconds of me pressing the submit button on the app, the manager shouted out my name at the pick-up counter with my food in hand exactly as ordered. Never in my wildest dreams have I ever thought that was possible. This restaurant is absolutely 5 stars! read more

I attempted to drive thru today. I was told that I had pulled into the wrong line(mobil app orders only) I did not see the signage. The outside attendant told me I would have to drive thru and re-enter the line. I don't care how good you fried chicken sandwich is it's not worth driving thru twice. The last time I was there an outside attendant took off running with my order around the corner. When I followed him and received my order it was wrong. Seems Chick fil A has forgotten what quality is. They seem to be more focused on how many cars get thru the drive thru and how fast the food is delivered than quality of food. Salads are not good quality, sandwiches are thrown in the wrapper, fries on my last visit were so salty that they were inedible!! This place always gets the orders wrong or don't put items on the sandwich (don't get the club sandwich because you don't get bacon in it or you get 2 tiny one inch pieces on it). They over charge and just plain forget items. You can't call and ask for them to make it right because the manager does not come to the phone. The one thing that was always good was the brownie, soft and really good...until today, it was rock hard! Just don't waste your time and money. read more
