Just barely got home after going through the drive thru and...NO SAUCE. My husband and I realized they didn't even ask us if we wanted any sauces nor did they put any sauces with our order! Despite the tasty chicken that keeps me coming back again and again, I have to admit that Chick-fil-a's high point is customer service. I've never met a CFA employee who treated me like just another diner. Sentences include "please" and "thank you," smiles are on faces, and the service is super fast. The Fort Union location is the closest CFA to my house. I ate there a lot when they first opened, and I was curious if they level of customer service was as pristine as the day they opened with a giant line of fans who wanted to "Eat mor chikin." The outcome of my latest visit? YES! Sauces and refills were plentifully supplied, the fries were cooked perfectly, and my fresh peach shake was made without whipped cream (just as I ordered). They let me take a handful of mints!They even accepted my expired coupons! This CFA is the bomb. I'm glad it's so close to home. read more

Its Chick Fil-a... Not a whole lot you can say about it that people might not already know. Its chicken sandwiches, chicken nuggets, chicken salad, chick biscuits, etc etc... I'm sure you get the drift of the menu if you somehow didn't know. I've been here twice already. I'm ashamed to say I could eat here more often than that due to its close proximity to my office. The service has been with a smile although during the opening they seem very hectic and disjointed behind the counter, probably due to how many people are crammed behind it. Its also their new restaurant layout which is horrible and seems to make odd lines in inconvenient places when it gets busy. Theres also alot of dead space that just isn't being used for a place that's so hard to get a table in around noon. They need to stick to the style of dining room and counter thats in the South Jordan location, its more efficient. This is the first Chick Fil-a that I've seen use the table numbers where a runner brings the food to you. Kind of a surprising way of doing it. When over 50 percent of the menu is a fried chicken patty on a bun, I don't know how its taking so long you can't hand it to me at the counter. Thats a gripe though, not really a deal breaker. And don't skimp out, I recommend grabbing a dream cone or whatever they call their ice-cream. Its pretty good ice cream for a buck and change. And they have Tea! Real caffeine filled cane sugar sweetened goodness that was brewed fresh. No bag in a box garbage here... I hope I don't lose any Yelp street cred for reviewing such a commoditized establishment but I'm sure some Chick Fil-a fanatic out there might wonder if his down south chicken sandwich is really being made with love, even in Utah. read more

I'm a Chick-Fil-A connoisseur so I stop by anytime I'm hungry and one is near. Twice now, the chicken at this location was chewy and the fries crunchy all the way through, meaning they overcook the food. I would highly recommend just going to a different location since so many are so close by and even their food is no good when overcooked. Not worth it to risk it there. read more

The food is delicious, the service spectacular (have you ever heard "my pleasure" spoken so many times? wish I heard it around the house more...) and the play area clean. I had heard this location was not as good as others, that was an understatement. After that kind of wait you would think it would be hot, NOPE not even warm. I could eat chicken every day. I love the way they cook their chicken. As far as service goes at a fast food joint, this place might take home the prize. I love how they all say "my pleasure." Now I have noticed that some meant it more than others. Back to the chicken. You really can't go wrong here. I get the regular chicken sandwich or sometimes the #7 which has all the toppings. This chic fil a consistently "forgets" to give sauce packets. For a 30 count of nuggets I was given 3 packets of sauce. For a 12 count meal, 1 sauce packet. No one wants to eat fries/nuggets without sauce. I understand not wanting to give customers an excess amount of sauce but at this point it is an obvious money saving attempt by management. This is the closest chik fil a to me but I'm willing to drive out of my way to avoid it. read more

It is my pleasure to write a review!! (Get it? They always say "My pleasure!") I do not know what to review first: the food, the joint, the play place, the service, the sauces ... The food is a little above average fast food. It is not the best chicken ever, but I think they put a little more real chicken in than other fast food restaurants might. (i.e. less processed chicken.) This place has nice friendly service and employees. Once my table was cleared before I was ready to leave. I brought it to the attention of the manager and he replaced everything that had been tossed. The play place is a mommy's best friend. It has great glass windows that you can watch the kiddos romp and play from a safe, quiet distance away. The best part of this amazing play place is that they made the door just slightly off of flush so the kids don't smash their digits if the door is too heavy for them. Good thinking!! Tried to redeem my free sandwhich for the promotion through the jazz. They did not honor that promotion. They require specific steps, through the jazz app, that were not populating. I said something like jesus would honor his promises. Then I sat down to make a few more attempts and I heard the person in charge, who wouldn't validate the offer, start to talk about me. What horrible service and totally not in line with its"Christian" foundation. Just inconsidereate and a complete hassle!!! Through my experience chick fil a's drive thru is quick, so I figured i could stop by to grab a quick bite. It was 2 pm and the lunch rush was done but there was still a line (not very long). In the past even with a long line it has never taken me more than 8 min or so, however this time it took me 20 min. This one definitely exceeds the customer service; however, the chicken salad I ordered looks like it's missing about $5 of the actual salad. We have grown to love this place and the service. There are often a lot of unsupervised kids in the play area so it can get pretty rough in the play area, but there isn't much that the staff can do. Speaking of the staff, they are always great. I've only had great experiences with the service and the food is consistent and it's great. I'm weird and I order kid meals at places like these for portion control, and a fun thing about these kid meals is that you can trade the toy for an ice cream. Who doesn't love ice cream?! read more

I don't know why CFA has such a following really. The food is fine, but not anything special. Is it better than McDonalds? Sure. This is the worst Chick Fil A ever! My daughter dances close by and the only fast food she will eat is CFA. I'm unfortunate enough to have stopped by about once a week since January. In all those visits, our order has been right only a handful of times. This is super frustrating when the drive through line is about 20 minutes long and the line inside is out the door, not to mention the difficulty of the parking lot. In addition to this, for some unknown reason their food doesn't taste like the other CFA's. It's just not good! Today, I went through and ordered a #1 and a kid's meal. To my surprise, our order was correct and I didn't have to run inside. That was huge! However, once we started eating the food, we realized that the fries weren't cooked. I am seriously frustrated and utterly upset! This is not the first time, nor the second time or the third, but the fourth time that I go to your restaurant and order a Chick-Fil-A Biscuit or Chicken Biscuit; and it is missing the chicken. The time it takes to drive to your establishment, wait for food, and drive back to my destination only to find no chicken in the damn biscuit; drives me to the verge of doing horrible things that could earn me an unwelcome stay in a jail cell. This fourth time was the final straw and it was your last chance for my business. My wife and I love CFA sandwiches. Unfortunately we no longer come to this store because the size of the filets is substantially smaller than they used to be. Legitimately, the fillets are bigger at the Sandy location. Unfortunately the Sandy location is under remodel so I stopped here to get a sandwich for my wife. They should call them sliders ( which is what we call them). The filets used to hang out on both ends of the bun. Now the bun covers the entire sandwich and nothing hangs over. Not paying $7+ dollars for a slider. Can't wait for the Sandy location to reopen for a decent size sandwich. read more

I really am quite disappointed in this chick-fil-a. If you're wanting quick pick up and go, do not come here. Guaranteed you'll be waiting in line for 20+ minutes. When going to a chick-fil-a during a busy time you almost always see employees out with iPads taking orders, that is beyond rare at this location. But sometimes waiting in line is a good thing because you can guarantee the food will be fresh. Which again is not true with this location. With the last visit I waited in line for 30+ minutes to get my food cold, stale, and soggy. When I called and talked to the manager about the issue he offered to put my name on a list and replace my meal another day. When I went to receive that meal I was informed a list like that doesn't exist. Crappy food, crappy service.
