So after that I go back to the table to look at the receipt and to see that half an order has been skip not only with mine but my mom's to then put the order back in to forget my sandwich but charged me for a meal with just a medium fry and a drink no sandwich so go back up and she said there was never a sandwich to begin with that she didn't charge me for it finally after trying to explain that I wanted the sandwich and it's her fault for not ringing it up I assume what would be a manager came over and finally realized that the sandwich wasn't in the bag after waiting about 5 minutes it I got the food on the way home I wanted to know if she didn't ring me up for the combo meal how much would it be so I went to the Bk app not only was it not the right now in the first place if she didn't charge me for the Burger it would be a 3.99 difference for what we got it was supposed to be 31.17 not just 30.00 if she didn't charge me for the Burger it would have been 27.18 so I don't know if this place is pocketing money or whatever but she was also very rude about it not very helpful in the beginning and also some other work was very much touchy with her I don't know if it's owned by a family or not but is a very uncomfortable place and I don't recommend at all

I went in and ordered from the board and I didn't see the different types of breads so I automatically got white. The person who took the order didn't tell me the different types of bread that they have and the sides that they have, like the olive oil and red wine vinegar that I missed out on. I know that as a consumer, I can check before coming to make sure I know what I'm ordering - but it's the little things like reiterating the menu to customers, whether they're new or not. The gentleman who took our order was hardly legible because of his mumbling. The worker in the back was walking around scratching at her head, but we were happy just to be able to get our ice cream and be on our way. We waited to get home to eat our much anticipated desserts. However when we got home we found that 3 out of the 4 orders were wrong. One was supposed to be an Oreo Blizzard with chocolate ice cream - which turned out to be a Reese's with Nuts Blizzard with vanilla ice cream (we think??). Thank God he's not allergic to nuts... Two others were supposed to be Cookie Dough Blizzards with vanilla ice cream - which ended up being chocolate ice cream with only several pieces of cookie dough in each. Like actually 7 pieces. In a large Blizzard. What is that???
