Arrived tonight at the Miramar and Dykes location to find the dinning room closed. The reason I was given, was that they are sort staffed. I can accept that but when you have 6 employees working the drive thru in the parking lot you can see why there are short staffed. Lately this is the norm at this location. There always something missing. This chicken club didn't have any bacon or cheese, this is just one example. multiple times I've ordered 12 piece nuggets and get shorted a few. Chick-fil-a is always good. I love the service and my kids love it. The chicken sandwich is great the chicken nuggets and waffle fries are amazing. The sauces are great too. Polynesian is my favorite and my kids love the honey mustard and ranch and chick fil sauce. I also love the breakfast they only thing is sometimes they have my oatmeal and some dont. They have been limiting their menu since they. The breakfast menu is very limited and they don't have different sizes for coffee or ice coffee. They also don't have large hash browns although just use the boxes from large size chicken nuggets at every other location and they have large sizes for drinks to . The Chicken biscuits are very thin and crumbled as well and the chicken is tiny . I have serval other locations and the have large hash browns, large sizes all coffees and there biscuits are big and fluffy and their chicken is big as biscuit. I would highly recommend the owner look into this location. They also have almost no where to sit as well. read more

I find myself in the carline at least 3 times a week. My kids love this place and I enjoy it as well. Simple classic selections that we can all relate to. Chicken sandwiches, Salads and nuggets. The service is always beyond great. Every fast food establishment should train their employees to treat customers the way Chick fil a does. read more

It's so hard to order 4 milkshakes. 20 minute wait and had to talk so many many people to know the status of my order. I even ordered in the app and thought it will be easier. Excellent service! Everyone is super nice and they always get your order right. If you dine-in, the employees comes up and checks to see if you need a refill in your drink or if you're done with your food. This is my little one's hangout place. Once a week my little man and his friends have to meet up at Chick-fil-A to eat and play. My favorite food here these days is their spicy southwest Salad. They offer tons of salad dressing options with this and my all time favorite dressing is chili vinaigrette, light dressing with a smooth kick of chili at the end. Yum!!! The salad comes with nacho strips and sunflower seeds to add on to your flavor but if you're not looking for those extra calories then skip those nacho strip pack. Now if you're at Chik-Fil-a and you decide not to order their fries, it would be like you went to the well but you didn't drink water. Lol. Their waffle fries are insane and with hundreds of sauce options, it just makes it irresistible. We made an order using the mobile app, which gives you reward points that you ends up giving you free meals etc. I don't really come to this location, but since we were in the area and starving we placed the online order and jumped into the drive thru pick up lane. Chick fil a is our favorite fast food establishment. The quality of the food is always consistent and the customer service is by far the best amongst similar establishments. They've built their reputation on making it more about "chicken" but being apart of the lives of the customers they serve in the community. A amenity I've use all the time is the mobile order feature. It's so convenient, literally just place your order, hit the road and once you're close by or in the store let the app know and they'll start making your food fresh. What I love now is the rewards app they've created. Might as well earn points to eat at a place we patron at frequently anyway! Win win! Ever since this restaurant has been taken over by a new owner, the quality of the food and employees has absolutely gone down the drain. The food is never as fresh as it used to be, the employees are not as kind or friendly as they used to be and do not care as much as they used to, and the speed of the service has become horrible to the point that I almost never want to go to Chick-fil-A anymore. Today and every day I have gone in the last few weeks has been a terrible experience with my order taking well over 20-30 minutes to come out every time, and when it get it, it's cold. I have not been happy with the service of this restaurant and until something is done, I refuse to come back here again, regardless of how much free food you try and give me. I work nearby and visit this location at least once a week for breakfast or lunch. This Chick-fil-A has extremely good customer service. When I order ahead of time my order is always ready. They have yet to mess up my order and I have been here one to many times. The only issues with this place is the drive thru during lunch time. The line is so long it blocks all traffic from entering their parking lot. Make sure to park in the shopping center and walk across the street if your picking up an order or eating in. It's hard for me to give any fast food place a great rating but this Chick-fil-A has superb service and deserves the review. read more

Fast food that's edible and exceptional...for fast food. I rarely ever visit these kind of places but one day I was at work and I had stopped at a Wendy's on my way to pick up a salad. When I arrived at work and attempted to eat the salad, it was not the way it appeared in the photo on the menu board. It was pretty on top but when I dug in, there was nothing but iceberg lettuce all watery and hard underneath the pretty greens. I started complaining and my co worker said, "You should try Chick-fil-a next time. Their salads are everything!" I'd never really been to chick- fil-a before. Maybe I'd been a few times years ago but I'd kinda forgotten it when I stopped eating meat. On my way to work the following day though, I did pick up a meatless market salad and an order of their infamous waffle fries. Well guess what? Since that day a week ago, I've already gone back to this place five or six times and now I have my hubby hooked too. The salads they prepare look exactly like the salad on the menu board photo AND it has nice, beautiful mixed greens instead of the watery iceberg that Wendy's hides in the bottom of theirs. There is a nice selection of salad dressings as well and every time I ask for no meat, I get NO MEAT. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case with Wendy's. The location changed ownership and has gone downhill since then. The restaurant often times looks dirty, the restaurant understaffed and the employees are not as friendly as they used to be. In addition the quality of the food has gone down. Many times, the sandwiches are cold. The lady managing the online orders today left to the back and for a good 10 minutes no one was paying attention to the pick up ordered. COOKS DON'T WASH THEIR HANDS! This place is GROSS! While in the bathroom to wash my hands, an actual cook came out of the crapper (on his phone) and walked right pass me without washing his hands. When I brought it to managements attention, she downplayed the situation saying "I'll let our staff know they must wash their hands". Meanwhile, this same dude walks out the kitchen again (still texting on his phone) headed straight to the bathroom again. I quickly point him out while demanding my refund. While my refund was being processed the same cook returns (phone in hand - still). I reiterate my complaint with all parties now present and management says "I'll remind him to wash his hands" (cook walks directly back into kitchen/cooking area with cellphone in hand). My family and I will NEVER eat here again. The free meal card I was given was basically a slap in the face if the same cook (and his "crappy" hands are preparing the food). This place is NASTY! Go in the daytime when the owner is there and you will see the difference in service and quality. We made the mistake of going last night and the restaurant was filthy, they got our orders wrong, and there were particles of something that should not have been on my salad.((my phone had died, so I couldnt take a picture)) This is not tge first time that we have hone in the evening and noticed the difference in service. Last night a family was camped out in the play area eating with their child. The hostess who walked by the play area and looked inside and then turned and asked us if all was ok. My little one said"those people are eating inside the playarea" his answer was "yes, some people do that". I was very disappointed as we always tell the kids to respect the rules and be courteous to others. This has always been one of our favorite places to go for a quick meal. But based on the last three nightly visits, of bad service, poor quality food, and the playarea situation. I am giving it 2stars. People walking in ordering after I have arrived gets serviced quicker. Came here for lunch on a Monday, the line to order took an hour and half and there was no staff outside taking orders like every other location has. For a location that knows how busy it gets, it's just inconsiderate to keep running this business so slow. They also are not doing any takeout, dine-in, or mobile orders so you are left with the option to sit and wait in line. It would be worth your time to drive an extra couple miles to the east pines or Weston locations as they are always more timely. read more
