This Chick-fil-A gives off a different vibe and not in a good way. I ordered through the app for carry out. I got the message on the app that says someone is on the way to the Carey out station with my order so I waited a few minutes, the I arrived and I could see that my bag with my name on it was there but not my drinks. No one said anything but I looked and could see that a woman was wiping up a spill (presumably my drink) so I didn't say anything. I waited for a few minutes and then another lady came over and said my name and I said, that's me, and she went over to the lady wiping up the drink and said are the drinks ready. The lady had tears in her eyes and said, I just spilled them so I have to make more." I felt so bad- a spilled drink is not a big deal so I Hope she wasn't upset about that. Anyway, my drink order is a large water with a small splash of lemonade (I've gotten this for 2 years now On the app) but this is my first time at this location. I'm on a Keto diet so the half an ounce of lemonade in the 32 ounce water gives the water the slightest taste so it's a win for me! The other lady comes Over to me and says "we can't put a splash of lemonade in your drink unless you want to pay for a while lemonade." Ok. Strange logic since half an ounce would cost me like .2 cents if you divided the drink price. Bummer because I work in my Juliet but I'll skip this location and continue with the hermitage location. Spicy Chicken Deluxe is the best fast food sandwich that exists. My closest Chick-fil-A is 9 miles away, in Mt. Juliet and I make a weekly trip out there to savor the delights of this sandwich. The accompanying waffle fries are really good too! I also highly recommend the chicken strips. read more

Chick-fil-a is great as a chain for consistency. As with any CFA, you receive quality service and quality food. If you don't, they'll make it right. In fact, we had a morning we went to the drive-thru, and when we got home half our order was missing. We called to tell them, and they offered to either drive our full order to us or to give us a refund. In that case, we had elsewhere to be and opted for the refund... but we certainly appreciated that they were going to deliver another order to us! read more

This has to be the worst chick-fil-a ever. I drove 30 minutes out of my way to pick dinner up for a friend that was home after having surgery. The person that brought the food to my car kept trying to hand me the drinks that were leaking tea from the drink carrier and got tea in my car. She wouldn't even give me time to wipe off the carrier that was still leaking after she secured the lids to the drinks. Then I get to my friend's house and my chicken wasn't even cooked all the way on my sandwich. By the time we left her house I was too tired to go another 30 minutes out of my way to complain. Well, the Chick-fil-a in Mount Juliet reminds me a lot of the Chick-fil-a in Hermitage...and the one Lynchburg, VA...and Raleigh, NC...and downtown Chicago. I could not believe that When I opened my order, (which I bought for others as well) I found my Chicken Egg and Cheese Bagel - was missing the CHICKEN. Not on just my order, but all of the ones that I ordered!! I called and spoke to the people - David was the first one I spoke with and he said he would refund me the price of the chicken............REALLY????????? I always go here with my 3 little girls. I have 3 girls under 3. My youngest is only 7 weeks old. We come here often as it's a safe place for my girls to play. First off the service has always been great. But today it was exceptional! My oldest daughter has autism and was having a bit of a rough time. I have a one month old who then started crying and I was trying to get them all in the car. My oldest grab my drink and dumped it all over the floor then did the same with my fries. Then she began to run around the store and scream. I was so embarrassed. But within seconds I had the chic-fil-a team bring me fresh fries and drinks, help me out to my car and most of all every one of them kept telling me I was doing an amazing job. you know, i hate to give chic-fil-a only two starts, because, the food is great--like one of the 7 wonders of the world great, but......at this particular location, the service is never very friendly. i've given it many a-gos, at many different times, on different days, and i never really receive the same friendliness i do at the cool springs location (that location is the best! they even give your doggy a treat if he's in the car with you!). i've encountered the management, and he wasn't friendly at all. i was there this morning satisfying my craving of chicken minis, and i just left, well, sad. like the kids never picked for football, not even by the preacher's kid, i felt unwelcome....and at chic-fil-a!!!! :( i live pretty close to this location, and by all logic, i should be about 500 pounds by now, but it's pretty easy to pass this one by when the service is never very friendly. :/ read more

Got a #1 and 3 chicken biscuits with 2 sweet tea and a coffee with sugar and cream. My order was read back correctly and card swiped outside. Got to the window to pick up and left. Inside the bag was only 2 chicken biscuits (instead of 4) no tots. The two sweet teas correct, and coffee was black, no cream or sugar. Whenever I do the drive thru, the efficiency is outstanding....however whenever I attempt to pick up an order it is a complete disaster and I'm waiting for what seems like an excessive amount of time AND the order is always botched. Also getting someone to even make eye contact with you while standing in the pick up area is a challenge. I have not experienced this at other locations. The food of course is consistent Chick-FiL-A. Today we left and weren't given any of our drinks or sides . It's always an issue whenever I make the mistake of coming inside to pick up. I got used to going to Hermitage and got spoiled. read more
