I ordered in advance and still waited 25min for them to tell me they are still working on it. The manager chopped it up to my salad took a long time and they could not tell what type of chicken I wanted. Really?? I am right outside, why not ask me?! When I got my order the fries were so salty and some under cooked. I called to complain the next day because I was so hangry that the food was not right. Literally, the slowest, most complicated, overstuffed chick fil a. I regret it every time I'm here. Orders are wrong often and the lines are the slowest ive ever seen. Staff members can be seen inside texting and playing around. The last time I was here, I spent 15mins in the line waiting , the other line emptied and filled up twice before I made it around to the window. And then I waited another 5-7mins to get any food. All that construction and remodeling they've done over there seems to be for nothing because the quality of service has not improved. Do better. read more

This Chick-fil-A has really gone down hill. A lot of high school kids who don't care about the job given to them. Don't come at night either, they are just ready to end the shift and it's a nightmare. Chickfila is one of my favorites..they usually have great customer service and are quick. I went today and there was a friendly face standing at the drive thru to take my order and she even took my card there. She was very nice and friendly...I started to feel special..I then pulled up and there was another friendly face who repeated my order back flawlessly and gave me my receipt. Now I'm falling helplessly in love with this location. I pulled up to the window and there was a guy there. I knew he would seal the deal. But I was let down. No smile, he didn't even speak to me. I feel like i just went on a first date that was great but didn't get a kiss at the end. But nonetheless the food was delicious so I'm still a happy customer and I hope our second date will be better because of course I can't resist those waffle fries!! read more

Death trap. This place is located in a position where people are changing lanes to get onto 85N, or go over the bridge. everybody changes lanes there in the EXACT same place as this Chik fil-a entrance. So you have people slamming on their brakes to get a chicken biscuit during rush hour in a major traffic lane. On top of that. You have fools trying to cross 3 lanes of traffic trying to go left, presumably eating their hot chicken biscuit getting out of this drive-thru. The food may be awesome but this location causes terrible safety issues for our community. read more

I can honestly say this is by far the worst experience I've ever had at a Chick Fil A. Went to the drive thru to get breakfast at 9:30 am. It was crowded as I expected it would be. This guy is very " intensely" directing drive thru traffic. I notice that he appears a little agitated with how fast the drive thru is moving. Dude CALM DOWN it's okay - not the worst thing that could happen by far to anyone. Chick Fil A customers don't mind the wait. He ushers me to move forward and I do. The car ahead of me stops and I stop. THIS GUY BUMPS into the side of my car!!!! I raise down my window to ask him why he just bumped into my car and he says his leg hit it and he didn't realize I had stopped. Your drive thru is moving like a snail and you can't see a car in front of you. No apology! Nothing. I tell him NOT to do it again! This was the owner. On a lighter note my breakfast was delicious. When I say bad, I mean terrible. I didn't even have this app so I sat in the line and downloaded Yelp just for this current location.... that's how bad it was. There were three girl employees taking selfie pictures on the Chick-fil-A iPad while there was a line out to the road. As a rule, I like Chick Fil A. If nothing else, because they used to be all over southern California, but they closed most of them and they were hard to find. I used to make it a point to stop at the one in the Fox Hills mall in the 70's. Long since closed, I still never made it to one of its last vestiges in Long Beach on Carson. But, alas.....I moved to Georgia and they are everywhere. I got a promo to try the new spicy chicken sandwich for free. How could I pass that up? Well, it turns out, that I could. The sandwich is much like a Wendy's chicken sandwich; it falls apart when you are eating it. I would not pay for it again. So why the four stars. I still like Chick Fil A for personal reasons. I 'll just stick to the regular/non-fancy chicken sandwich from now on. The fries are still cute, though Daisy gets the bulk of mine when I bring them home. And the service is still cool. The fact they aren't open on Sunday is a whole different story, though. I think they are lost on the fact that there are a lot of people who like chicken on Sundays. Especially in the south. Today was my first time visiting this chick fil a location and my car broke down in the drive thru line! The staff immediately found some people to help push my car out of line and into a parking space. The manager came outside in the 100 degree heat and helped me look at my car to see what was wrong. He jumped my car for me and waited while I called a mechanic. I always have great service at chick fil a but the manager at this location was a God send! He was very patient and nice and stayed with me until my car was running despite it being insanely hot outside. I cannot rave enough about him and the staff at this cfa! :) read more

Chick-fil-A Jimmy Carter is everything a Chick-fil-A Franchise should be: Quick, friendly and clean. The team members on shift always move with a purpose. Not once have I entered this establishment and not been greeted by a employee on shift or served immediately. Whenever their is a line, it is handled efficiently. Their staff always has welcoming and inviting smiles that can make even the person in the worst mood happy. Whats most impressive is the cleanliness of the store. This Chick-fil-A is always extremely busy however they keep their playground, dining room and bathrooms in tip top shape. Just stopped at this Chic FilA. Service was unexpectedly very slow. We chose to avoid the long drive thru opting instead to go inside. Very few customers were inside; however, we heard a manager instruct the staff to "get the drive thru first". Took 20 minutes to receive service on a Monday morning at 10:30. Came here to get a late lunch. And to my knowledge this is one of the only places that has a drive-thru for oversized vehicles. Never tried it but I would see cars in that lane in the mornings for breakfast. Since it was my first time going there in a work van, I called to make sure that drive-thru was open (2:42 pm). They said yes. Literally pulled up a minute later. Then had to wait over 15 minutes just for someone to come out just to take my order. (3:03 pm) Had to call twice. After the second call FINALLY someone came out. If you drive an oversized van/truck be expected to wait a while. Do not recommend. Never doing that again. read more

Long gone are the receipt days and it seems like at least 50% of the time (if not more) there is something wrong with my order.
