Tonight, I was sorely disappointed in this CFA. We eat here regularly. We have a six year old. Most times it's great. Tonight the fries were super soggy. A family next to us spilled a milkshake right in the isle in front of our booth just as we sat down. Three employees saw it and said they would get someone to clean it up. As I sit here with our meal complete, No line at the front counter, it is still all over the floor for someone to slip and fall in. It looks disgusting. There are multiple employees standing around doing nothing. In fact, the whole dining room could use some straightening and tables wiped down. Chick Fil A has become my favorite chicken place. Three of my friends and I were on a road trip to Tulsa from Ft. Worth on this particular day, which happened to be the day to appreciate Chick Fil A. The cars were wrapped around the building and down the street, the lines inside weren't too bad. Having had a pretty good sized lunch down the road an hour or more before I opted for one of their yummy peach shakes and others in my party got different items to snack on. The best part was not only was the staff helpful and cheerful, but all the patrons this day were patient and caring. Many were sharing tables with each other, striking up conversations with strangers while waiting patiently for our food. It was a great experience. read more

This is really a service based review as opposed to food. I love me some Chick-Fil-A and stop for some most times I get a chance too, considering the closest one near me is about 2 and a half hours away. Getting off the highway to fill my gas tank and my belly, I undoubtedly chose Chick-Fil-A and stretched my legs inside as I ordered it to go. After my order was placed I regretted pairing my chicken bagel with a dinky carton of Orange Juice, that fresh percolating lemonade sure was tempting to look at. While my order was handed to me, I asked the manager (assumption based on his dress shirt and tie) if I could pay the 60cents up charge to replace my OJ. He gave me a wink, said dont worry bout it, and swapped me out a medium lemonade, and boy it was delicious. Cant be service like that in this day and age. read more

It was truly art in sandwich form. The bun was fluffly and lightly toasted, the chicken was as crisp as autumn air and the sauce-oh, the sauce- if Greek gods existed Chick-fil-A sauce would be their ambrosia. The fries were a perfect balance of salty and just the right amount of crisp. Next time you're in Norman, OK, make sure you swing by the Sooner mall and get some Chick-fil-A. Great food and amazing service. Employee Judy goes above and beyond for customer service. Several other employees such as Connor also checked on us. It's very nice to have any restaurant have such great service, its even nicer when its fast food and unexpected. I definitely recommend chick-fil-a and without a doubt this location in particular. We were traveling with 3 young children, Judy cleared a large table for us, brought highschairs, silverware, place mats, straws and everything else we need. i was treated like a criminal at the drive thru because someone i work with had given me a printable coupon for a free meal. Sounded good, so I printed it out and tried using it. The girl at the window scoffed at me, and said, "cant take this.." so I had to ask why. Then she gave me attitude and said, "its not a valid coupon." how am i supposed to know what coupons constitute as valid for chick-fil-a? They are also notorious for NOT giving a receipt, then not replacing an order that was made wrong, because "there's no receipt" EVEN though I still had the food that they had given me by mistake! Almost every time ive been here, they've managed to piss me off, I hate this place! It's always insanely crowded, too. read more
