My mother and I were craving Chick-fil-A after only going once before, we were super excited and drove more than 45 minutes away just to grab some. Upon our arrival the man who took our order was pretty rude, he kept interrupting us while we we're trying to order our meals, not knowing any better we asked if we could get the signature sauce put on our sandwiches, he replied rudely with "no! We don't do that. We'll give you some on the side." We finished ordering and pulled forward, a lady handed us our drinks and didn't say anything to us. After about 10-15 minutes waiting for our food we noticed our bag sitting there by the window, no one was by the window and everyone was talking. The man behind us in the drive through kept honking at us and getting extremely aggravated we weren't moving (like it was our fault) he then got so angry he went inside and grabbed his food and sped off around us flipping us off. The manager then came to the window and was angry at us "is there a problem ma'am" we nicely explained that we didn't have our food. She then shoved our food at us and shut the window. By the time we parked in the Chick-fil-A parking lot to eat in the car our food was ice cold from sitting by the window so long. We were so excited and drove over 45 minutes away just to be treated rudely and served cold food. It's okay, I probably won't be back ever again though. At least not this area. read more

Really annoying the crazy long line they have. While i'm glad this place opened recently in the area and maybe they're gonna take time to adjust. Yet it frustrates me everytime i head there expecting to get service. But the line for the drive through is INSANE!!!! Probably the longest line i've ever seen for a fast food place. It actually goes outside the restaurant down to the nearby mall. And i've tried waiting and this line simply does not move! It's finally happened. There's a Chick-fil-a within a 20 minute drive! My husband and I waited for the initial rush of customers in hopes of a shorter wait. We piled into the car with our kids at bedtime for a late dinner and we're impressed! The line was long. Be prepared for a wait. We waited an hour arriving at 8pm on a Tuesday. The drive thru line attendants were fabulous! They smiled and waved to every incoming and outgoing car. They deserve a raise because they did it all in 100 degree heat in polos and pants. I was super impressed by them! The staff who took our orders were very professional and kind, also working in pants and polos in 100 degree heat WITH masks. We created an account through the Chick-fil-a app to start racking up points and earned enough for a free sandwich with one visit. Paying on the app was super easy and don't require any money exchanges. Initially, we were given the wrong bag of food. When I opened the bag and noticed, they wouldn't take it back, and instead made a fresh dinner for the car whose bag we received and got our order out quick. The food was great! We ordered a little of everything to share with family back home. The sandwiches were awesome, especially with Chick-fil-a's signature sauce. We were not crazy about the waffle fries or Mac and cheese. I did not like the milkshakes. They're not traditional milkshakes and while I know they're super popular, I just couldn't get into them. All in all, a very positive experience aside from the wait which brought my review down a star, but that is likely the price to pay when a Chick-fil-a finally opens nearby. While out and about holiday shopping, finally decided to give this place a try after wanting to since they opened but always being deterred from the long line. Well, the line wasn't wrapped around the mall so we thought why not?! In total, we waited 38 minutes from the time we got in line to the time we got our food at the window. So the line is long, but they have staff that come to your car to help speed up the ordering process. Be aware that you need to use your phone to look at the menu because otherwise you won't have any clue what to order when the staff comes to your car. The woman we had didn't know the speciality sauce flavor so we decided to give it a try since that is what they are known for. After all the waiting, I had my heart set on the chicken tortilla soup, and guess what?! Sold. Out. ‍ We spent about $40 for a small peppermint milkshake, two orders of grilled chicken nuggets, cool grilled chicken wrap, and spicy chicken deluxe sandwich, two waffle fries, and two diet Coke's. Husband loved the shake so much that he drank the whole thing on the way home and he had planned to have it for dessert! The waffle fries were crispy but definitely were not hot at all even in the bag (trust me, the hubby likes to eat these with his shakes and was disappointed they were cold). His sandwich and the wrap (note it is cold chicken so make sure you like this kind of thing) were good, but the grilled chicken nuggets is what will be bringing us back for the longgggggg line. These nuggets had so much flavor and do yourself a favor and get their speciality sauce - it tastes like honey mustard - to dip these in. It was so good! We will be back! read more

It has everything to do with corporate greed and lack of respect for their customers. The food is tasty but portion sizes have shrunk and prices have risen. Most locations have double lanes all around building. The way this location was built you need to travel down a narrow street which is perpetually packed so mobile ordering and eat in will always be difficult. Food and service was wonderful. I would always get chick-fil-a when I made trips down to Ohio. It's nice to have a restaurant close by. The only complaint I have is the drive thru setup. They have dual lanes for placing orders and after done with order your forced to merge with the second lane. This causes a traffic back up delay and you're unable to place your order at the drive thru speaker until the traffic clears. It would be nice for future Michigan stores to implement dual drive thru windows for the dual lanes. That way the cars don't have to cross paths and traffic is smoother so that way the car behind me can order and not have to wait for me to wait for the lane to clear so I can move forward. read more
