I have visited MANY Chick fil A restaurants in my day but this one is consistently crappy. Their customer service is horrible and the young people they have there need to take a few courses in customer service. I went there for lunch today and the girl handing me my order was rude and didn't greet me. Strike 1 since I am all about customer service where I am spending my money. I ordered the soup and salad and a sweet tea with light ice. The tea was full of ice and she seemed frustrated when I handed it back to her to give me light ice. Then I get home and the soup has one piece of chicken in it and it is half full. Strike 2 since it is called chicken noodle soup. The soup was hot and full of noodles, but who goes there for their noodles.?? I give this restaurant 1 star because of their consistent poor customer service. I guess from now on I will wait to go to my Chick fil A where I will get the service I pay for and deserve. read more

I went to Chick-fil-A for the very first time today. While I was trying to figure out what to order... OK, I'm an idiot... Chicken sandwich! Hello!? I mentioned to the patient but amused server this was my first time at a Chick-fil-A. They were stunned and claimed everyone else on the planet comes here much more often. Anyway, I order my sandwich deluxe so it would come with lettuce and tomato. Then, I was pleasantly surprised to find out the ubiquitous american cheese was not the only option. Sometimes I just want some good chicken, and Chick Fil A has some of the best fast chicken around. (I must apologize to my LBGT friends who may read this, I promise, I donate to LBGT causes to make up for this transgression, I just love their honey bbq sauce and sometimes PDQ is too far). This location is pretty good. The hardest part is GETTING to it. The only easy way to get there is if you are driving east bound on Tampa Road. All other directions, well, they suck. There is FAR too much traffic at this intersection, period (not the restaurant's fault) and getting to the drive thru lane within the parking lot is really craptastic. It's a tight space, with lots of hoopleheads going in lots of directions, in a chicken induced frenzy. The food is pretty good. I like the Original Chicken Sandwich, it never disappoints. The spicy sandwich is also good. The fries, well, my previous reviews will tell you that I am never satisfied with fries, and this place is no exception. Today I got a strawberry milkshake, I didn't care for it. The strawberry flavor was fake, but blissfully they didn't give me a sticky cup. It makes me sad that I have had so many sticky cups handed to me that I now award points for clean ones (I'm looking at you McDs). If you are in Oldsmar and need your food fairly quickly, it's not a bad option. However, there are much better choices taste-wise if you have a little more time to spare. read more

If I could give 10 stars I would, we all know CFA is always amazing, the food, the people and their customer service, they always please their customer no matter what. The Oldsmar location is not my main CFA I go, but since COVID-19 I've been coming to their drive thru probably once a week, we also know all CFA's are always packed inside and drive-thru. The first time I came to drive thru during this pandemic, the line was pretty crazy, cars coming from different ways it was a bit hectic, but they changed the car line with cones and directions and it always is wrapped twice around the store and is so amazing that it moves pretty quick and the orders are always spot on. Chick-fil-a is, in my eyes, the premier fast food retailer in the US. It all starts with customer service which they do a great job training the staff. From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted with well trained associates. This all starts with hiring which they have a dialed in formula. All the employees know their jobs and seem to enjoy doing them. For fast food, this place is always clean and it is apparent the manager is here working on the floor checking the work o Place was very clean from the dining area to the bathrooms. I couldn't figure out how to enter. Me and several other cars circled the building, but the confusing maze of cones appears to close off every entrance. I Rarely write review but I felt as if I needed to after my experience. I ordered my food and paid for it via drive thru. Once I got there the cashier politely explained to me that they had just run out of the chicken biscuit and are now no longer serving breakfast. He apologized and got the manager to intervene. The manger offered nothing to comfort the disappointing news even after the cashier asked her if she was going to offer something for free for the inconvenience. I looked at her standing off trying to remain partially hidden. Shake her head No and ask if I wants to place another order or proceed with a refund. Chick fil a is always a good idea! Unless it's Sunday which they somehow always make you crave it on that day! I want to start with my tip which is trying all the sauces they have to offer! About 12 years ago my friend use to work at a Chick fil a and introduced me to their Honey Roasted BBQ and it has been a game changer since lol it's a mix between BBQ sauce and Chick fil a sauce! So if you like either you will love the Honey Roasted BBQ sauce!!! Another tip would be to download their rewards app so you can earn free food!!! Lastly I would like to review their new Spicy Southwest Salad! The chicken does have a kick and is soft and not too dry but I wish they stayed with the fried nugget type of chicken instead its kinda like a typical cold salad sliced chicken and the extra ingredients packets are tortilla chips which are good and then chili and lime Pepitas( similar to a sunflower seed) was not a necessary item. The Pepitas , the black bean, and corn and pepper additions in the salad are not flavorful enough! I love taco salads and I love their Cobb salad so I will be sticking with that since the Spicy Southwest was a bust! read more

This Chick-fil-A was under renovation when I first moved here, so I assumed it would have a nice, clean play area for kids, but I found it was the opposite. The plastic play area looks like it has been outside for years. I'm not an expert on playground plastic but all of the indoor play places I've come across seem relatively clean and free of brown markings. I also noticed the glass door looks as tough it has not been wiped down for a while. This should be a daily activity considering kids carry so many Germans. The service at the register was fast and efficient however a guest I had in town had a mistake in their order. It was corrected but not with a smile and made my friend hesitant to go back when they noticed another issue. Thankfully the food tasted as expected. In my experiences Chick-fil-A owners show their pride through their store and keep it clean and friendly. This was not the experience at this location. I will only use this location for drive thru service in the future, since it's a bit closer to my home. read more

I've been to this location multiple times and it is consistently good. The lunch rush gets crazy, but they get you through the drive-thru extremely quick and are very efficient in doing so. The staff here is nice and they actually listen to you when you have specific requests. I have noticed over the past couple of visits that my chicken sandwiches have gotten smaller. Hopefully it was bad coincidence because their portion sizes have always been consistent. I did make the mistake of going in here on a Tuesday evening, which happened to be kids night. I love Chik Fill A but sometimes the lines are huge and the service can be a little slow. On Fridays I love to buy the mini biscuits tray for my co-workers. It's a little bit more expensive than your regular fast food restaurant, however, the quality of their product is much better so the extra couple of dollars are worthy. read more

I called in a catering lunch order Wednesday morning for pick up at noon that day. I got there to pick up the food around 12:10 and had to wait for over 20 minutes until it was ready. One lady started to help me and then walked away without updating me on what was going on. Then a man started to help me and then suddenly went back to the cash register. Finally, a lady came over with my food after I had waited for 20 minutes. I told her that my order was to have been ready 30 minutes ago. She said the lady that look my Catering order that morning never told them about the order. Chick-fil-a is decent but feels overpriced. Unlike most fast food joints, I didn't feel extremely sick after eating it which is a plus. The freshly squeezed lemonade rated the best in my book. I would come back just for that. I purchased a cow calendar for my mom and it came equipped with a free meal card that gives you one free sandwich a month. I gave it to my friend's boyfriend since Chick-fil-A's don't exist in New York save for one in Manhattan cloistered in NYU. It was a good deal though. I didn't go inside but the drive-thru was fast and the cashiers were pleasant. Coming from the North-East, I expected people to be overly religious and strange but they don't even have a Forever 21 vibe. You know how Forever 21 subtly puts bible verse numbers on their bags? Chick-fil-A doesn't do anything remotely like that. One major con: I cringed at their most notable Polynesian sauce having High Fructose Corn Syrup as the first ingredient but I tried it anyways. Chick-fil-A has always come through, in my opinion! Generally, I think the overall quality of the fast-food industry continues to plummet, and the fast food and customer service is grinding to a lower degree at a steady pace. But this chain 'gets it'! The food quality always seems to be good, prepared well and much fresher than any competitor. Their stores, like this one, are bright and clean. This is the only chick fil a in the area I ever have problems with. I always use the drive thru at this location and my order is consistently wrong. If I ask for original coffee I get vanilla, if I ask for a chicken biscuit with cheese it is almost always without cheese. If I don't check the bag which I should at this point but typical don't there is often times a piece of my order missing. I went this morning and asked for two original iced coffees and repeated it just to be sure I was clear. I pull up and I get a vanilla and original so I have to hold up the line while I get the second original. I hate complaining especially about chick fil a but this location is just plain frustrating on pretty much every visit. The food is still good though when it's right. read more

Also fantastic when they stress you out to the point of tears and they respond with a "sucks to suck" attitude.
