The pancakes truly are amazing - they're flavorful but not super heavy, and my eggs and bacon were done to perfection. Also, they give you SO MANY pancakes - I got the Momma's Pancake Breakfast and it was enough food for 3 people. Genuinely changed my mind about Cracker Barrel, and I will be back. After staying out for the sunset, I arrived here late. What's awesome about Cracker Barrel is that most of their restaurants allow RVers to stay overnight. There's even a dedicated RV parking area that is designed for the larger vehicles. After a quick peruse of the Old Country Store and then using the men's room, I was back to the RV where I locked up for the night. A mostly quiet night due to the local street noise. In the morning, an early breakfast of basted eggs, bacon and sausage. Coffee was refilled multiple times. I am sure a lot of us love Cracker Barrel, whether it's for the old country store shopping or the food, we can pretty much agree there is a little something for everyone. Let me start off by saying not everyone will agree with my review, you know, since the Yelp Elite Squad doesn't want me to give my opinion or 'constructive criticism'; but it's my voice and imma Yelp if I want to! This location was a better choice for us today. The customer service was great, and Samuel, the host was fantastic. He greeted us from the time we walked in, until we left after having breakfast. He asked us how our meal was during our meal, and I saw him going by cleaning tables for guests coming in to enjoy their breakfast. Our server Cindy was great. She kept our water refilled and brought us biscuits with grape jelly and honey, it's the little things. She got our order right the first time, and brought us additional condiments as requested. She came back a few times while we were eating and asked if we needed anything. Love that! So why just 3 stars? The pancakes were not hot, but the plate was. We also ordered the loaded tater tots and they were cooked way too long and even though they were loaded the cheese was not melted so it didn't stick to the tots. Of course we could have had them sent back, but the hubby ate a few and we brought them home so we can fix 'em up to our taste later. The restaurant was clean, but as with any quick turnover service, the floors could use a bit more cleaning. Didn't stop us and we of course will be back, it's our Cracker Barrel and a few mishaps won't prevent us from coming back. When we checked out the cashier was friendly, I wish I would have gotten her name, but she was happy and agreed when I gave my compliment on Samuel. Everything went perfectly well! The food, service and ambiance was great. I had a craving for my mom meatloaf, I ordered the meatloaf lunch and it was plentiful. 1 Star - Dishonest & Dismissive Service I'm honestly shocked at how poorly this Cracker Barrel location handles basic customer service. We just dined there and were never informed about their "2 for $19.99"promotion -- no mention from the host, no menu provided, nothing. We only found out because the table behind us happened to be talking about it (and they weren't told either -- they just knew from ads). So essentially, unless you walk in already knowing their deals, they're perfectly fine letting you overpay. When I brought this up to the manager, Tom, his response was beyond disappointing. He brushed it off like it was "no big deal," called it a "mistake," and then just walked away. No apology, no attempt to fix it, no accountability. That tells you everything you need to know about how this place is run. It's not about the $19.99 deal -- it's about transparency and respect for customers. If your staff "forgets" to mention promotions and management doesn't care, that's not a mistake -- that's a pattern. Would not recommend. When you need a a break from the monotony of a road trip, the consistency of a Cracker Barrel sweet tea to lift one's spirits is something that should never be underestimated. Unfortunately the rest of the meal left a lot to be desired. Out with my wife for Dr visits and shopping. Wound up near Cracker Barrel and decided to go there. Busy, as always, but seated right away and brought water and coffee. My wife selected the Stuffed Cheesecake Pancake plate and I went for the Old Timers Breakfast with eggs, bacon, grits, biscuits and gravy. Oh my! Our food came out shortly, with a coffee touch up. Now my wife has more of a sweet tooth than I so her stuffed pancakes were over the top! Must have been a cup of fresh strawberries on top. She loved it! My eggs were perfectly over easy and gravy just the right thickness. Biscuits were heavenly. The only glitch to a perfect meal was my wife asked for lemons for her water. My family and I went on Sunday during peak breakfast hours. We had a 20 minute wait but they had seating outside so it was fine and we were able to catch up while waiting. Food- the food was delicious! Not too long of a wait time considering they were packed so we knew it would be about 20-25 minutes but the food did come out hot and fresh. I tried the country fried steak for the first time and oh my gosh it was delicious! I think it will be my go-to for a while here! Service- all the employees we came in contact with was very nice! I can't believe I've never reviewed this place, and we've been here together and separately on too many occasions to count - all good! The place is always clean & bright. We have never waited for a table. The food is delicious no matter what we get. Tonight, Andrew took care of us. He took our drink and food orders at the same time. Drinks came out right away. Andrew brought out Husband's country fried steak - his favorite - and my chicken pot pie in a reasonable amount of time. This was my first time having the pot pie. It was so good, and just enough. I did not feel stuffed. As usual, the country fried steak, corn, and mashed potatoes were delicious. We took the biscuits home for tomorrow morning's breakfast. The gift store is a treat. Since we didn't wait to be seated, we took time after our meal to look around. They have so many different items for gifts or for oneself. I must say that the people there greet you as you walk through the store, and Sammy the host is one of the best! I used to love Cracker Barrel for breakfast but they changed for the worst since my last visit. They added gluten to almost everything. My husband and I are both gluten free. The gluten free breakfast menu: coffee apples eggs fruit yogurt Are you kidding me? It's like naturally gluten-free items are cooked with wheat just to spite those with an allergy to it. Bacon, potatoes, hash browns and sausage should not have gluten! Gluten free bread exists. And whatever happened to the turkey bacon? CB used to be the only local restaurant that carried it, which helped it stand out amongst other breakfast nooks. I've always enjoyed visiting the cute country store full of unique trinkets and gift ideas plus playing with the peg game with a fresh cup of coffee in the morning. First time at this location. Came for dads birthday and our table was for 10 people. We waited less than 10 minutes and our server Dominique was amazing. Extremely professional and would check on us every 5 minutes which I loved. I even ordered eggs the wrong way and she was amazing in taking care of the situation. The server also had a helper, Trevor, who was also on top of checking on us always with a smile. Last but not least the manager also came to check on us and asked us how was our experience. Parking is easy. No issues finding in same lot. We ordered pancakes, French toast, grandma's sampler, fresh start sampler , country boy breakfast and fresh fruit and yogurt pairfait. This is the best place of pancakes I've ever tried. The bacon crispy and perfect and the parfait was amazing. I recommend the grandmas sampler as it comes with pancakes eggs and hash browns which I liked even though o usually don't eat hash browns. Always feel a bit strange reviewing a chain restaurant as they tend to all blend together. This one was pretty good. We were here on a wednesday night, and it was pretty quiet. We were seated quickly and got our drink orders going right away. Our server was prompt and got our order going quickly. Parents had the chicken and I had the fried chicken. It was very good, cooked very well. It came out of the kitchen piping hot. hash browns and corn were the sides. I like their hashbrown casserole, its always the best. Absolutely horrible! I have been to Cracker Barrel in the past and it was never this bad. The "mashed potatoes" were instant potatoes. There is no way to get the consistency of what I was served if using fresh potatoes. Strangely they serve a loaded baked potato, it too was quite bad and certainly not worth the additional cost. Thanks Jeremy!! My husband had been wanting to try their Fried. Hockey. So that's what he ordered along with Mac & cheese, corn, corn muffins, and a side salad. He really enjoyed the salad. It looked really fresh. But..... the fried chicken was a total disappointment. He said it tasted dry and it was not fresh. It felt like they heated up an old batch. So he was not happy at all. If you have a Samsung phone and write lengthy reviews like I do (I just spent 40 minutes writing my review), PLEASE make it so your phone doesn't rotate. I just lost my 3rd review in as many days due to setting my phone down on the table. My review covered the hours, as well as service from the host stand, wait staff and the cashier... the cleanliness of the store, restaurant and restrooms was also mentioned. I covered the parking for both cars and RVs and a story about what is sold in the store and how unique it is... especially at Christmas time. I reviewed my normal breakfast order as well as my dinner order... True I haven't lived in this area for a few years but, when I did live here... I dined at this location during every hour of the day... and did a good deal of curbside pick-up as well. I also spoke of the hours and how a 24-hour location would be a welcomed find when on long road trips. I also made mention of how most locations are centered around the United States Interstate System. So, now imagine all that in no less than 10 adjective enhanced paragraphs. Such great service! The staff are all suuuper friendly, felt like I had breakfast at home with my family. The food and decor are great too.

I unfortunately did not take a photo of my food but I did take a photo of my hot tea I'm giving them 4 stars because the last 3 times we have been they have been on point sometimes when you go to a chain it's a hit or miss but I can say I've been three times in two months and it's been delicious every time and the service has been great. I did order the spicy grilled catfish with green beans and hash brown casserole. I usually get fried but I got grilled and spicy tonight and I may never go back to fried it was so good and then the juices from the green beans and the fish mixed together definitely had me drooling. Hashbrown casserole is so good you always need two orders so you can take one home. Tonight was also extra great because I went home with some Halloween decorations that I will be putting up after Labor Day. Nothing like a place that you can get get food and shop at the same time! I wouldn't give it 5 stars because the bathroom wasnt the best and the restaurant was way too cold hence why I got hot tea instead of sweet tea.
