This was first time at SoFresh. They did have a lot of good options for the bowl base and toppings. I did like that they had premade bowl ideas. I don't like that the prices don't include meat. I do think it's a bit expensive once you add the meat for the size portion I got. I got the premade bowl with garlic noodles and teriyaki sauce. I wish the noddles were more flavorful. It's kind of like fresh kitchen, but not. Pre-set warm bowls and salad are a good way to give you your bases and veggies, then you can just add a protein. Or build your own. Smoothies & teas are interesting. I had the teriyaki bowl with tofu and it was delicious. Hubs built his own and it was equally good. Our bowls were really fresh, hot and came out amazingly fast. I took a tiny sip of his Date, Banana, & PB smoothie and it was fabulous. The place was squeaky clean and the staff friendly and helpful. SF is not in our neighborhood but we've added them to our clean eating collection. Including them in our rotation will be well worth the drive. Recommend! read more

If you choose to leave a custom tip, make sure you don't accidentally hit "00" instead of the "0." While I have never ate inside, I will say they have some awesome low calorie food! Everything taste "so fresh" and I can really taste each individual bite. While I wish their Greek salad didn't come with coconut oil (tree nut allergy), I enjoy their teriyaki stir fry! I enjoyed yesterday's warm bowl much more than today's salad. Several ingredients in today's salad could have been fresher. The salted sunflower seeds (didn't realize they would be salted, since at home I eat unsalted ones) seemed rancid; at home I keep my seeds in the fridge to prevent this from happening. The raisins were edible but very dried out; not plump and juicy. The spinach leaves and Romaine lettuce I requested as my base included some dark greens that looked like neither Romaine nor spinach and the greens, in general, were not the best greens I've ever had. The cucumber slices were edible but hadn't just been sliced. The items that were tasty were the avocado, ahi tuna (with no sauce, as I requested), goat cheese, black beans. I started with the house salad, deleted the onions and added several items. I'd love to return to this restaurant, but I'll stick to the excellent warm bowl I had yesterday and vary the toppings each time. read more

I love this place. The salad bowl is so good. You can add as much or as little as you like to your salad bowl's. I haven't tried anything else, which I need to because everything I've put in my salad is so delicious. You order yourself. They have big screens to place your order and they are always at the counter with a smile to help you out. They do have inside or outside seating. Great place for healthy eating. I was always hesitant to come here thinking it was expensive. It's totally worth it! The restaurant is bright, nicely decorated, clean and cute. When you walk in, you're greeted by a very sweet lady. She even provides suggestions which I took. My bowl came out beautifully, looking fresh and delicious. I chose the comfort bowl which comes with quinoa, brown rice, sweet potatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, goat cheese, and chicken. Went with the citrus as suggested. The quality is inconsistent for the price. Ordered a smoothie, I've had before and loved, but the next time it was blended poorly and most of the ingredients were clumped at the bottom in chunks while the rest of it was basically almond milk and peanut butter. I have a go-to bowl and sometimes it's perfect and sometimes it's inedible because the avocado is so unripe it's hard and the rice isn't cooked all the way. Food is descent but that's it. I order for a later pick up. I arrived about 10 mins late and went to the pick up shelf. My food wasn't there so I spoke to the kid in the register and asked about it. He said that he put it on the shelf himself. I told him he said it's not there. So he has the kitchen to remake it and I had to wait for another 15 to 20 minutes, which what's my whole lunch break. I'm so glad they opened a location pretty close to my chiropractor so I'm able to stop by after each appointment! They have so many options and the warm bowls are really good. Also the girl working there was super friendly and definitely knowledgeable about the menu. I think her name was Meghan (according to my receipt!) The power bowl is definitely my favorite! The others bowls I've had are really good too. The citrus chicken is probably my least favorite protein as it was a little too salty. Definitely prefer the steak and garlic chicken. Also, all the sauces sound delicious so I can't wait to try more of those! Definitely recommend for a cleaner meal experience. read more

I was in the mood for a rice bowl and Google/Yelp led me to this place. I wasn't expecting a great meal coming from a franchise restaurant, but it was very good and just what I wanted! I tried the BYO warm bowl with brown rice, steak, mushrooms, onion, broccoli, and both tzatziki and teriyaki sauce on the side. The steak was cooked more on the medium side, which I loved and it was surprisingly very tender. Something in my bowl or the combination of it all was slightly salty for my palate, but still good! The teriyaki sauce tasted like standard teriyaki sauce and the tzatziki was underwhelming, but was good. I would go back and try some other proteins! read more

Nicely done warm bowls. TONS of options. Zucchini noodles were just the right cooked-ness imho, not too crisp, not too soggy. Flavors are neither bland nor over the top. I ordered with avocado topping (extra cost) and the avocado crema sauce. The sauce seemed to be mostly avocado (thats a good thing) so I may not even order the avo topping next time. I like that you can order 2 bases as standard option so you dont have to decide whether to go ALL carb-y or ALL keto-y. Will return. read more

Our biggest gripe with Freshii was how they centralized production by prepackaging "fresh juices" and things then shipping them to the restaurant. SoFresh is just what it says.
