Wow, I've never been to a Chick-fil-A where I've actually had time to sit in line and write a review. The time in line spent could have been spent at a dine in restaurant. I do not recommend this Chick-fil-A the drive through service is way to slow. Usually no matter how long the line is they have you in and out, this was not the case here. Awful customer service! This Chick-fil-A is the absolute worst. I've been here a few times now, and every single time it ends up be waiting about an extra 30 minutes because they give me the wrong order. I was about to give 4 stars because every time I'm here, it's always crazy busy! But obviously it's because it's so good.. you can't blame em. This place use to be good, not anymore. First of all they are training en employee on the line while the place is packed. Then as I'm reaching the si do I get my food but have to wait for a car four cars ahead to get their bag of ice. Everyone was held up. The food was horrible and this is the first time ever. It took them 30 mins to bring out a curb side order. Which the order was missing stuff and milkshakes were almost falling out the bottom of the holder. Then to top it off the food is cold as we started to eat when we left the cluster of traffic there and I wasn't turning around and wasting more time ,definitely will not be going back to this location. I am aware it's hard to work in fast food. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt. But oh my word, this is the worst chic fil a I have ever been to. The service was so bad you can't make it up. At one point they just stopped taking orders in the drive thru to "figure out a problem" for 30 mins. The driver next to me told me this Is the worst drive thru and advised me not to come back. Every single worker was was barely polite. I asked to scan my points and she told me saltily "not until the end." Then when I asked to do it she said it was too late and walked away. One car was at the window waiting for an order that was held up. So instead of having them pull to the side, all of us who have already received our food - at least four cars just sat there for ten mins until the first car's food was ready. I have no idea how the manager is still in charge there. Something has got to change. read more

I hesitate ordering in person instead of the app for breakfast because I do grilled chicken and it is mind-blowing. I wanted to call to get the district manager phone number because this place does not operate like a Chick-Fil-A, but their phones were having technical difficulties. I pulled around to eat before a class and there was no egg on my sandwich. Granted it took the person taking my order three times to get it correct, and I know for a fact he's not the only one wearing a headset. I went inside and explained there was no egg on my sandwich. The cashier inside, then went to the lady at the window and she said she double checked the order herself. I said, I literally said it three times in the drive thru. The cashier then took my sandwich in the back and that's when I was done. Anytime my food is out of sight, especially a remake, that's it. I ended up asking for a refund and got it. I never got a hey, sorry we messed up, is there anything we can do to make it right, I hope you come to us again, nothing. I haven't eaten McDonalds in 15 years, but I guess that's how it would feel. 9/1/2020 6:30 pm visit. The service was prompt even though it was super busy. The staff was friendly, especially the lady who rung me up, I believe her name was Kerina (spelling might be off a bit). She was very nice and made me feel welcome, which is extra appreciated since it was my first time at this chic fil A and i'm brand new to Florida. Long line as usual but this time it took over 45 minutes to get my simple order. The two young people spent more time talking to each other than taking orders. They let the line back up and complained about not getting a break. Once at the window, I paid and had to wait again. They serve red five people behind me and the the girl asked mr "What was you name again?" There were no less than four people milling around the window doing nothing except talking to each other. They were more in the way that they were helpful.They kept me sitting there while they prepared my order and again the line backed up so far that people just gave up and drove off! read more

I WAS ROBBED BY THIS CFA! Avoid this Chick-Fil-A location at all costs. I've been a costumer for many years and I can attest that the service standard is not being met here. Yesterday, after making a long line in the drive through around 6:25PM I was able to order and pay via one of the people standing outside taking orders. I went through the drive through as usual, but after reaching the window to get my food I was told to wait a few minutes as my order was still not ready; I had to move forward and wait at the end of the lane in order for other costumers to receive their food. 10 minutes go by and I haven't been given my food, the only thing they have done is asked me to confirm the name of the order. At this point the costumers behind me are getting frustrated because they can't leave, so they ask me to go park and wait for them to deliver my order. They then bring out someone else's order to me, completely different items and drinks, I give them back and tell them I didn't pay for this. 30 MINUTES LATER they approach me and tell me that for some reason they don't have my order in the system and that they can't do anything about it. I told the guy that not only it was unacceptable to keep a costumer waiting almost 40 minutes for food that he already paid for, but that they could have noticed the order wasn't in the system as soon as I drove up to the window. His only reply was that it wasn't his fault and that it was his second day on the job. No other apology or excuse was offered and after all was said and done, I not only paid for food I never received but also wasted 40 minutes of my life waiting in a chick-fil-a parking lot. Sadly, I will never step foot in a CFA again. This location is absolutely ridiculous. read more

If you like your food served with an attitude then this is the location for you! It's the worst CFA I've ever been to and I've been eating at them for over 25 years. Oh and don't expect your food to be correct...they don't even give you the sauces you ask for! If you ask for grilled you will get fried, ask for Pepperjack you'll get American, the drinks are always flat etc...I could go on and on. Just do yourself a favor and avoid this location. Using the mobile app and picking up curbside, I got my food 4 minutes after they had moved the order under "your order is ready" which is actually the quickest I have ever received the food once they moved it to "your order is ready". The only reason I usually get unhappy mobile ordering here is because you are supposed to get your food as soon as they move it to "your order is ready". The past 2-3 times I went there (not including this last time) I had placed an order under the mobile app and gotten my food 10+ minutes after I got the notification saying "your order is ready". I think that if this restaurant isn't going to do it right, they shouldn't do curbside at all and only use their drive thru. read more

I like this chick fil a. They get my orders right almost all the time. There were 2 instances, that there were mishaps and they fixed it right away. I'm so addicted to Chick fil a that I'm there at least once or twice a week, sometimes more. My favorite is of course their spicy Southwest salad and their ever famous spicy chicken sandwich, hold the pickles please. I always get the sandwiches with the multigrain bun, which tastes amazing! And I add their honey to the sandwich so it's like a spicy chicken minis. They also have gluten free bun option. I wish they would make spicy chicken nuggets and tenders that would be amazing! Their cookies and creme milkshake is my favorite! But when I want something healthier I get their granola parfait. Also get their cookies when they're fresh baked! I made my order by mobile, picked up by the curbside, the parking is super uncomfortable, the service was normal, neither too fast nor too slow, I order chicken strips with the sauce and fries with Ketchup, I order vanilla milkshake too. When they brought me the food, the order was complete and I left quickly because there were more people waiting for the curside parking lot. When I am on my way I want to start eating, they did NOT add the sauce for the strips, they did not add ketchup and they did not add the straw to the milkshake. ughh How am I supposed to eat chicken strips without sauce and how am I going to have a milkshake without straw ??! read more

I love Chick-fil-A but this place has completely over complicated the concept of a Drive-Thru. I arrive at the drive-Thru and there is no one in line but there are 3 people standing there. I'm not allowed to pull up to the menu board, I have to order from this person standing there with a table. Then I pull up to get my food and they want me to park and wait some more, only to find out later the first person missed an item. i came to this chick fila thinking it would be like the one i used to work at (very busy) but at the time that i went it was not very crowded. once i went to order the gentleman at the cash register was extremely nice and kind and when i showed a form of identification with the discount the meal was free which i was very suprised. when i got the food it was hot (and delicious) and when i noticed i had not gotten my drink yet the man at the register sincerely apologized and gave me my drink. not only was he nice but he made that the best chick-fil-a and maybe even the best restaurant experience i have ever had. read more
