I come here often to grab a salad in the morning. Unfortunately today they waited until I had already paid to tell me that I would have to sit in front of the building for at least 10 minutes for them to make me a salad. In the morning assume that people are going to work or dropping your children off at school and not telling them that they are going to have to wait 10 minutes before they pay is unacceptable. Full disclosure would be nice, because waiting for a refund probably would've taken me just as long. Be respectful of people and where they are headed in their day. read more

Went to Chick-fil-A on 69 and 135th St.. For a business that prides themself on customer service you were sorely lacking today. It was very busy and I placed my coat on a table that had opened up - a employee sat someone at my table as I went back with my coworkers to tell them what i would like to eat. The grilled sandwich was terrible and I asked for my money back - one of the workers told my coworker in Spanish that I should put on my glasses and read what was on the sandwich before I ordered it. No manager came and asked me why I didn't like the sandwich or offered to get me anything else. You failed at customer service today - a big F minus! I will not be returning - you don't deserve the one star I had to give you. Oh, I also called to let the manager know of my experience and she said "ok thanks". That was it!! Had breakfast there yesterday and it was excellent. Used a promotion to try their new spicy chicken breakfast biscuit and it will be a wonderful menu addition for those who like spicier fare. It wasn't too spicy and there was plenty of real chicken breast meat to constitute a morning serving of protein,. And the biscuit was big and delicious. I ordered the cute little hash rounds to enjoy with my sandwich and they are delicious. Just the right amount of crunch. The coffee was good and the serving for a large coffee is 20 oz. There were options on creamer and for us purists who only like half & half that is available when you order at the counter, the other options of vanilla or hazelnut flavored creamer is on the condiment counter. Their condiment counter is awesome. All the various sauces you would want for your chicken or fries is arranged neatly for the customer to serve themselves in pre-sealed containers. There were selections of strawberry and grape jelly for those killer biscuits as well as honey. The final touch was a bowl of after dinner mints (even during breakfast hours). A lovely added touch was a vase of fresh flowers on each table or booth in the seating area and this store had free WiFi and well marked instructions on how to get on WiFi. I had the chance to check out the bathroom and it was CLEAN and well maintained. Soap, automatic towel dispenser, and even hand sanitizer by door on the way out. A+. read more

I have had a good experience at this location every time I've gone. It is always super busy, but they are fast (even the drive thru). The store is always clean and my order is always correct and fresh. My favorite menu item is the Chick-fil-A Chick-n-Minis. The only problem is, when I think about them, breakfast hours have past. If you need to order food for a special breakfast, a platter of Chick -fil-A Chick-n-Minis are a great option. They also have a fresh fruit platter that is beautiful and delicious. I have experiences both several times. Everyone was very have to show up to work and finding out what was available for breakfast! Note: You have to call a head for this. If you go inside to eat, you will likely have the pleasure of experiencing the host. He is amazing! I don't know how long he has worked there, but I can't think of a time I have gone and he wasn't there. He is basically there to keep the dining area clean and in order, replenish the condiments, and ensure you are have everything you need. It's pretty obvious though that his priority is you! I love the Polynesian Sauce (you have to ask for it) and my son (and now I) loves the Chck fil A Sauce (out on the counter). Access is not great, but I won't let that affect the number of stars I give it. Oh, and they are closed on Sunday, which is of course when I get a Chick fil A craving! read more

One afternoon I waited 20 minutes in the drive through (most of the time sitting on the road to get into CFA) before I could even order my food. It was 30 minutes in all before I pull away with food. Then several times lately I have gone in at lunch and all of the tables are full. As a mom with 3 kids in tote, I'm less likely to visit this location because if I'm going to wait I might as well go to a sit-down restaurant where I'm guaranteed a table. Appears to be a high traffic/high volume location but not enough floor staff to keep up with seated guest demand. No one ever came to ask if I needed refill or a bag for my dine in experience. Great food, great atmosphere (very family friendly), and the price is worth every penny. I received my food within 30 seconds of being handed my change. The service is fantastic here. The manager on duty treated me like I was at a sit-down restaurant. He refilled my drink for me and took my tray and garbage when I was finished. This is the only Chick-fil-A within a 45 mile radius from me, and it's worth the drive any time I'm in Overland Park. It's extremely clean and organized. Hi. So here's the thing guys. This is my 4th horrible god awful no good very bad experience at Chick-fil-A OP. The first bad experience happened when my chicken was cold. The second bad experience was when my chicken had fat in it and I choked. 3rd it was honestly just bad. Like the food tasted horrible and not fresh. And to top it off with the 4th, some of the WORST customer service I've ever had, anywhere, periodt. They first didn't give my friend sauce Bc they were "busy". Second, I was here for almost 2 hours and not once did a worker come up to me and ask for a refill on my drink. And 3rd, the floor was slippery so my chair skid on the floor making me fall. Why do I always crave chic-fil-a on Sundays when they are closed? They have the best chicken strips and of course they are famous for their chicken sandwich. My husband gets the spicy every, single time we come here. Their sweet tea is so good that I asked the manager what kind of tea bags they use. FYI you can buy their sweet tea and lemonade by the gallon. I don't love eating inside but that's only because it's usually pretty loud with kids. Also, the drive through line can get INSANE. When that happens, I usually just pull up and go inside and the lines inside will be shorter than the drive through. It's certainly not health food but as fast food goes, this is in our top 5 in town. read more
