I got to chick fil a at 10:15 for breakfast knowing that it stops at 10:30. This line took forever which I understand but when it's 10:45 and you finally get to order and they refuse to serve you breakfast?! That's ridiculous, I was on time, they were not! We got up to order and our kind server understood and tried to help us out, but as we were about to pay Sarah K. came over and was so rude to him quizzing him on procedures then proceeded to make him delete our entire order because it was after breakfast even after voicing we were there before breakfast ended! How rude and embarrassing for our server. Make sure u come at 6am for breakfast because they don't care if they are late taking your order! Might as well go somewhere else where you are guaranteed breakfast if you show up on time and get better service and faster lines. read more

Absolutely WORST Chick Fil A that I have ever been to. The staff is so unorganized. Sat in line for almost 30 minutes, finally got to the window and the staff just sat there chit chatting then got parked for another 15 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. If Redlands and Temecula locations can have mile long lines and knock it out in 15-20 minutes, this place should be able to do the same. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Waste of time. Mobile orders aren't put in until you check in, so regular drive thru orders have the same wait time. Oh then after checking in I was told the inside orders are faster, the nerve of Hector the "corporate training manager" telling me that after I placed the mobile order at 530pm we didn't receive are food till 720pm. However, although most staff members are polite, today at around 11:30 am, I experienced an unpleasant encounter with Kaylea when she handed me my food. The audacity that the drive through lady has to tell me how much sauce I need for my own meal. Like are you the one paying for the food?!? I didn't think so. This location needs some serious help I thought this would be the same great experience I have had at other locations but this one outright just sucks. I love Chick Filet most of the time. However, the new store in Palm Desert has some major organizational and training issues. I have been to at least 4 different Chick Filets and all of those were extremely busy but they were well organized. My first visit to the Palm Desert facility, i decided to walk in to order. The young lady taking orders on the ipad was so slow that she was backing up the line so that it was out the door. Finally placed my order but after. a 15 wAit i had to goto the counter to asked what the problem was. They had given my order to someone else. On my next visit I decided to drive thru. There were 3 lanes unmarked. So i took the linen-with most cars figuring that the shorter lines were for preorder. I was half right. One short line was to enter the parking lot.the other was for pre orders. I waited at least 20 minutes before I could order. I noticed that cars in the pre order line were able to order. I asked the person taking orders why were they taking order from cars in the pre order line. Th response was they could not ask them to get out of line. After Getting my and leaving the parking lot, I happened-to notice a sign which gave directions for each line. It was in small writing. In spite of long lines, I think that the staff needs more training and the signage needs to improve. On my next trip I would hope things will improve. read more

Third visit - first time ordering food to go from inside which went very smoothly. Cashiers efficient; didn't wait long for food ----- unfortunately I didn't discover until home THE ORDER WAS WRONG!!! The cash register receipt was correct; the order identification tag inside to go bag was correct. Just NOT the two items that I ordered actually in the bag. The food is good it tastes like your standard chick fil a meals. The lemonade was tasty forsure. But they need to do something about the wait times. I have multiple chick fil a back home and they are always so crowded and pump out orders like crazy. We waiting in the drive thru line for like 15 minutes then left because it took so damn long to move 30ft. We parked in a spot to go inside and it took us a good 40 minutes. Not exaggerating. The workers looked like they were working hard so i don't know what the issue is but all the other chick fil a's seem to be just fine with large crowds. I wonder what the deal with this one is. Chick-fil-A in other areas are know for their quick and accurate service. This location was so slow. Not sure if they are new and still trying to figure out their operations, but do not go there if you're in a hurry. We waited 40 minutes in the mobile app pick up line trapped and could not get out to even leave. This location does not let you pick up your mobile order inside. read more

After waiting in line in the drive thru for over 35 minutes I finally got to at least place my order. The people taking my order are out in the 105 degree weather wearing long pants instead of shorts. It is too hot for them!!!! Twenty minutes more I finally got my oder.
