Mobile through. . . Aka wait longer for your order
    Lauren J.

Currently waiting in the "mobile order" lane. 3 cars have been helped in the regular drive through line and there is nobody outside running food to the mobile through lane. I'm sitting here long enough to write this message, so let that be a warning if you choose to do mobile through here. . . You won't get faster service. Rather the opposite. .

It was okay. Most Chick-Fil-A's I've gone to are very welcoming and willing to make their kids meals or regular sandwiches for an additional time during breakfast time but this location did not allow anything other than breakfast. We got the little breakfast bites but were disappointed on the freshness of the bread and portions of the nuggets. They were smaller than usual. Anyhow, probably won't be returning to this precise location. I prefer waiting the additional wait time for a regular sandwich at a different Chick Fil A. Not to mention there wasn't anyone in line at the drive thru. Surprisingly, here wasn't many people at all.

Quick stop at Chik Fil A - the dining room and restrooms were clean. We ordered 2 small items from the breakfast menu during breakfast time for dine in - a spicy chicken biscuit and a 4 piece chicken minis - no hash browns or drinks. It took 16 minutes to get our food. The dining room was not busy - there was about 8 people in the dining room between 5 different tables. The food was good, but wasn't as quick as I was hoping.

As of today, 2 months later, still no contact or communication from any of the management at this store. This is pitiful and shameful, I will never return and I suggest people exercise caution before they venture out to this Chick-fil-A that doesn't give a damn about their customers!

Love the fresh touch of flowers on each table.

I haven't been to Chick-fil-A in a while & this visit wasn't as good as our last in restaurant visit. What was good: Short wait time on a Wednesday evening around 9 PM. They close at 10 PM. Waffle fries and sauce were great as always. Flowers on each table were a nice touch. Our clerk was kind and helpful. What wasn't the best: The new cups, lids don't fit well and can pop off if not careful. Only got three sauces for two orders of chicken strips, had to ask for more. No one checked on our table like in past visits. Chicken strips tasted extra oily. Several people were looking for a trash can when leaving. There's only one at the front exit, not at the side exit. Not the best experience this time, but still appreciate the usual Chick-fil-A hospitality. Management, would you please consider not frying your food in Canola and seed oils? Beef Tallow is better for us. Thanks

Good wasn't great. Tasted old. And took a while for the food. The bread on the biscuit basically disintegrated as I picked it up. The bread and chicken tasted old

Two breakfast filets, a side of pickles and a bun. Workaround to make a sandwich since you can't order it before 10:30am anymore.

We love CFA. We eat there at least once a week. We are in Palm Desert traveling and decided that was what we wanted for breakfast today. We were notified when we were placing our order we could no longer order a sandwich off the lunch menu. We devised a work around by ordering two breakfast filets, a side of pickles and a bun. The girl taking our order seemed okay. The other employee, Jennifer, seemed annoyed. The remaining experience was far lower than any other CFA we've been to. We have actually never encountered a rude CFA employee, but today we did. We subsequently asked for a few condiments and she didn't even look us in the eyes. Very disappointed in this experience. Will we eat at CFA again? Absolutely! But maybe not this location.

Striking up conversations between tables. What a wonderful place to meet great people.

It feels like family when you step into the Palm Desert Chick-fil-a. I love everything about this restaurant but especially the food. My guess that complaining comments are mostly for having to wait in line because it's so popular. The food is always delicious- the best chicken fast food you can find. The ingredients are fresh. While there are young servers the manager leads are great at raising up the NextGen workers. And I've never been to a fast food restaurant where the owners are on the frontlines with a smile. Truly a unique experience. I go 2x a week on average. Have you tried their breakfast. Wow, I love the fresh fruit. And there is always fresh flowers and comfy seats. Just ask one of there many servers to fill your drink. My pleasure!

Chick-fil-A lines are pretty fast but this is the longest drive thru wait I've had. There's not that many cars.

Unlike so many other parts of trips out here - the oppressive heat, dodging careening buggies driven by seemingly lost and possibly inebriated golfers, and the discovery of sand in eyes / nose / shoes / liver - it's a tradition that sits very well with me. I'd even go as far as saying that the food here makes all of the above worthwhile. The restaurant has a car park to the rear and limited street parking in front. The interior has a lovely ambiance, quietly refined by subtle lighting and a gentle arboreal theme. I've seen it busy and our party has also had the place to ourselves on late visits, but I'd definitely recommend a reservation just in case especially with a larger party. The staff provide attentive and genuinely caring service, and the portion sizes are substantial and easily justify the more-than-reasonable cost. The food itself though is the reason this place is always a highlight reel spot for me. Every dish is a feast for the eyes as well as the palette, beautifully presented and packed with flavor. My personal go-to is the perfectly seasoned and healthy Harvest Salad, usually with an added protein (the blackened chicken adds a real flavor kick and the variety in texture that I love in great food). Fortunately my partner happily defaults to the opulent and delightful Lobster Lasagna, as I'd be loath to miss out on a bite or three of that too. Appetizer-wise, I'm yet to regret any soup-of-the-day choice. The Zucchini last night was... well... yep, perfect is no overstatement. Sweet Basil is an absolute gem, and a must-visit for any visitor here. The only even remotely negative things I can think to mention is to be aware of the rather early closing time for at least part of the year.

It's about a 12min drive west of I-10, located in a small business park strip mall. It's absolutely worth the diversion. They have a small section with groceries, and a larger area with refrigerated goods. I tried El Cubano (no tomato, no cabbage), Potato Salad, and Key Lime Parfait. El Cubano was actually delicious. Their thinly sliced and seasoned seitan was perfect, as was the accompanying sauces and toasted bread. I'd order this on repeat if I lived nearby. I was surprised by how great the potato salad was. It had the perfect mayo/mustard balance, which is extremely difficult to find. I need a gallon of this. The key lime parfait was ok. I expected more (in terms of flavor, not quantity), but it was not bad. I've just had much better so I wouldn't order it again. I'd be willing to try a different dessert next time. It was gluten free so that's a plus! There were many other things on the menu that caught my eye, but I only have one tummy. If we'd had a cooler I would've grabbed some tuNo salad, Egg-y salad, smoked chick'n & pasta, and CTK tempeh pâté from their refrigerated section, because everything looked delicious. But now I have the perfect excuse to return to CTK on my next PHX-LAX drive.

I also love their little store section with the faux meats, seasonings, and merchandise. I ordered the bowl of chili, the Chupacabra sandwich and the Guadalajara burger. The chili was so flavorful and I enjoyed learning that they use Rancho Gordo beans. The Guadalajara burger had great toppings but as much as I try, I'm not the biggest fan of Tempeh. The chupacabra sandwich was good, the menu said that the 'chicken' is thinly sliced, I didn't realize just how thin it is. I think I would have preferred if it were slightly thicker and less cabbage. There was so much cabbage that it overpowered the rest of the sandwich. Overall, I think this place is a gem and I'd like to try their other menu items.
