Cooperate needs to step in and fix this place. Slowest Chick-fil-A I've ever been too. Went around 1015 and not 1 person in the drive thru and still waited 20 min at the window. If you travel from Ca to Az or Az to Ca often, I'm sure you are excited about this new Location. However this location couldn't care less about your business and does not appreciate you as a customer. They would rather you leave unhappy, rather than accommodate a request to substitute grilled/fried chicken in a wrap. Young Boy working the order taking in the drive through was absolutely rude. I went inside the restaurant was again told no they would not honor my request, However the young lady was a lot nicer than the drive thru. Ironically, the owner of the location along with some cooperate individuals were in the dining area. So of course I asked why. They seemed to think it was strange seeing they do honor the same request on salads. However the owner jumped in and advised me they were not allowed to mix cold with hot per cooperate's instructions (I guess this does not apply to a salad) ‍he even suggested I buy everything on the side and build the wrap myself. Hector the corporate training manager is a joke, asked what the point os the mobile order was when the normal drive thru moves just as fast, Hector told us normally its faster, told him about the car next to us being in line as long as us, he told us yes, but we will have oir food befire them as our line was now in front of theirs, m, that car got their food and left before we did, again, what's the point of the mobile order again. I get it's new, but you've had 2 weeks to figure this out, you need new training managers, the ones you have are a joke. Finally get to the front to get our food, and just sat there as 3 cars left with their food, literally yelled out asking if we were invisible. Love love love Chick fil A! I'm so glad they finally came to the desert. Staff is always very nice here. I see a lot of complaints about wait times. I think the longest I've waited is 30 minutes at this location. Which seems long for fast food but it's about the same as In N Out. Pandemonium doesn't adequately describe the experience. Yes they are new but should've brought experienced team members from surrounding areas to coordinate. Wait was toooooooo long. Food meh. Wait so long drinks watered down. iPad staff take your order but you still have to wait to pay at register. Nothing like my previous experiences. I'm a huge fan of Chick Fil A and this is a brand new store with I'm sure staffing issues. Food was good like always but taking orders in line at the front of the line doesn't make any sense. Why wouldn't you go ten deep into the line so the food would be ready closer to when you ordered it. Taking an order at the front of the line when the counter people are standing around watching you take the order seems pointless and very unproductive. After placing the order it took almost 30 min to get our food. With a small change this good be speeded up substantially. They have a mobile app which in theory would be helpful but they make you go through the drive though to get your food which is typically 30-50 cars deep. Not sure how that helps anyone. Wish someone would pay attention to some of these items that would improve service substantially read more

I really hate to give a bad review however, they need some improvement. This is for management. Staff if extremely nice and I see them busting their butts. I believe they're understaffed or scheduling issue. I went at 4:20pm on a Monday, the line was out the door and there was only two registers open. Food is outstanding. Did a mobile order so we wouldn't have to wait for our food but they don't have an area to pick up your mobile order. The only way to receive the order is through the drive thru line and the line is insanely long which is why we placed the mobile order in the first place. For an established chain you would think they would have it figured out. It is not difficult to hand someone their food when they have already paid for it so I don't understand why someone wouldn't be able to walk in to pick up their mobile order inside. It's very upsetting that even if you order your food ahead you have to wait in the longest drive thru line known to man. We waited three hours first day in the DRIVE THROUGH. If you don't want to wait as long, I recommend parking and ordering in the store. I know there are lines waiting to order, but for three of us that went to Chick-fil-A, it was nothing special. A piece of fried chicken on a bun.
